The crew consisting of Virgil (lead installer), Justin and Juan showed up a few minutes early and were ready to go, right on time. They removed my slider and replaced it with a beautiful French Door. The demo and install were seamless and expedient, with the end result being a door that looked as if it was built with the house. Immaculate work with great detail. These guys are top notch professionals!!!

Brandon and his team were awesome! Each one in the team was an expert at what he/she did. Window world replaced 8 windows on my 35-year-old house. Great product at great prices (about 1/4 the price quoted by Anderson). The guy who did the measurements made sure to fit the biggest possible windows into the existing openings. Other companies make huge trim around tiny windows.Preprinted menu pricing, so you know the guy doing the quote isnt inflating the price. You also know what it will cost for different options or a different number of windows.

I was very impressed with Window World at every stage of the process of getting new windows. I was contacted by Kevin after putting in a request for a free quote. He came out once to take a look and answer all my questions for the quote and made sure to lay out all the information I would need if I chose to go with them. He even encouraged me to look at other places to price compare. I didnt bother because I was pretty sure I would go with Window World but after thinking about it for a day I was able to contact him and have him come back out to take measurements and put in the order. I loved that he was open to communication via text. He prepared me for the length of time it would take especially with Covid happening. When my 3 windows were ready he called and tried to fit me in the next day but my schedule didnt allow for it. And even though they dont typically like to schedule more than a few days out I set something up for about 2 weeks out. I didnt follow up to make sure we were still good as it got closer.  But the guys showed up on time as discussed for my windows on the day we had planned. Abraham was professional and very fast. With just him and one other guy they got my new windows in pretty quickly. They cleaned up nicely and took my old windows away. Windows are an investment and these are worth every penny for the quality and the service.

Wish I had done this years ago. I was able to get an estimate appointment with in a couple of days. The salesperson showed up on time, gave us all the details about the sliding doors we wanted replaced and took a couple of follow up calls from us later in the day before we placed our order. The price on these sliders was competitive with buying doors at a bog box store and paying for the install, but I think the quality of these doors is far superior to anything I have seen at the store. The estimated delivery time for the sliders was 4-6 weeks and they said they would call as soon as they arrived so I could schedule an installation day. I happened to call them for an update just shy of the four weeks and they said the doors were scheduled to be delivered sometime the next day, so they went ahead and gave me an install day later the following week. About a hour later, they called me to say the doors arrived early and they could get them installed the next day, so I jumped on it. The installers arrived a bit early and worked solid to get everything installed by around 2:30 in the afternoon (it was originally going to be a whole day plus a short time the following day for some finish work). Instead these guys really hustled and did a great job on the install. At the end they cleaned up, so you would never know they were there and they show my husband and I how to operate the locks and made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. I started the day with two poor quality sliders and a poor quality french door and finished the day with the best sliding doors I have ever owned. They called it a two-finger slide, because its so smooth and they are right!I had called two other companies for estimates, one never got back to me and the other was booked so far out that an estimate appointment was a couple of weeks out.

Virgil and Justin came on 11/09;2020 to install a new front door. They are efficient, professional and knowledgeable in their job. Our house is 44 years old and does not have square angles. Asked for an estimate for three sliding glass patio doors. The estimator arrived when he said he would arrive and gave me a fair estimate, Ordered the three glass patio doors. Was told it would be 3 to 4 weeks. Received a call from Window World 3 weeks later to schedule installation. The installers, Walter, in charge, and an another younger man, arrived on the day and time I was told they would arrive (see a pattern here?). Both were pros in every respect. It was a pleasure to watch them work for the two days they were here. They took such obvious pride in doing good work. It showed in the finished product. I cant recommend Window World ENOUGH. Thank you. The whole process was efficient and painless. Fair price and excellent workmanship.

I was referred to Window World by a co-worker, who was very pleased with his window installation. Kevin came out to measure and provide an estimate. He answered all of my questions, being very honest and upfront. I was told it would be approximately 6 - 8 weeks to the install, but was only about 5 weeks (even in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis!). Richard and Justin arrived early (fine by me!) on the appointed day and were very efficient, respectful of my home, and friendly, while installing six windows. Richard explained the install process and answered all my questions; they are both skilled at what they do. I am very pleased with my beautiful new windows.

We placed the order on January 17, 2020 and were told they would probably install at the end of February. They actually came in early and installed the windows on February 10-11. They showed up exactly at the time they told us they would arrive. The sliding glass door install which I thought would be difficult due to in place wooden shutters, was beautifully done. We had all our windows done with the light blue tint and I can only say that they are BEAUTIFUL. Neighbors give us complements all the time. Our house was built in the 1980s and what a huge difference. We havent had them long enough to see our electric bill but I can feel a huge difference, you cannot feel the heat from outside penetrating through and I am sure in the winter we will have the same effect. The techs, Virgil and Alfonso arrived on time and were very friendly. They got right to work and we’re thorough and efficient. When everything was complete, they explained all that I needed to know regarding my window and door. I would use this company again.

We recently purchased a fixer upper in desperate need of new windows and doors. After recommendation from neighbors we chose Window World to put in 20+ doors and windows. They are high quality and efficiency. All the people we worked with were very professional and respectful. Had a few little tweaks that needed to be corrected, but they were on the ball and made sure we were happy. Have a few more to go and they will be helping us choose and installing! Great company.
