This is the best gunsmithing shop i have been to. I have let Sandra and Chris work on many of my guns projects. Besides myself they are the only ones that i trust to work on them. They are great people to deal with and talk to they really care about their customers . They will always tell you what they can do to help and when i get my guns back they are always looking better and cleaner than when I left them. The Gunsmithing work is the best i have ever seen Chris and Sandra know their guns and know how to make them better and safer. I have also let Sandra do some customer engraving and painting on some projects. They come out as works of art. I would highly recommend ccs gunsmithing. they do great work and I am very thankful to have found them.
A real gunsmith and a real pleasure to work with!Chris re-blued and restored the 1968 vintage Marlin 30-30 that my father gave me for Christmas 1973.It is a very special heirloom rifle and the professional workmanship Chris performed on the rifle is just superb. We could not be happier!CCS has earned a lifetime customer.
The release button fell off my revolver and I lost the screw, I walked in here and was in and out in 10 minutes and it cost 10$! Great experience and super cool little shop.
First time I went the customer service was minimal the gunsmith was not in,a the counter person was very rude. That being said I have them a second chance and they were awesome happened to catch the Smith coming back from lunch and the man behind the counter was very nice, they were able to fix my gun on the spot and for cheaper than what I priced the parts online. Dont come into this establishment if you got soft skin these are great people.
Great customer service and attention. I was having trouble with my AR-15 trigger went there and they fixed it right away now is like new thanks a lot
The best and from what I can tell the only real gunsmith in town. When you go to other shops with gunsmith signs they tell you they only mount scopes and send you to CCS. They are also really friendly and accommodating despite what other people have said. Highly recommended. They fixed my gun at less than 2 hours labor after I was told by several shops and even the manufacturer that it was not worth fixing.
The website was fairly easy to navigate they didn’t have what I needed but all in all had a pleasant experience
Had a muzzle brake put on my Sub 2000 great company great prices will be coming back
Very small place. 6 people would fill up the place. Nothing really worth going in and checking out. You go here for gun work only. And it appears that it is by appointment only. I just walked in and the guy behind the counter was with someone. But the look he gave was awkward. Kinda like I dont recall you having an appointment kind of look.
CCS guns been dealing with them for many years, Ive had several guns worked on there very happy great results great work.
I have taken a few of my firearms over to CCS for repair and scope mounting. Each time Chris exceeds my expectation with the care and workmanship that goes into each job. I brought a firearm by on Tuesday and even through Chris was busy with other jobs my firearm was ready days later. Thanks CCS Gunsmithing!
I was sworn out by the woman from behind the counter after a pleasant conversation with the owner. I would avoid this place completely as with other conversations, I am not the only one sworn out by the staff.
Drove up to the store on a Saturday (didnt realize it was closed), and the owner just happened to walk up and asked me if I needed anything. When she didnt have the exact targets I was looking for, she suggested a couple other stores and then went inside and got me some other targets to take home anyways. She had extra so she just let me take them, no charge.Probably the best customer service Ive seen since I moved to Las Vegas. Will definitely come here again.
The staff is always very helpful. Ive had a few sights installed here, and my firearms have always been spot on. I also had a feed tube honed out to accomodate a to round extension on a Rem. 1100. The work was done quickly and at a fair price. The extension works properly, and the firearm functions flawlessly.
The owners are extremely friendly and kind people. I would recommend this to all my friends if I had any.
Ive had guns deep cleaned and repaired here and have never had an issue. Customer service is on par with the other gun shops in the area and they have been nothing but nice when I visit. Great location and knowledgeable staff.
Great friendly gunsmith. Great accurate work.
You can trust them.Better have some good patience.
I have owned two Taurus pistols that broke on me. Taurus International wouldnt fix them for me so I went here. They actually made a part from scratch for one of my pistols, and swapped out a spring on another. These people, two old guys and a lady, are fantastic. The work was done quickly and affordable. Just one warning. When you go there sometimes as you enter, you will run into their dog thats the size of a small horse. I nearly craped my pants but the dog is not mean. Lol
I had some work done by this shop and it took them forever to complete it. Also the quality of the work was nothing to write home about. I think good enough is the motto at this place.
