Whilst staying in Las Vegas we thought we would walk down to the sign. So we started at the New York, New York hotel but realise didn’t realise how long the walk would be. When we finally got there it was packed with bus loads of tourists and the wait for a picture was painstakingly long just helping ours with their photos. There is no shop or bathroom nearby so be aware if not prepared. Still worth the visit.

The casinos along the strip are so alive with a lot of people any time of the day. Great lights and presentations each casino has. Smoking is still practice in casinos and the strip. Sometimes is a deterrent for nonsmokers like me.

Great selection of items but a disappointing experience with the salesperson (Kia). We bought 6 different gifts and asked if we could get them in 6 individual bags as each gift was for a different person. She said she couldn’t do it. So we offered to buy extra bags if that could be done and she said we couldn’t do that either. I don’t understand the logic behind this. She was very rude about it too.

My family and I went here and were never coming back. The customer service was not good. We asked the person to help us because we had questions and she didnt help us. Nobody else was also willing to help us. So we wont come back.

Excellent place for photos. You have to go with availability of time since there are long lines to stop in the exact place where the photo is perfect. However, if you dont have that much time, you can take the photo with the sign on its side.

Shop very provided with any kind of product that can bear witness to our trip ....
