Please do not buy from these people during the pandemic. They sent me a barreta with a damaged receiver. They refuse to replace the shot gun and are leaving me no choice but to try and use the warranty on the shotgun with the manufacturer. The guy I spoke to on the phone used a racial slur. Horrible customer service. The dealer I went to didn’t even want to deal with them due to a bad history with the company.

Im sure this store is great when you get a functional item, but look at all the low-star reviews and it seems like they all have a similar experience to mine.I bought an ambidextrous mag release for my AR. When I installed it (exactly as shown in their product video, not a difficult install) it wouldnt hold the magazine. I didnt notice this until I took it to the range and it dropped the mag every time I fired a round.On the range, I tried screwing it in tighter and loosening it to change the tensions on the spring, and nothing worked. I took it home and played with it and noticed that regardless of the tension level, the magazines would just wiggle out. Tried it with multiple mags and the only thing that fixed my problem was installing the original mag release.I explained all of this in an e-mail to Arms Unlimited and was quoted their return policy. Restocking fee, Im responsible for return shipping, and the item must be package in the original packaging (a clear, unmarked, small Ziplock bag?) -- all of this for a defective item.

I had never purchased from Arms Unlimited before. My order was received, processed and shipped promptly. The item was as described and well packaged for shipment. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

I ordered a used but functional REM870 Surefire Weaponlight. When it arrived the internal spring for the battery was broken and the unit wont work. They answered one email and told me to talk Surefire. When I explained that it was a used unit and not functional, they stopped replying to my emails.The ad specifically said functional. What I got wasnt. YMMV. I wouldve taken a credit, a replacement, a refund... they never responded or tried to help.

Unless you have no other options for buying firearms, gear, and ammo, avoid this place completely.Their phone number goes directly to a pre-recorded message, doesn’t accept voicemails, and you won’t ever reach a live human. This is by design.They also refuse to do any exchanges, and will only allow returns, and re-orders. Oh and the reason they won’t do exchanges is because they charge a 15% restocking fee and want to keep your money instead of refunding it.It cost me $120 plus packaging and shipping to find out the Ops Core helmet I ordered runs smaller than advertised. So I now have no helmet and I’m out my hard earned money just for trying to go from a medium to a large size.Additionally you cannot ship back your merchandise in the box it was delivered in; they required me to put it inside another or my return would be refused. It’s good enough to ship to their customers in, but not good enough to return it to them in the same manner. Just more hoops to jump through so you will be discouraged and give up.It also only took them 12 hours to charge my card but took them 2 weeks and 2 emails before I saw my partial refund.This retailer is shady and will set you up to be taken advantage of. Avoid them unless it’s your last option and you know it’s exactly what you want.

I’ve made several purchases from Arms Unlimited. My first purchase went well. My second purchase took longer than expected and longer than the company initially promised. I was also supposed to receive a shirt and hat with my purchase. I never received the hat. After calling several times, periodically, over an entire year, I gave up and said I wasn’t going to get the hat. They kept saying the hats were on back order and when they received the hat, they would send it. My most recent purchase in Oct 2021, similar scenario. I received my Glock conversion kit without the stabilizer. I emailed to inquire about the part and the response I received was to contact the manufacturer and ask them to send me the stabilizer because Arms Unlimited had received lots of kits without the part. My response was, “NO,” Send me a return shipping label and I want a full refund. There is no way that I’m going to, as the customer, deal with a situation that is rightfully between the manufacturers and the seller,” just to come up empty handed. That was neither good customer service nor the way to do business. That’s like purchasing a pair of shoes that doesn’t have strings and the seller says contact the manufacturer or go purchase strings separately, both responses are unacceptable. I’ve since mailed the conversion kit back and I’m awaiting my refund. It is unfortunate because I wanted the kit or I wouldn’t have ordered it. However, I’m not going to allow any person or business to handle me as if I’m not worthy of basic respect. Needlesstosay, I’ve unsubscribed from their website and will no longer patron the company. Also their email response time isn’t good. It’s hit or miss. Sometimes they respond and sometimes they don’t. They do have unique products. I was going to order the new flip pistol they advertised, but I don’t like dealing with inconsistencies and or unresponsiveness and definitely not a business that promises goods and don’t deliver the product as advertised after I’ve paid for the first it.

