Run away from this place!! 3 weeks ago they we had an appointment and they never showed I gave it 2 weeks and called them they apologized and said someone would call and they did at 8pm saying they would call the next day 1 week later still no call.

I am looking to build a fireplace in my back yard and called for estimate. I had appointment with Omid which he cancelled last minute... then showed up late the next day. We reviewed my space and my ideas and he told me I would have a design within 7-10 business days. I never received anything so I called and texted him with no reply. Very disappointing. Dont waste your time.

I use to like this place. However I bought a grill under a year ago and even with the manufacturer sending them a work order it took over a month to even get them out here to fix it. After they fixed it I have much worse issues with the smoker. Like unable to maintain temperatures due to them removing the thermostat and other equipment. Jury rigging the fix in the first place and when I call them. All i get is excuses and the refusal to fix the issue. Calling treager directly now instead of them. If the owner sees this review I invite him to talk with me cause his store employees suck except Tony hes the best

My husband and I were new to the Vegas area. We had a beautiful patio and wanted an amazing grill, island and fire pit built/installed.We brought up every BBQ shops throughout the Anthem/Henderson/Vegas area. We went to every one of them not once but 3 to 4 times making sure that we were going with the most knowledgeable men in the BBQ grill/island business. If you want the BEST make sure you go visit the twins ; two young men that know their products inside and out. They are with you from the time you walk through that door of the business to the end; making sure things are done right and to our the customers satisfaction. They make many suggestions along the way that made our project beautiful and most efficient for the area we were working with. Top of the line products, tiles, workers, if you want your patio done right and for a competitive price dont look any where else, dont waste your time. NUMBER ONE in the business/ BBQ CONCEPTS of LAS VEGAS!

Warning! Schedule this company to bid on a BBQ top, they rescheduled three times. After they finally showed up was told, that I would see a bid the next day. Now, they are MIA no response on the text messages or phone calls. Wasted my time.

At the core of this business is their knowledge of their products, and their service. Once you buy something from them they make you a part of the BBQ concept family. Wonderful store for your BBQ needs.I have a Traeger and they have every accessory that Traeger has plus all the different wood chips.Probably the best thing about BBQ Concepts are the people who work in the store, they are all very knowledgeable and helpful.If you never stopped off there it is worth going into this Independent store.

I went into store and asked for an estimate for a built in grill. Said they would call. Never did. Went back in 2 weeks later. Said they would call never did. Was referred to owner who came to my home on 2/4/20. Said he would get me an estimate. As of today..3/24 . nothing. Poorly run business. I would not recommend them for anything. Very disappointing.Considering opening a business to compete with them. Not be difficult.
