Nice market. The vegetables are fresh. The bakery is OK. They have a hot foods section which is nice
This location is one of my favorites. Great selection and a clean store, which has a nice layout. The have many prepared foods to eat, from pizza to chicken breast and squash. The staff here is friendly and always ready to help you find what you need. 🙌
Staff was friendly, shelves were well stocked and freshly cooked items looked like they were just made. Pretty far on the west side of town but recommended to locals on the area. Sprouts and Whole Foods are within 1.5 miles of each other so people do have options for the organic/fresh items they covet.
Purchased a small eclair for $2.99 at Whole Foods. When I bit into it, it was frozen. I expected a fresh eclair for that price. They put it in a largish plastic box and it rolled around. The chocolate on top smeared around.I returned it and was told everything is frozen in their bakery. For their prices everything should be fresh!Very disappointing!!
Hot food was bad. Its $10 a box for hot (warm) food. Good choices.
Our favorite market! As a vegan couple we love the cooked food and deli section and the overall vegan selection throughout the store. Everything is healthy, clean and fresh:)
I like it great place to get organic and fresh produce to cook with just tried to get a job here and they sent me to 4 different whole foods just to not still get a response on being hired but still a good store highly recommended
Nice store.Employees stocking dairy and yogurt have no sense of folks shopping and are busy talking and pay no attention to the customers. I find this behavior to be a shortcoming when it comes to any type of customer service in Las Vegas. If you want nice customer service you might need to shop on the strip.
Organic food and good service. One thing to remember. Brand 365 is sub-brand of Amazon. I wont choose it. Amazon is using its power to invade other small organic brand. I am a trump supporter. I come here to support small organic businesses,if not, I dont have a reason to purchase in wholefood.
If money was no object I’d solely do my grocery shopping here. The staff is great and so is the food, just a bit spendy but worth it for the quality. Their bakery and ready made items are delicious.
This is my favorite Whole Foods in Las Vegas. And can I just say...Im so dang happy to have the hot food bar back. Man I missed being able to grab something fresh and healthy when Im just not in the mood to cook.
I love whole foods they have the best salad and food bar in the world the one on Charleston
They had some amazing shrimps and food here still not like the one in Santa monica but ill do
Did not find what I was looking for. It had been a while since I had been in the store. Not much has changed. Smaller variety of items.
Good location. Really inviting with friendly employees and service. Expect to pay more than your average grocery store.
So good to see my old friends service is wonderful and I love the coconut water
Probably the busiest Whole Foods in the city. That said you still get can get in and out very quickly.
Clean store with friendly staff. Most things we go here for are specialty products or Local Items that weve become fans of. Prices are Whole Foods price so you already know that. Produce selection is usually pretty well stocked. Im a fan of the food bar area and of course their selection of beer since we only have a handful of local breweries that can here in Vegas. Make sure you scan your Amazon Prime code at checkout for any discounts as it can add up and use your Amazon Prime credit card for another 5 percent off the purchase! I wish I had that credit card a long time ago!
Best salad bar anywhere. Has the best scones on earth. Found bison
Clean store, many varieties, friendly staff, tables for indoor and outdoor dining, Amazon returns are at customer service desk.
Expensive, no doubt but they have the good stuff. I didnt have to go to a weird market to find octopus. Well, a weirder market, anyway.
Store is great, expect spending money there if you shop. Ive worked at grocery store chains 35 years plus. Telling you Whole Foods cares about there employees, customers and products.
Whole Foods has been one of my favorite grocers for over 10 years, well before the Amazon buyout. It’s been a long serving passion of mine to support local farmers and artisans and Whole Foods shares that passion; they have a cornucopia of organic and locally grown foods.A few of my staples, are fresh ground peanut butter, local honey and it’s one of the few places in Las Vegas that I have seen my favorite Texas beer, Shiner Bock.Worth noting, they have a fresh juice bar with healthy tonics and a variety of exotic kombucha and fresh juiced produce and wheat grass, oh my!
