Visited Las Vegas location, super expensive hidden fees. Said the “merchant fee” was required by the state. On phone/offer up price was different from what we ended up having to pay.

Ken was great when my treadmill needed a new belt. Although it was not in warranty, just ran out 30 days prior, they honored to fix it without charge. Unfortunately we do not see this customer service in this country often. It was a great surprise to see this occur. Thank you Ken for your awesome costumer service...S.P

Beto and Chris at Equip Fitness have been amazing to work with! My office has a gym in it and we have had a LOT of problems with the equipment so we called them to help fix it. They went above and beyond to work with the company to help troubleshoot and fix the issues. They have made what has been a very stressful situation much easier to deal with. I would highly recommend these guys to anybody that needs help repairing any fitness equipment! I have even referred them to a coworker for her treadmill at home and they were able to fix it quickly for her!

Professional, courtious and honest. The equipment is commercial grade and Ken dosent take advantage of the customer. He was patient and accomodating as I shopped for my home gym. There is no better place to outfit your gym with professional equipment with regard to quality or price.

DO NOT BUY BEFORE READING THIS REVIEW.I needed a gym machine. I posted the request on a facebook group and Ricky (one of the partners at Equip Fitness) reached out to me with a machine that matched what I wanted. We agreed that the machine will cost $1650 including delivery and installation. I sent him video of my room and how to go there from the garage(the room is next to the garage). Ricky was nice to tell me that would be no problem.We tried to schedule the delivery and installation for 2 days without success because Ricky said nobody was there to help him. I understand we have the virus thing going on. I told him i could wait but if he had a higher bid and wanted to sell the machine to someone else I understand if that’s the case just tell me so I don’t waste my time.Ricky then call me saying I need to talk to his partner Ken, the owner of the shop and Ken will help me arranging the delivery. I called Ken and he said he could only do installation in the garage at the price that Ricky gave me and asked me to send him video of the room and the entrance. Once he received the video, he said it would be an extra $300 to install so total price will be $1950 instead of $1650.While Ken was not a part of the conversation between me and Ricky. They are partners and that miscommunication between them is a bumper of the deal. Therefore I have declined the offer. Nothing is wrong with the product, Ricky was courteous, but changing the deal one we have agreed upon is not good practice.
