Im admittedly not a gamer, and this place is not my demographic. However, I found this place dynamite.It was well stocked, diversly supplied and organized. Proper COVID protocols seemed in order.Staff (including owner) was engaging and friendly. Sufficiently answering all inquiries with a call to action...for my nephew who recently moved to town.There were unique board games and puzzles too.Well done!!!

Boy oh boy....if you love games of all sort then you gotta check this place out. Tons of table top gaming selections, dice, figures etc etc. Check this place out table top gamers or people who are new to tabletop gaming

Buyers, CALL the shop on games before you buy online. The game I ordered had a cut from a box cutter on the corner of the box which made the corner split. The game was advertised as new and in shrink wrap. The store notified me of this AFTER I placed my order online. They only offered a 10% discount or a full refund. They did not account for any extra discount for poor quality control on their part and placing a game with a damaged box online for sale as new. I asked for free shipping and they denied it. All they gave me was $4 and some change back in a refund for the damaged box. The reason I still bought it was because the game was hard to find brand new right now. They will still be on my list as a store I will visit but will be my last option because of trust issues. I understand the issue they had but this game should have never made it to the shelf as new. You know as a retail store, and an employee receiving items, that you would have cut a game box with a box cutter while opening a box. Also, its not like you are Wal-mart. You are a specialized type of store and would have noticed that a box was cut before it got placed on the shelf as new. I gave it 3 stars at least because the customer service aspect of it was good by at least sending an email and answering their phones. But, in my opinion, they did the minimum they could do fix the situation and could have done more.

Trying to find the official card sleeves for Marvel Champions LCG has been a real pain..Ive been searching the web for over a month trying to locate them and finally stumbled across Little Shop of Magic. I called to verify inventory before placing my order and I was delighted to hear that they truly had them in-hand. They sat them aside for me and I placed my order; the lady on the phone was both friendly and helpful and I waited while she dug through boxes to confirm the information I requested.I chose the cheapest shipping option, however, they arrived in just a matter of days! Much quicker than I expected! So far my experience with Little Shop of Magic has been exactly what I look for in a store and I love to support small businesses who take care of their customers. I just happened to stumble across their site, but I will most definitely be revisiting for any of my future purchases.After placing my order, I received an e-mail from the owner, both to thank me and to make sure I was taken care of. Quite frankly, this is rare in todays age and it goes a long way with me. Again, I will most definitely be purchasing from Little Shop of Magic in the future and Im very happy to have found a store that not only carries a product thats difficult to find, but also cares about their clientele enough to personally reach out and thank them.Thank you very much for everything!

Has the makings of a great game store, but they are currently remodeling or settling in. The board game section is good, but somewhat limited, though filled with expansions you may want. They really need a play area though

Biggest, oldest, and best tabletop gaming store in Vegas. If you run on the geeky side of things, you owe it to yourself to visit! Their board game selection is massive and plenty of tables for D&D, MtG tournaments, and wargaming. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and a totally welcoming environment. Cant recommend Little Shop enough!

As a tabletop rpg fan this store is easily the most well stocked Ive seen in Las Vegas. A lot more than just D&D, they have at least little bit of everything when it comes to rpg books and minis, usually more.

My husband and I stopped in and this place is wonderful! They have great COVID safety in place, and ask that everyone washes their hands upon entering. They have a point system as well where you can earn $1 off for every point you’ve saved up (more if you saved up a ton of points). Which is great because I have a feeling we will be spending a lot of time and money here!

Oh, dont visit with a credit card...prices are great, good selection.

Little Shop of Magic is where I go if I need a wide selection of minis and paints for tabletop gaming. Not only that he has the biggest selection of bird games, card games and RPG books.John has been in business for 25 years and there are many reasons why. Currently keeping his customers and employees safe they’re not providing gaming but are always open for business.Huge shout out to John and the team for always being friendly and having what I need for Star Wars Legion, Warhammer Age of Sigmar or Warhammer 40K. A hobbyists playground.