The absolute worste Whole Foods in Las Vegas full stop. They can’t even make the sandwiches right or do inventory right run out of rolls all the time and stock isn’t the equivalent of other Whole Foods... the fresh food department is really off super lazy none of the hot food or pizza looks appetizing and I came at 11:00am everything should be freshly made by then... also they took away the burritos and replaced it with absolutely nothing...the prepared food/deli department is super lazy here Henderson and Las Vegas are the good Whole Foods in town this one just has so much work to do I’ve seen them move the really bad/rude workers here from other locations too
Shop there almost every day. Pizza is really good. Get a slice. Best if fresh. Really nice service and cashiers. Good selection.
Pricy, but fresh. A bit of everything, clean well stocked store.
Theyre very nice and helpful. I love their butcher and their assortment of soft cheese.
Always very good meats produce & prepared foods! all healthy drinks etc! except many times expensive! u have to watch it! I stock up when its on sale!I buy always roasted herb organic chicken so worth it! today I bought 3 of them! btw theyre on sale til about 2 more weeks! everything is so healthy delicious! u cannot go wrong! My favorite place Whole foods! Ive been shopping there over 20 years, & before Wild foods! so clean very nice athmosphere!
Good for a small sized Whole Foods market. The check out lanes are too cramped and hard to navigate.
I am 67 years old and I am very upset about the fact that your employees feel its ok to put their hands on customers especially in a time like today. That young man thats a manager, Nate is his name why did you feel the need to put your hand on my shoulder? It made me feel very uncomfortable! I really hope someone speaks with him about this situation? My grand daughter told me to write a review hope it helps.
I love Whole Foods. I love their organic variety, the place is clean, the staff helpful, and I can often find foods or ingredients I cant find elsewhere at WF.
Very helpful staff. A trip that would have taken me forever was cut to just 20 minutes!!!
Really like this Whole Foods. Its very rare that they dont have exactly what I need. Always clean with a very friendly staff. They have no problem opening up another Chek stand when it starts getting a little crowded. Great service!!!
Limited items but very fresh produce
In my opinion I cant give it a great review. Its over priced, employees are ok just not real friendly. The stockers were rude and wont excuse themselves for a moment if you need to get to a product theyve park a cart in front of.Further more I feel like Im in a communist county when Im there. So I dont care for it but check it out you might.
They need to have many more cashiers working at peak times (which are most times). Self-checkout would be nice, as well. Overall an okay, but not great, store.
The best selection of health concious foods. Great staff.
Busy like WalMart, but Walmart faster to open check stands and offers self checkout. Prices are more expensive, but selection of deli items and bakery are great if you opt to wait around awhile.
This is the best location in Vegas! Justine in prepared foods whips up a mean veggie sandwhich to keep me and my wife coming back for more! She made my experience here #1. Thankyou Justine !
I shop at Whole Foods quite often. Love the fresh breads and fruits!
Has a good selection of gluten-free cookies, pizza crusts, burritos, etc.
Love their products and its near my house.
I LOVE Whole Foods!! Been coming here for years and the staff is always extra helpful & polite which is rare these days! The deli guy actually came out from behind the counter to help find some cooked plantains. Although they were out, it was such a nice gesture! Then the checker helped me wrestle my smartphone to redeem an egift card. The staff always helps with enthusiasm & grace! Its the only store I still go into anymore! Best wishes to all for a terrific 2021!!🤗♥️
Whole Foods is great but not this loocation. Came in on a Monday and the lines were insane. Nobody helps bag and the lines go down the lanes. Waited on line for a while... For an Albertsons this is ok but not for the money Whole Foods charges. They need to make the front of the house more efficient.
Have not been to Whole Foods in over 7 years. This is my first visit back... Unfortunately for me it is the closest location to my new home and I wish it wasnt. Tiny and pure chaos. Would rather make a farther drive to a different location, and thats in hopes of having a better experience.**Update** It seems the cashier did not care if I was of legal age to purchase alcohol either.
Very limited options when it come to fresh herbs.
