As always I love Pandora, however Angie is awesome. She was attentive, Patient and knowledgeable. Angie is so nice. I came from out of town. She is so much better than my local Pandora. She even offer to clean all my bracelets which I I love. Angie had the best customer service. Im a 28 year Reatail/district manger and shes the type of employee that we love. Thanks Angie!

I was visiting in Las Vegas for the fifth time I had such an amazing time I wanted to get something for my bracelets to remember my trip by. I went to this location and had the pleasure of being helped by Tatjana Mandich. She was awesome! She had wonderful customer service skills helped me fix the way my charms should be on my bracelets and helped me pick something out, she helped myself and my friends and was VERY patient with us. She is very good at what she does. I’ve never had customer service so amazing 🤩 thank you Tatjana again for everything!

I was here last week with my boyfriend. We recently moved to Vegas and wanted to add a Vegas charm to my bracelet. We got there and Connie started helping us and told us about a special they are running (buy 2 charms get 1 half off or free I can’t remember exactly) and so I picked out one I liked and she INSISTED I needed to do the deal and when me and my boyfriend kindly told her we just wanted to purchase one charm she reacted very rude and pushy and was MAD that we were just purchasing 1 charm and not 3 for $180!!!!!!!!! We ended up not purchasing a charm at all and won’t be going back to this location. Connie started out helpful but we left very disappointed and felt like she was trying to guilt trip us into spending more money.

I went to this store twice. First time I really only only wanted to browse around and look at the options (I was purchasing a charm for my mother). The sales assistant was really pushy and I felt under pressure and had no time to think or look stoat the entire store. I left. A couple of days later I went back. Different staff. No pressure to buy this or that. I got a beautiful charm that my mother loves.

Wearing your nice jewelry to work can be disastrous, depending on your job. This jewelry works well for work, and theyre great rings that always include a replacement warranty. Cant go wrong with Pandora.

Lovely store with nice sales assistants but one sales assistant called Jennifer shouldnt be working there. Very rude and pushy with sales of charms. Asked really awkward questions and it felt like an interrogation about why I didnt have spacers and pointed out how dirty my bracelet was.All Pandoras Ive been to in America and Australia have been amazing but the service from Jennifer left a negative view on this store.I will be contacting head offfice about this poor service and I wish I had been served by anyone else.

I visited this store a few days ago, the SA was very good (Jessica), I ended up buying when I never planned on making a purchase. I forgot my boxes that I asked for because I walked out wearing my purchases. I made a call and then returned to the store for my boxes for one bracelet and six charms and clips. The SA that worked with me for my purchase so I asked another SA for the box and bags that you normally get with purchase. The SA gave me one box and two charm boxes, no felt bags and I specifically asked her for the bags because I need them to preserve my jewelry.I am not sure what it is why SA in Pandora do not like to give boxes and bags that are supposed to be given with purchase, this has not been the first time. Next time I will not take any purchase unless it placed in the appropriate packaging and not on my hand, in my ear or around my neck.

The jewelry is heavenly but overpriced for costume jewelry. They might have precious metal available but I turned away when I saw the prices for regular metal pieces

What is Pandora? Its on sale from the 26th, so I stopped by once, but most of them are true and the price of the rings is good. I was thinking of buying it, but I put up with two rings before the sale, so I put up with it.

You find the same thing in Mexico. The prices quite similar.