Pokemon cards are almost double msrpjust so you know before you go here expecting a good price

This store & the staff are great! I sent them an message hours before they opened & John texted me back in a matter of minutes. After explaining that my wife & I were coming from Utah for the day he checked the stock on a certain item I was looking for & agreed to set one aside for me. The store itself is wonderful. I could have spent hours there. All the staff were friendly & helpful. They even helped my wife with suggestions on where she might look locally for some of the things she was shopping for. We will be back! Frequently, I hope!

I recently purchased a Squishable Plague Doctor (super cute) from their online store and was exceedingly pleased with their customer service. The site was easy to navigate, informative and not extra in any way. I absolutely plan to shop there again.

I am giving this a 5 star rating because I am hoping to get a good Lord of the Rings TM board game online so please dont give me up but I sincerely think this might be one of the best places I can buy :)

Has all your Boardgame/TCG needs. Paint and paint brushes as well to paint your figurines. I dont know as of today but they do host TCG tournaments, dont know which ones though. Great place!

I ended up spending about $116 here during my visit of Las Vegas. The staff were very friendly here, answered my several questions, place was clean and also proactive of Covid19. I havent been to many places at all that have a D-100, or dice rolling boards. That was great! I wish their MTG selection was bigger, but I was still able to get a couple decks. Overall, Im happy with my visit.

It also shares a shopping center with one of my favorite sushi joints and and a Jack in The Box. The private rooms are perfect for game nights or D&D. Seriously. I cannot recommend them enough. Great selection, staff, and tons of fun events

I love this place! Probably the best selection of Vallejo paints compared to anywhere Ive seen at great prices. They carried Vallejo model color, model inks, alcohol metallics, game color, game air color, mecha color, panzer series and vallejo spray paints...wow! Nice small selection of P3 as well... amazing! Lots of board games and miniatures to choose from, warhammer, deepcuts, dnd, bones, etc. Even had private hobby rooms with doors for individual gaming sessions.Brianna was very helpful and friendly.Great first visit, just wish the store was closer to me!

Friendly, helpful staff. Every time I spoke to someone I was informed of upcoming events that might be relative to my interests. I do wish I knew how the game board wall was organized so my browsing experience would be more efficient. However, the staff were always available to help direct me if I had any questions.

This was my first time visiting this shop, so maybe I caught them on an off day... It was the older gentleman(maybe the owner?) and his little dog that made the experience a little uncomfortable. I brought my two children in to look at games, because its something my 9yo son with Autism really enjoys. We were greeted at the top of the stairs by the tipping, excited dog, which caused my son to retreat back down the stairs behind me. I have a knee injury, so I slowly made my way up to the shop. The older gentleman seemed offended that my son was frightened by the tiny yipper, but decided to let the dog run rampant anyways. He never helped us with anything, but the younger gentlemen working was very professional and informative. I calmed my son about the dog, saying that she must be well behaved and friendly, or they wouldnt let her run loose. The game selection was enormous, but priced pretty high. When we were ready to leave, my son suggested we use the elevator for my knee injury. The high pitched squealing of this elevator caused the dog to lose her ever-loving mind, and growl, bark, and bare teeth, right next to my terrified children. The owner attempted to soothe the dog, but didnt apologize to me or my kids. He really seemed like he could care less about his customers satisfaction or safety, or getting any new customers. Thats a fairly risky business plan, but I wish him the best of luck with that. Well take our business somewhere nicer.

Incredible selection and courteous staff.

Super rude employees. There kiosk wasnt working to look up signals. I informed an employee. Employee couldnt get the kiosk to work, but he was able to search on his phone. So I sit down and search for what I want on my phone. Find what I want and go back. Another employee rudely told me I need to use the kiosk. I point out that it didnt work and to please give me the cards . She rolls her eyes and stomps to the kiosk. I leave. Guess FB was right about them not selling singles.