Awesome storeAloha Debbie
‘A’ for effort. Never have I ever stopped right in front of a grocer and saw what I saw. Courtesy and great food. Clear signs to direct the traffic getting to the correct sections in the store. Very upfront staff and a cool vibe. I bumped into a shopper head fist, but to my surprise she just smiled and kept shopping lol. Just moving to a new neighborhood and it feels like growing up all over agin. This location gets fifty stars!! 👀🤗 Seriously— it’s a nice store....
Love coming here and getting fresh food
Exceptionaly clean. Employees courteous and efficient....Five stars absolutely 💯 %
They have the best salats bar 💯💯
Vegan PizzaI LOVE PIZZA! Like love it that I could eat it every day all day! In the last couple of years I have had to stop eating cheese because Ive become lactose intolerant (very sad).I recently discovered Vegan Pizza and I have to say that while all Whole Foods makes Vegan pizza, this one always outdoes all the rest. The level of service, 20 friendly smiles from the time you walk in the door to the time your ready to leave. And of course, did I say that the Vegan pizza is ridiculous! I personally like all plain with a little extra sauce but they make all kinds of different ones and place them out for you to take by the slice. Yummmmmmm. The sauce is delicious. The cheese, which I miss so much, is so creamy that it makes me NOT miss regular cheese. 2 for $7 slices or an entire pizza pie for $13; thats insane.Well a big thanks to the Deli & the pizza Team, you always do a hell of a job!
Has everything I need. Great customer service people are always in a good mood to help.
Great selection, staffs friendly, we have a few around my neighborhood so its nice to have that convenience
Great place foe vegans and healthy food
Purchased an advertised catered Thanksgiving Turkey. Went to pick it up and it was freezing cold, required complete re-cooking. Called whole food customer support and got a whole lot of nothing except, We Value your feed back. Spent $90 dollars on a catered meal only to have to cook it myself. Would have gone elsewhere but it was already 4pm on Thanksgiving. Terrible experience to have on Thanksgiving and Ill never shop at Whole Foods again.
Love going to buy there because it is clean and everyone treats you nice. They clean the cars right away. Thank you.
This is a store that have healthy products from vitamins, oils, ointments, you name it they carry it if they dont they can help you, everyone there is friendly and helpful.
This establishment does not value my time or my input. I just moved here and this was my first experience at this location around 4pm on Feb 29, 2020. After shopping, I stood in line to pay. The line seemed to be moving unusually slow so I started observing the cashier. I saw him leisurely scanning an item and then immediately after, taking that same item and bagging it while trying to maintain friendly small talk. I am not a slave driver, but lines were backed up to the aisles and bending. I asked to speak with the front end manager and told her that I wanted to offer some insight to the person who trains and manages the cashiers. I told her that when you are doing a task, you can complete it 4x faster if you do step 1 for all items then move on to doing step 2 for all of the items. so for example, scan all of the items first, then bag all of the items. Her response to me was that most of their cashiers have been working there a long time so she just lets them do it how they feel comfortable. I looked back at the lines wrapping and spilling into the aisles...I was waiting in line for 15 minutes. How can I really respond to a manager telling me she doesnt care about the performance of her employees? This store will be my last resort.
They had the orange cream and banana peanut butter fudge rebel ice cream
Clean, organized, and some good deals if you are an Amazon Prime member.
Love their variety of organics food
Great store! I have been using Whole Foods for quite a time now. Besides, the organic foods and good quality goods, bsides the awesome Prime membership discounts, I absolutely LOVE their flowers department. This Mothers Day happened that we were in Vegas and I came to the Whole Foods yo get soe wine and Flowers for my grandma and aunties. Ruben in floral department did a great job on our bouquets. Thank you very much.
Always good. They didnt have the macadamia creamer I was looking for, but I bought a pili nut creamer instead, and some good Sunrise Crunch Honey cereal from Natures Path (has corn, quinoa, amaranth, and other things in it). Sat outside at a table, charged my phone with the adjacent outlet, took my breakfast and coffee, and caught up on some Instagram.