I purchased two used MP5 mag pouches. One of the mag pouches is defective- the back leather strap is torn from the pouch, thus preventing the carry-on of a belt. I attempted to contact AU for a replacement. They informed me I should have known it was a used item. I explained to them I understood the item was used, but they should not sell used items that the customer can’t use. They never responded back. WARNING: Do not buy used items from AU. I will also advise my law enforcement colleagues to discontinue business with that company. They are deceitful in their business practices.PS- I had to select a star before I could post.

I contacted customer service multiple occasions and they had some of the most unprofessional staff I have ever experienced in my life and I served in the military and out disabled but they absolutely never intended to work with me and shifted blame and responsibility of my order loss. I paid a lot of money for products that were lost in mail and never even attempted by this company to be found and failed to even refund me. They had no intention of it no matter how many times I contacted now they stopped answering my messages all together. All 3 uppers arrived intact as advertised EXCEPT they came with Magpul BUIS rear sight instead of the Matech rear sight as shown in the photo on the webpage. Id much rather have the Matech rear sight it was advertised with but apparently Customer Service does not return e-mails concerning this minor detail. I was told by a member on ARF.com AU pulls the Matech off & replaces it with a Magpul, then resells the Matech separately. Huh ? Id still rather have the Matech cause it is a more desireable 200 - 600 meter rear sight & it costs more than the $ 35.00 Magpul disposable / throwaway.

Was skeptical as I never have heard of this company. Did a bit of research and they seemed legit. Arms unlimited had the magpul d60 drum I’ve been searching for, for the cheapest price! Ordered the drum with no problems. Received it a day sooner than expected. It was packaged appropriately with everything there. No complaints . Will definitely order more from them!

Had occasion to contact Jack at arms unlimited in reference a pair of firearms. My experience dealing with Jack and the staff at arms unlimited was superb. All of my questions were promptly answered via email and it was an incredibly smooth buying experience. Previously I had purchased items from the website and shipping was lightning quick. If you are in the market for magazines, accessories, or specialty items I highly recommend checking out the website for their available products. I have also had a fantastic experience on items out of stock being notified immediately when those items are back in stock via email. I have shopped at many of the gun shops in Las Vegas and my experience at arms unlimited was a cut above. Give arms unlimited a try you will be glad you did.

Ive seen these guys around for a while now and finally got around to ordering something from them. Prices on what Im looking at were some of the lowest I could find for a Magpul D60 Drum Mag $99. S&H prices were fair compared to some sites and my package was mailed out fast and arrived in a couple days from Las Vegas. My experience with these guys has been nothing but positive but Ive only made one purchase. I recommend these guys for Magpul mags.

Always had great experiences with arms unlimited, but not in this last order, got a rear sight that was broken, best part is that you can see it was broken because the product box is see thru in the front, but they shipped it out anyway, the only answer they give me is talk to the manufacturer...now I’m stuck at their mercy to cover under warranty. If arms unlimited can’t stop from shipping out a new part that is obviously broken, how can I buy anything from them. Not sure who they got running customer service now but they’ve made it right before...from five to zero stars.

Bought an item from this company and it did not come as described in their ad. Specifically it was an AR15 upper. It arrived quickly but was missing the manual & had a standard A2 flash hider mounted on it when it was supposed to have a muzzle compensator. Calling this company was to no avail so I emailed them. I received a snarky reply about the missing manual & that I was mistaken about the compensator when it clearly stated in their ad the upper was equipped with a muzzle compensator. Their CS was very cavalier about their mistaken & false ad and offered no courtesy other than ship it back.My advice to all would be to check with this company first before ordering to find out if the item is as described in their ad. I sent an email to their @ sales department but after a week gave up & ordered the upper. My impatience got the best of me and I ordered it anyway. FYI friends...

Had a hard time finding surefire 60 mag. Finally stumbled across it in stock at armsunlimited. And the price wasn’t marked up due to limited supply like most retailers are doing now. It was actually marked on sale and even after shipping, I still saved about 10 bucks on it. Showed up a day early too. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS. I ordered a brand new Trijicon MRO from AA back in June. When I finally received my order what I got was a clearly USED optic, not a brand new one. When I contacted AA they said I needed to contact Trijicon since that is how they received the product. I even asked for them to either refund my money or let me exchange it for different optic but they wouldnt even let me do that. They just kept saying I would have to contact Trijicon. These guys are crooks and I wouldnt order from them. There are plenty of other reputable suppliers of firearms parts out there that I would avoid these guys.Literally the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have received from any company in a long time.

