Came in on 9/20 looking for random stuff but a specific kimono item in particular. They didn’t have it but the cashier was so helpful and willing to do the work needed so I could get what I was looking for. Seems like so few people care about their jobs nowadays but between her attitude and the stores cleanliness it seems they really care about their businesses and hiring the right people.

Very cute store. Kind of pricey but understandable since products are from Japan. Lots of anime stuff and BTS. Cool store. Were definitely going back

This is such a fun little store! My kid loves figit toys, and right when you walk in they have a display of them. Its not a huge display, but they seemed to have all the ones my son wanted.

Very cool shop, has a lot of Japanese culture merch and treats. Definitely check it out if you havent yet.

Still enjoy the consumable items but the mark up on the hobby items are rough.

I have been coming here since it has opened and have loved it ever since. The people are warm and the service is good.

Would definitely reccomend coming here! Not as much sanrio items as I expected but it was still really nice. It felt like the shops in Japan that I went to. Not too expensive either! ( cute snacks there too )

I come from Oregon and we dont have nothing like that, i came here and they had all my favorite animes. Me and my brothers loved it and the staff are amazing and friendly.

Cute stuff from Japan, store was clean, but dont come thinking youre getting a discount. Some items there are way too overpriced.

Visited this place during Easter to purchase Anime items for my granddaughter. The sales lady was very helpful. Nice place for international items.

Employee was extremely rude. Asked me for my covid vax card which legally he cant do. Ever heard of Hipaa laws.Will never ever shop here again

I have medical excuse and I am vaccinated. They violated my human rights and refused entry to the store without mask. Which is illegal for medical reasons. I currently suffer with epilepsy and prolong times in masks can make me have a seizure. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE. My son was just about to spend all his graduation money here. Walmart it is.

Nice selection of Anime and BTS

Great place to buy gifts for all those anime lovers. Ive been a customer from that store for 3 years now. The service is awesome as well! I might talk with the owner to do a video review on them for my youtube channel because is a great place with awesome and cool stuffs for adults and kids!

Me and my husband and infant daughter waited outside the store while we wait to get called or give an okay from an employee to come in because of the capacity of people allowed in the store completely understandable and fine. But after seeing so many people exit out my husband politely asked, if its okay to come in. And Victoria was very rude and said, no! and I asked why is that ? Her response was “ the people that left are going next door to use the restroom and they will be back!” So she held several spots and made us wait a long while outside the store with my daughter in the heat . The employee said rudely, fine just get in with a very bad attitude. At this point we where uncomfortable just to step in so we left very disappointed .

This place is great! I was visiting Las Vegas during the weekend for a family function and had this on my list to visit. We don’t have stores like this in UT so I wanted to get some anime merch. They have a nice selection of figurines in boxes as well as a case. The selection of various items is nice as well, and I was able to get some characters from my face animes. Some of the items can be a little on the higher end of the price, but I say it’s worth it.If you like Japanese snacks, they have a good selection there as well. But I would probably go to an Asian market instead, where you can get more for your buck.Overall, the experience was enjoyable and I wish they would expand to other states. Where I live the only stores that sell anime stuff are Hot Topic and Boxlunch, and most of the time they don’t have a lot of stuff to choose from. I would highly recommend going here.

Incredibly Rude and Extremely Uneducated Staff behind the counter. Too busy Gossiping with friends about other staff members who didn’t put pillows away properly instead of helping customers. Over priced and once I saw the completely ignorant way she treated other customers I left with out purchasing what I went in for. Will never shop here. What a rude unprofessional and may I again say VERY UNEDUCATED woman you have working there.

If you like anime and Japanese snacks/drinks, they have it! They also have a lot of other Japanese products that arent food!! I really love this place, I would 10/10 recommend!!!

Went to the store said they were at capacity so we walked away came back a little later & still couldnt come in then we seen a couple enter the store right after we were turned away nice job on customer treatment we stayed to see if it was just us or if theyd do it to other customers then finally they turned someone away after the 6 extra ppl they let walk thru the door

Is a bit small but has super cute items!

Small import shop, but chock full of interesting items. Great for kids interested in amine. Pricey but a lot of unique items. A nice oasis amongst all the chain stores in the area. Stop by Seafood City and grab some eats there too while you are there.

I have visited this Store multiple times, each time staff greets you and is always friendly. Great place to find cute little treasures!

The wait outside is ridiculously long, so few people in the store. While huge line waits outside. Too cold and too long of a wait for so little choices. Dont waste your time...