Great Gunsmithing! Wonderful service and friendly people! I wouldnt go anywhere else! Highly recommend CCS
Absolute rip off!!!Have done business with him few times and he just gouges you so hard that is just amazing!!!MK3 FIREARMS did the same thing for $30 and he charged me $150!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I LET YOU RIP ME OFF!!!
When I arrived the woman at the counter was openly and loudly cursing out a customer who was just leaving.I needed only a small task performed, for which they greatly overcharged me.I would say this is a last resort shop to visit.
The owner was rude! The problem with my gun wasnt fixed after picking it up and paying for the repair so I brought it back. When I came back to pick it up she accused me of tampering with the gun. I stated there was no way I would do that and accused her of trying to charge me again. We got into an argument of words. Then her friend threatened to remove me from the store claiming that he was security. I told him if he laid a hand on me I would call the police and if my gun wasnt fixed this time I would file a complaint and law suit.
Not open during normal posted business hours, rang the bell to get in, door was never unlocked. No posted sign as to why not open during normal posted business hours.
Absolutely horrible customer service! Went in to inquire about a rebarrel job but was told by the lady working there that their gunsmith was not in. She was agitated and rude that I had come in to give them my business for some reason. She gave me a piece of paper to write my name and number down and I was told I would get a call back when the gunsmith was back in. Needless to say I never got a call back and its been over a week. Ive dealt with Chris the gunsmith multiple times over the years and hes always been a pleasure to work with but this is the 2nd and final time dealing with her. Ill take my business to someone who wants it!
Excellent work on two of my guns, but they are very independent and will not take work if they dont like the job.
Great local gunsmith, the staff there is knowledgeable and skilled. Chris just rebarreled my Springfield XD with a 9 millimeter conversion kit from Bar Sto,the work he did was outstanding it functions flawlessly. His wife is a no BS kind of person, she will tell you whats on her mind. The other employee is a lanky, floppy eared, Big Pawed, puppy who likes to be scratched behind his ears I would recommend this gunsmith to all my friends.
I have had several guns worked on by Chris and they always function flawlessly when I get them back.
Horrible service. asked to cut, crown and thread my barrel and install a muzzle brake and magul buttstock. he cuts the barrel and solders the brake on the barrel but wouldnt give me back my rifle until i paid for the theoretical crown and threading. then the buttstock screws were put in at an angle and stripped.
Had a problem with my AR 15 and looked on Google for a gunsmith. Found CCS GUNS and looked and read all of your reviews and was apprehensive because of the bad reviews. Called them on the phone and told them what my problem was and they said come in and we will see what is causing it. When I got there I discovered that they are extreamly knowledgeable and friendly. They found the problem and solved it the same day. I had to pick it up latter and I thought the price was extreamly fair and reasonable. But as a Google user and a business owner, I find it very interesting that Google allows reviews that are posted to remain indefinetly. Also seems funny that they allow negative reviews with no name attached. If a person is so unhappy why are they afraid to put there name on it or call the company and let them know they have a problem. Seems one sided to me. I get this in my flooring company also, and it is quite strange that it is always Google reviews which are negative and I get calls from Google that for a nominal price they can remove those bad reviews. Is this the new way of the future. All I am saying---dont beleive everything you read here and there are always 2 sides to every story. Thank you.
The woman who works there is the most rude, uninviting, and honestly the most horrid person Ive ever seen in a store. She was so vigorously refusing to help me, I honestly do not see how she has a job. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Fix your employees.
👎My S&W shotgun was in worse shape after 6 weeks at CCS. Gun was returned to me in pieces. Then i had to buy new parts to replace the ones CCS lost!!!
They have always fixed or solved every problem I have had with any gun. I wouldnt go anywhere else.
Terrible customer service. Avoid this shop.
Very good service.
You are the best 1Chris
