Shocked and suspicious at all the positive reviews. They do not tell you, but cannot return their cheap merchandise. I bought a set of apple headphones to find out there were not apple compatible headphones. Took them back an hour later and they refused to refund but tried to sell me more overpriced junk. This stuff is VERY expensive. If you google the product youll find them at a fraction of the price. If you buy from them, you WILL regret it. If I had to guess, I think many to most of these five stars are plants.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!! I cant believe that there are any positive reviews for this place. I went there, saw a phone case that I liked and purchased it. The sales girl Danielle helped with it, put it together and all that. Was about to walk out. Then came Sergio saying that if I buy his airpods, then the phone case is free. I was planning to get an airpod for my kid anyways. So, was like why not. I noticed that the package did not have apple symbol. Asked him and he said that, thats cos he cant display it at the mall. I was being naive, believed him and paid for it. That was my mistake. After we did some shopping at the same mall, we sat for a while, opened the package - did not see any apple trademark or serial number whatsoever. I looked at the receipt (that I got after making my payment trusting his words) that said ear pods. Within 30 mins of purchase, I went back and said want to return it. He said, its provable Apple (i still dont know what the heck that means) and refused to accept the product back. If I want a fake airpod, Id get it for 40 bucks from a merchant who says its fake. Not from this liar who claims its provable airpod and sell it for the same price as the original one. Unfortunately, I called their customer service and she said its provable Apple too. Lol. I guess, the company trains their employees well. Can Apple sue them for claiming that their products are provable Apple? Just asking for a friend.

Visited the kiosk in May this year. Bought several items. Got back to hotel room and attempted to charge the 1st item. Noticing the charge would not hold completely i tried to pair with my device with no success. I packed up all items and returned to the mall after only 4 hours from purchase. I left the items with the sales person and contacted my credit card company. The store lied and stated I did not return the items.Buyer Beware!!

Do not buy anything from them. They’re products are junk and the employees are liars. I was told if I changed my mind I could return my items. Receipt promptly put in the bag and then you get home the receipt says no returns. My items were unopened. Buy beware.

(All of them are, but Andre was the one that sold me the overpriced products and lied and said I can return if I changed my mind and did not like the products. I went back to return in less than 24 hours and they treated me terrible because they had already beat me out of my money). They sell overpriced low quality products. Invoice 55615Ive been politely stopped by a vox electronics associate my last 3 times in Vegas. Each time I purchased RLX products. On the first purchase one of the items was defective. We didnt know what to do to replace the item but on our 2nd visit to vegas the associate replaced the item with no problem and no charge.I purchased the projector on the last visit. I have to say I was excited to get this item home to test it out. you can really get a big clear screen. I was amazed at the size and great HD quality. However, the are a few cons to the projector that I would love for RLX to correct. #1 the remote comes with a power button but you can only use the power button to power off the projector. Would be nice to be able to power on the projector as well. #2 Very difficult time connecting to bluetooth speakers. The RLX speaker that i have connects but the sound is horrible. Other speakers connect and keep disconnecting and reconnecting over and over. I only have 1 non RLX speaker that connect with no problem #3 but the leads to next problem. So I connect the speaker to the projector but if i connect my firestick i have no sound again. So then i have to disconnect the speaker from the projector and connect to firestick but then i cannot control the speaker with the remote. So besides these issues the projector is great. Vox Electronics associates are awesome. As you can see, Im a repeat customer and love the lifetime warranty the company offers. Also, my friends that use the products love them as well.

Do not buy from them! We purchased 3 RLX phone cases, and they charged our card more than they said they were going to, the phone cases are the worst! They aren’t even a month old and the color is wearing off and they won’t charge. When they sold us the cases they said they would have a lifetime warranty, when I went to use the warranty, it wasn’t free, they gave me a code and still wanted to charge me 87.00. Save your money and don’t buy anything from VOX Las Vegas.

Definitely con artist. Paid 225 to have my phone screen fixed. They replaced my screeen with a cheap screen that was not responsive after a hour of having it. I returned they said they had no more screens available, waited another 2 days while on vaction to for them to “find” a screen. They replaced my screen again, now that I’m back in my home state . My screen is once again not responding to certain touches. Would leave negative stars if possible

Clearly a bunch of con artists, items are cheap and over priced for cheaply made product. If they hand you a free screen protector just keep walking. Nothing is free or with business, nothing made to last. Buyers Beware!

I purchased a charging case a year ago with the warranty. Dropped it, broke it, took it back and they gave me a new one, no questions asked. Works fine and Tony was great to work with. Bought a projector and so far, works great. Can’t complain about the people or products at all.

The people of the VOX electronics are sooo nice and welcoming. I had a great experience with them and I love the products and the prices.

As others have described this place sells inferior products marked up way past what you could get them on Amazon for. Bought a glass screen protector and it didnt fit at the edges leaving debris around the phone after a week. I took it back in asking if they had a better product which they said they dont. They did try to put a plastic screen protector on but couldnt get it to stick. She tried 4 times to install new ones and none of them worked properly leaving the edges raised. To me it looked like the phone model sticker has been applied over another phone model and theyre trying to pass it off. She because frustrated as did I and I dont blame her so much as the product they have to work with. Clearly none of their covers are going to work correctly so I asked for a refund when the macho head fat guy comes in with his attitude instead of trying to accommodate me he just grabs my receipt and points to their No refunds. Exchanges only within 14 days with receipt. policy. What a tool. Cant wait for this place to go under.