The worker was extremely rude. Me, my son, and daughter walked into the store. My daughter and I had masks on. My son did not (for reasons we have a doctors note for.) The worker informed me we all needed to exit since we didn’t all have masks on. I asked him why since the law says 10 years old and under are not required. He raised his voice and said it was private property and we needed to leave. The way this was handled was extremely unprofessional and rude. If he would have politely told me, there would have been no issue. I would have made arrangements for my son so that I could return to the store at a later time. This interaction alone has made me never want to return and I will be spending my money elsewhere. This issue didn’t have to happen if the worker wouldn’t have gotten so defensive right off the bat. He clearly was having a bad day to have yelled at a pregnant mother in front of her two children.

Come here all the time to scope out whats new lol the staff is always chill and cool about stuff. Wish I had more money to always spend here lol but love it, recommend coming here if you like stationary items as well as anime/video game culture as well as food/snacks and kitchen ware 👍🏽

A bad moment in time! Okay so I had to edit my initial review because at the moment I wrote it, I was furious with the service and overall treatment we received in this shop. Our overall experience shopping at Tokyo Discount was unfortunate and truly sad. I came to check out the merchandise with my kids since they are into Manga and Pokémon.Long story short, the store clerk accused my daughter of stealing his cell phone only because he couldnt find it. His logic was based on the fact that he misplaced his cell and while using the land line he called his cell, and as he walked around the store and heard it vibrating next to her. When he came near us he heard it vibrate and assumed the vibration was coming from her purse. He apologized after accusing her of stealing, but his apology meant nothing to me. I will never shop there again. It was clear that the clerk made an accusation based on race, which was very sad. Although he apologized it didnt make a difference to me.If you little dude (YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE) reading this review, I sincerely hope you learn from this experience. Not every black person you see come in your store, is a thief. (You cant change rasicm in a day, but ignorance is a possible choice; you can choose to educate yourself). ☺

It had all the anime stuff I needed

This store is amazing. I took my son there today for the first time and they have all kinds of amazing things. He wanted a headband from a anime show and they had it. Great store and great staff and friendly!!!!!

Good variety of things. There is a ton of things packed into a small place, to the point of there being to much. It is a small place and with everything in there it is tight to move around. Prices seem to range from it being a good price to being expensive but with a import novelty store it is reasonable and understandable. Some things seem out of place like a bunch of those pops figures and cert kpop things that dont really seem to fit with everything else but the majority of the store is very in theme for what they are going for with Tokyo in their name. I go there every once in a while and always end up buying something, they do have a big selection of Japanese drinks and snacks there too. There reason I would rate it 4 stars is its cluttered for a small space and somethings are a bit high price.

The people who worked there were kind/ ok. Their items there are a bit overpriced though, I paid $40 for 4 items. I recommend it though.

Drove all the way here from by the M resort in Henderson to find a closed sign :( online it said 7 PM. We arrived at 6 to find it closed. Was so disappointed!!!!

This is my favorite store. Every employee are beyond nice and interact with everyone to make it a warm and social place. If you are into Anime and Japanese snacks/drinks, I recommend checking out one of their four locations. Ive only shopped at three of them though.

This place isnt as cool as it was just a few years ago. The quality of the packaged snacks is poor, as though theyve been on the shelves a while. They also look at you like youre about to steal when Id be happy to spend a lot of $ if they didnt eyeball me like a criminal. Im middle aged, well dressed person who isnt trying to hide in the aisles. It sucks because they have neat things to browse through.

I love this place. You can get all of your quirky little asian things here. You can find snacks, and toys and all sorts of cool things for your car.

Compact place with a bunch of different Asian goods from anime dolls, writing instruments, dishes and good stuffs.I always drop by when Im in Vegas because my niece loves this place. We always walk away with things happy. At least they do.

Been here many times. If youre into anime, Kpop or Asian snacks, this place wont disappoint. And it happens to be near an Asian market (Seafood City).

Such a fun & cute store, you can spend a long time here just to take in everything! They have everything from Anime to Hello Kitty! Like that they have Japanese noodles, snacks and soda! The staff are very nice and pleasant!

Love this place!!!! I love all the anime items from shirts to backpack clips. They also have dishes and neat gadgets. In addition, to candy from Tokyo! The stay are awesome! They also have some cosplay items at semi reasonable prices!I know my son is going to love the panda training chopsticks!

I love this place even better then their second site in the Galleria in Hendo. Japanese kitch at its best. Its a small shop but they have a good selection and the staff are great.

Great shop with a variety of imported goods. Hello Kitty, Pokemon, anime and popular video games characters like Mario, and Overwatch can be found here. They have a wide variety ceramic/porcelain mugs, tea sets and dishes. I love to visit this shop when Im in town.

It was a amazing place. The cashier was very friendly. And I got my bts merchandise. In addition there is other kpop related things there like blackpink, red velvet, exo, Nct, and bigbang. Also there is a lot of anime related things and Japanese food as well.

I love this store. The things you can buy in there are mostly all anime related. The prices vary. Some you could find cheaper online. Others were way less expensive in the store. It is also the only store in vegas that you can still find Bakugan. Everything in there is so cute!