Ive ordered from Arms Unlimited numerous times over the past few years and have had nothing but positive experiences. They have the best prices and orders ship quickly. I was reading a review below about packages not being delivered and thats not a reflection of Arms Unlimited but rather USPS. If everyone who ordered high end expensive items magically claimed they were never delivered and it was Arms Unlimited/ the companys responsibility to replace them- they wouldnt even have a business. As a small business owner myself- I have a difficult time with reviews claiming packages were never delivered as this is not the businesses fault/responsibility . I will continue to but from this company as well as my friends/family.

Terrible customer service. Run far far away with your hard earned money. Purchased a single in-stock item (Magpul D-60 magazine) and on day 21 it had not even been taken to the post office to be shipped. There is no ability to talk to an actual human on the phone when you call their listed number. The phone recording tells you to email them then disconnects the call. I sent two emails without a single return email from them. Eventually, I had to get a charge back from my bank. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I wish I would have done better research on my part as it seems way too many people are having the same issues as I did. Judging by the company’s responses on previous reviews, I can expect one of two things;1.) shipping delays- a tracking number was provided within 24 hours and over a 21 day period, it never changed from the initial “pre-shipping” status. Shockingly, their return policy states no items can be canceled once a shipping label has been created. “Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been marked shipped. They themselves, in response to a different one star review, stated no card is charged “until the item ships”. During my charge back process, I had to show my bank where the $115 charge occurred the day they sent me the shipping label. Funny, isn’t it?2.) Their inventory is “mostly accurate” yet the item I purchased was showing in stock at $115. The item went on sale a week after I bought it, for $99 still showing in stock. Yet here we are.Getting on Reddit, it appears many people who have tried buying from them have had this issue and have had to go as far as threatening a charge back process to even get a response. Also found people who bought the on sale magazine claiming to have already received theirs.

This is an update from my review on yelp. So I purchased a LE6920 colt and received it with scratches, not in original box and the lower is a LE6940 starting with serial number LP and not LE like it should be if it is a true le6920. Called Colt and spoke to a representative and told him my situation and the first thing he said is the issue with Arms Unlimited and I said yes. Colt representative said that they should not be selling this product as is especially when they have the description showing as a Colt LE6920-oem2 because it is not a genuine le6920. Might want to update your description to inform people that the lower is from 6940 and not a 6920. Waiting to get a refund and will never shop here again!!!!This is an update to this thread as I have finally received my refund confirmation for the full amount.This is a reply back to the response from Arms Unlimited. You are correct that you did say that the roll mark is PISTON CARBINE. I was still under the impression, regardless on what the roll mark is and from someone that is new to the AR market, it was a GENUINE LE6920-OEM2, what you are claiming on your website from the description you provide to customers. Roll mark is a process they use when rolling a designated stamp on metal and does not necessarily tell you what model of gun it is (at least from my research)! Now... how hard would it have been to update the description as not a genuine le6920 and provide your explanation in your response on your website (lower a 6940 and upper 6920)? The description is everything! Also the condition it arrived in was horrible as I was also under the impression it was a brand new AR, which it was far from new and looks like a 10 year old gun that was not properly stored (I added photos so people can see what I am talking about). As you will see from my photos there were scratches all over the lower and in horrible condition which is something I would not expect from a legitimate company. As I previously suggested in my first review, update your misleading description for people that do not understand what a roll mark is, with what you provide in your response to me as Colt themselves said they have received numerous inquiries related to your company. Maybe it is time for you to take some accountability and listen to the customer instead of blaming the custom as I see in all your responses to all your reviews. I do appreciate the timely refund but I will provide an accurate account of my transaction with your company, good or bad. I am a very detailed oriented individual and my reviews show that.

Also, be weary of buying these TLR-1 lights from amazon & ebay, they’re selling fakes! The one I received from Arms Unlimited came with a QR code from Streamlight to scan & prove its authenticity, probably a solution to the problem with ebay fakes. I am contacting my bank and filing a report on ARMS UNLIMITED and requesting a full refund. I’m also contacted a friend in LV police department and there has been a lot of complaints about ARMS UNLIMITED and their terrible customer service. I will not let this rest😡

Absolutely horrible experience. They don’t answe calls, emails or anything else. Part shipped with out installation screw. Tried to call. Never at their phones. Emailed and ignored. They’re horrible at customer service. Spend a couple bucks more and buy elsewhere. I did.