Amazing store with a huuuuuuuge stock of everything you can think of (except Infinity the Game!). I loved this place! So comfy with multiple back rooms and a huge amount of floor space!

Mostly for board games and miniature games and not so much for pen and paper rpg, which is understandable these days. Great selection of dice though. The variety is huge. Large area with tables for playing.

Customer service was horrible and incredibly disconnected from the customer base. Whoever it was that was in charge took a sharp and curt lead trying to rectify what he thought was a “situation” and handled it very unprofessional. We are out of state vintage mtg collectors and have been do this for a many of years and this store left a bad taste in my mouth....

This place is overwhelmingly awesome! Upon entry you know youre in the right place and once you get upstairs it is jaw-dropping to see the extensive collection of table top products and TCG products on display for you to go through see and touch, with plenty of space to move around. They have an abundance of tables that all have play mats on them. They have rooms for private game sessions. And they even have TCG singles that you can buy. This is one of the best stores Ive ever seen, extremely orderly well kept with tons to offer. The staff is nice polite and welcoming they have knowledge of everything in store, with tons of information to pass on. I highly recommend supporting this LGS

Perfect for my D&D X-mas gifts

My favorite place is Vegas for all my table top needs! I mostly purchase D&D miniatures but they have most anything you could want, from Warhammer to random obscure board games. Ive never been disappointed. Prices and good and the staff is always helpful and knowledgeable.

Really Nice Place.Prices are a bit high IMHO. But, its clean, neat, well lit, and well organized.The staff has a decent grasp on certain games they sell, and I imagine this differs from employee to employee. Given the vast offering of table tops games now available, it is likely difficult to keep employees versed in every game you sell.So far, this is the nicest game store Ive visited in Las Vegas.

My experience with Little Shop of Magic:- I walk in and Im immediately greeted by the guy working behind the counter, followed up by Can I help you find something.- I tell him Im going to browse and Ill ask him if I need any help.- I quickly found the Star Wars X-Wing miniatures I was looking for.- I go up and pay. The guy tells me of their free exp program so I sign up.- I ask when the next tournament is and not only did the guy behind the counter help, but also a woman and a man, who I assume is this John guy everyone speaks of, told me when the next tournament is and what I need to bring to play in the tournament. (Bring in can goods)- I pay, the guy behind the counter tells me to have a good day, and I go home happy.I dont play Magic and admittedly I didnt see much for it except for the booster packs behind the counter. What I can say is is that Little Shop of Magic is one of the better stores Ive been to. Im originally from Southwest Missouri and the selection of game shops we had was terrible. I will be coming back to buy from these guys again.And yes, you can find products that they sell on Amazon for much less, but Id rather support my local game store. Remember, theyre a small business, not a big corporation that can offer big discounts like a lot of places.

Very friendly staff, very accommodating, and the owner is a wonderful guy. They go out of their way to make sure youre comfortable and happy. Brook and Ethan are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store for anyone interested in Magic! The Gathering or D&D, among other various games and hobbies.

I want to love this store but nearly every time I visit I get haughty aloof employees behind the counter who seem bothered by my questions. The selection is great, the layout is nice, and they have a large number of tables for gaming - a seemingly ideal setting for your FLGS (Friendly Local Game Store). Hopefully they will see this review (and others here with similar sentiments) and work on the F in FLGS. If the workers would be more receptive to questions and not act like my presence is a chore then I would rate this place 5 stars.

The staff are very knowledgeable about tabletop gaming supplies and fantasy worlds. The place has a huge selection of board games and tabletop gaming expansion sets, and they have tables open for anyone to come in, sit down, and have a game with friends. Would definitely visit again!

Absolutely the best warhammer shop we have ever been to. Customer service is amazing and they will order any board game related item you need. They have hundreds of board games and they are priced reasonable. We will continue to call little shop of Magic our home.

A large open space for gamers to gather. The shop is clean and well stocked with a fair assortment of titles. It would be nice so see more indie representation, but their main focus seems to be CCG, and miniatures gaming. With, of course, a big slice dedicated to Magic the gathering.Overall its a great space.

