Edited to add: I forwarded the email in question to the person who has responded to this review. He thanked me for doing so and apologized for the inappropriate email. He did nothing to rectify the situation as promised. It has been a week, and I have not heard back from this “company.”MORE IMPORTANTLY, it is not lost on me that the person who responded to my review is also the same person who wrote the “5 Star Review” below mine. Upon looking into this, just as I suspected, their National Director is also one of the dishonest reviews further down. This is obviously comical, concerning, and dishonest all at the same time—very in line with my experience thus far. I will update if I ever hear back, but I am not waiting bated breath.If I could give 0 stars, I would. Truly the worst company I have ever dealt with. I purchased a $100 gift card for a restaurant in Los Angeles that ItsOn.Me advertised as open for Carryout Dining.Upon arriving in LA, we learned the restaurant had actually closed indefinitely. I corresponded with ItsOn.Me about the restaurant being closed and the error in their advertisement, and was told they would not offer a refund, but I could give the gift card to a friend and they could help me if thats what I chose to do. I expressed that I did not want to give my $100 gift card away, as I was visiting the area and did not know anyone, especially given the fact that the restaurant was closed indefinitely.I was met with no response and had to dispute this with AMEX, who was just as appalled by their poor business practice as I was. After disputing this with AMEX, I received an email from ItsOn.Me saying they planned to fight my dispute and were strongly urging me to cancel my dispute. The slightly threatening undertones were not lost on me. I ignored this email, and obviously won the dispute, with AMEX crediting me back the full amount.I would not recommend this company to anyone as they are dishonest, misleading, and have terribly unprofessional customer service. I do not know how they have manage to stay operating, but I can only imagine it will not be long before they are investigated given the other negative reviews.

So awesome, now I can send someone a buy someone a round of drinks or a round of golf instantly right from my phone. So many cool places on the platform now, looking forward to watching them grow.

This mobile gifting service has been a great experience when it comes to sending gifts quickly and easily from my phone. ItsOnMe already saved me many times when Ive needed to send a gift fast! My friends and family love the technology.

Really big fan of ItsOnMe. Im the words biggest procrastinator when it comes to gifting on birthdays and holidays, etc. ItsOnMe has SAVED me a million times since I am able to just send my people a drink or gift card, instantly. Super easy to use.
