Should have samples out for people to try. I would up buying several items, jerky, and a couple i didnt like at all. The turkey jerky was my favorite and the brisket is to die for. Pretty pricey tho. The bagel chips with the cinnamon sugar are amazing.

I found this place when I was craving some beef jerky. We took our 3 year old, 2 year old and 3 month old baby. Nice friendly service. The staff was really nice. They gave me son and daughter free kids puzzles and a mini calendar.

Located within the Plaza Hotel. It can be sort of tricky to find this place. You need to go on an escalator within the hotel by the slots to reach the store. When you see a chapel, you go on another escalator again and itll be on your left. The store has plenty of snacks, my family usually gets the beef jerkys. Worth a trip to go down here if youre ever in downtown.

Ive been coming here for over 25 yrs and they are so nice! They truly have the Aloha spirit!

Went here because my stepdaughter wanted the cinnamon bagel chips. No friendly service, which is disappointing considering everyone raves about it. Majority of their stuff seems repackaged items. Yeah, the cinnamon bagel chips are good, but it would give them more business if they gave out samples.

My husband and I shop there whenever we are in Vegas!!!! The owners and staff are so welcoming and friendly !!!! They ship your merchandise if requested and it reached us the same day we landed at home!!! How great is that!!!!!! Would love if I could order online because when our stash is gone I want to order more!!!!! This is a must visit at the Plaza in Downtown Las Vegas!!!!!

Personally shopped there and had everything mailed home. Call them if you want something and they will ship it to you. The ladies are nice and friendly.

Nice friendly service. Placed an order (over the phone) from Oahu, Hawaii and had it sent to Florida. Done!...If there was a web site I could order from, might order more often. Maybe its a good thing theres no web site!

This place is a hidden GEM of magical proportions right here in Downtown Las Vegas! The beef jerky is great, but I always order the Gourmet Cinnamon Bagel Chips which are INCREDIBLE in taste to give to visitors to Las Vegas as a Taste of Las Vegas. I also love the Parmesan Garlic Bagel Chips--but have to be careful about getting close to others after I eat them! Oh, yes, I also demolish Karens Gourmet Chocolate Shortbread Cookies which--believe it or not--are BETTER than Freeds Bakery, the perennial Best of Las Vegas Bakery. Unbelievably, they also have a Dark Chocolate Bark candy that is superior to the chocolate I had in Switzerland, Belgium, France, and England...even the best at the famed Harrods or Fortnum and Masons in London. I have had all...and Karen is the WINNER hands down! The owners--the Higa Family from Oahu, Hawaii--have all the Aloha in the World. The nicest, kindest, most caring of people with terrific customer service. For those of you from Hawaii, Karens uncle was Governor George Ariyoshi--Hawaiis Best Governor.