Best place to play collectible card games, especially Yu-Gi-Oh and Magic the Gathering, and best place for table top gaming in my opinion. Theyve got separate private rooms for game sessions or cards, and a big communal area. Great selection of board games, figurines, and cards from all kinds of lines. My especially enjoy the casual Monday night Magic the Gathering Commander league and Friday Night Magic.

Its a local shop. The people are friendly. Ive been there three times looking for things, twice I called ahead, all three times I didnt find what I was looking for. The calls both made me feel like theyd be there. First was a game, second was something for Star Trek, third was something for D&D. The people are nice enough and they do have a decent facility.It also feels somehow better than it did the last time I was there (maybe carpet color changed?) so I wont rate 1 star but I wont be going back so I wont rate 5 stars either. Their prices are a bit high and they dont price match, their comment is that theyre local so they offer something you cant get otherwise. Due to the lack of them having what I want having a local inventory doesnt personally benefit me; however, for those who need the few things they do stock Id recommend patroning them since these types of stores (family/friend face-to-face time oriented games, aka tabletop) are fewer and farther between than they should be.

Very cool FLGS. The staff was friendly and very helpful in looking for items I was trying to find. Even though we were only partially successful, the staff offered to order the rest of what I was searching out. I wont get to come often--unfortunately!--since I only visit Vegas a couple times a year, but this Little Shop of Magic will definitely be on the must visit list!

Great game selection with just about every game you can think of; tabletop, d&d, miniatures (with paint supplies!), magic the gathering... they have it all. And it didnt strike me as crazy prices.They also have a good number of tables, tabletop games for borrowing, and the organization of the store is easy to understand.The one person we talked to was also very friendly and helpful.The only reason it isnt 5 star is because we have yet to attend an event so I cannot say for sure that it is 5 star worthy.WARNING: They had a cat there when we visited so if youre allergic here is your heads up.

A surprisingly interesting place if you are into board games, card games and Miniatures. They have multiple tables set up for gaming and they have games available for you to try out and play before you buy. Its on the second floor and there is an elevator available to the public.

Loads of products, Im in love with the unique artist paints...a bit on the expensive side though (4/5 for price). Wonderful staff and clean shop.Update: I enjoyed game night, however there were some things I didnt enjoy: the game room was cramped (people were gassy ;_; yuk), bathrooms required a key (so gross), bathroom soap ran out, and bathroom paper towels ran out, and unlike Natural Twenty Games theres no free drinks or snack. LSoM seems like a good beginner place and Nat20 seems like a good advanced place (for DnD).

Great selection of games and a very friendly and knowledgeable staff! The shop is very kid friendly for the younger gamers. Plenty of opportunities to make new friends with all the open game playing. I love it here!

My friends and I came it to purchase Magic cards, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and patient with us during our visit. When we returned just after to get more cards for a friend who was a little disappointed with her selection they went above and beyond to make us happy with our purchase. Well absolutely be going back, cant recommend highly enough.

Hello poorly run store,You should be sorry to be such a disappointment and the only confusion appears to be between store ownership and its employees.My records indicate that after I finished with your PPTQ, I in fact, wanted to spend more time in your store and participate in another event, the Magic Open House, that was concurrently running alongside the event I just finished participating in. When I asked What can I do to get a promo the staff responded with ONLY brand new players get the promo and basically laughed at me when I wanted to play games or whatever I had to do to earn the promo. I would have been happy to teach new players and in fact did assist with some rules questions that the people playing casually had.If you would like to not be a horribly run store I encourage you to actually give out the promotional cards for the events that people attend at your store. Or at least educate/inform your staff of how you intend to distribute promotional cards because the treatment I received was abysmal.

Love shopping here! The owner is very nice and he has a friendly helpful staff. The atmosphere and service are always fantastic. Even though I usually buy sometimes I like to come in and just look around and watch people playing the games they are into.