I enjoy the variety of options, I have recently gone to a plant base lifestyle, so whole foods is my go to for everything I need
Normally I have a great experience but the manager today was not only not helpful but rude in the process.
Food selection good as usual, Staff could use customer service training. Probably will not return to that location
Best selection of organic beef, pork, lamb, fish. One of my favorite stores. Love the bakery department. Large selection of cakes which are so delicious. Always buy birthday and holiday cakes here. Excellent quality.
This place is THE most chaotic Whole Foods EVER. So busy that no matter the day or time - boxes, workers and online “personal shoppers” FILL the aisles. I do not know how this combination is not a legal hazard. Makes the ordinary grocery store visit not ordinary at all. Management needs to use NIGHTS to stock. And, make a frickin’ store JUST for “online personal shoppers”. Keep a traditional store for traditional shopping. These online shoppers whiz up and down aisles reaching and grabbing with no regard for personal space or kindness. Seems WF has gone downhill since Amazon took over. Unfortunate - because I like the food choices there (as a plant based consumer). That being all said - seems those behind the counters are still mostly courteous and friendly. Thank you for hiring THOSE people.
Ugh I wish they would upgrade the staff. Same rude cashiers that never greet you....they either say nothing or talk to each other instead of the customers. I’m usually only acknowledged when they want to grab my money. It’s rare to get good service here.
Amazing selection. Great deals and quality. Very busy.
This grocery store isnt for everyone. If you are vegetarian or vegan, its perfect for you. I am not and the selections cater to those who are. I was looking for sandwich rolls (hoagie style) and could not find any. I think its a little over priced. The same prepackaged food items can be found across the street at Target for less money.
They pack those paper bag entirely too heavy. It is ridiculously heavy. The handles break and everything falls out! Stop overpacking the bags.
Love the store and people. place is a little too proud of some their products tho.
All fresh foods
As always great food but pricey even with being owned by Amazon. There may be a wait to get in. Masks please. The food bars are open but behind enclosure so they will serve you.
Amazing, one of the best Whole Foods in town!
Whole foods is always great. Clean and wonderful service. If youve got the money I definately recommend going here. Their Italian sausage and beef roasts cant be beat
Love the location, but they should have more cashiers the lines are Always crazy
The 5 stars goes to the young lady who work in bakery at pizza section she made me felt like I am valued as customers.
I now remember why I never go here. Outrageous prices.Caters to young organic tofu eating stay at home moms
This location is hit or miss. Today, it was a miss. Totally depleted produce section with the stocker moving at a snails pace. Pretty good meat counter. Ive noticed in the last year or two that WF has improved their wine selection but their pricing is absurd, easily 20% over retail. You could just go to Total Wine right across the street for the same bottles for cheaper (even Total Wine pricing isnt that great)However, the worst today was checking out. Today it was a purple haired freak behind the register gossiping with a pink haired freak at the bag station, and when we went up to the register we got zero acknowledgement or even a hello. They just continued their conversation treating us like were invisible. I dont need a conversation or the over-the-top engagement you get at Trader Joes, but just a Hey hows it going and some eye contact would be nice. The basics.I realize in 2021 that such things are antiquated and that a progressive institution like Whole Foods doesnt care about their employees appearance or social skills, but I do. Especially at these prices. Id rather just go to Sprouts or Albertsons and deal with friendlier people.
Whole Foods is my favorite grocery store but I’m leaving this review because I honestly feel this location deserves it #1awsome staff always helpful #2 great produce always fresh#3 always very clean I love everything here best food great prices u won’t beat there produce
$40 for frozen shrimp is crazy.
Where middle class summerlin shops. Good stuff, high price.
The best market in Las Vegas
Store is Clean. Plenty of Whole Foods Produce/Product. There is no Bulk product because of Covid though...
Im usually able to find most items sought from this location. One day, Ill be current with my Amazon Prime account and try to see the advantage it would afford me.
Love it...best healthy produce n huge selections..salad bar n juice bar....
Loved going here when i lived in Las Vegas. The aged steaks here are particularly good.
