Ordered equipment online, ordered was back-ordered its understandable given Covid, but lack of response via email or phone was bad. I called multiple numbers and emailed all emails never got a response, i finally found a personal cell number and got a response. Committed multiple times to provide update of order, never followed through. Responded when i requested a refund, had to file a claim with my Credit company for refund.
