DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! If there was less stars I would give them. We agreed on to put on 12 windows and they didn’t measure right. They had a guy come out and measure our windows and he didn’t measure them of correctly. He was off by 10 INCHES!!! How? And the day of installation they had guys who looked like they just got of prison with no company logos whatsoever on their shirts. They installed 10 windows. To make matters worse we told the owner we weren’t going pay the full amount until you have all 12 windows and she threatened to put a lien on our house on their MISTAKE!. Terrible customer service, I hope this company fails in the future. Terrible

We cannot take for granted our beautiful sunshine state during the hottest season and windows are needed. Our windows needed to be replaced and Universal Windows came over. I was given an appt in a timely manner staff came listen to what I needed, and the rest is history, my windows have been replaced. If you need windows in your home do not hesitate to call them, you will be glad you did. Have a Blessed Day.

Quality not up to par with other business. I have Pella windows in the front of my house and went with universal for the back because of price and wish I didn’t and would of spent the extra money. I will say everyone was really professional but the windows are not great for the price.

Universal Windows Direct did an amazing job on my house. The new windows and doors are so beautiful and adds to the aesthetics of the house. The high quality windows actually improved the insolation and I no longer feel cold air coming into the house when I am sitting by my window.

The Rep was wonderful. The installation was perfect. We cant hear any noise from the street.

This company is absolutely terrible, especially there phone representatives, they say they’ll call you back & forget all about you . Unorganized. Rude . Also it seems like no one there has any knowledge on there products

I love my windows and doors that they installed on my house it keep my room about 30% cooler then it used to be and they also keep my rest of my house 30% cooler so I can save on energy and my money so I dont spend so much money on energy. But I will definitely recommend them if you need Windows and Doors. And I will be going back to them to do the whole house.

Awful experience. This company is a joke. Lies and manipulation. It’s been 7 months waiting for our windows. It’s unacceptable!!!! They charged my wife’s credit card without asking her.

Initial Order june 17th 2020 Contract4-6 weeks delivered and installed by Universal windows.Life warrantyQuality ref : SUPREME windows 12 x 8Paid $1000 cc down payment over the phone4 MONTHS LATER OCTOBER!!! October 8th delivery / installation WRONG Doors. Cheap frame that doesnt work with the windows 2 holes, no isolated. Windows Darker and lock does not work.The company used the credit card without my consent $3900 were taken from my account and the doors are not the ordered product. They wanted me to sign a discharge renouncing on my warranties because my team did the demo. Which was included in the contract. I didnt sign.Patricia informed me that she ordered the right ones and she sent an email for confirmation. 6 MONTHS LATER Im still waiting.Friday 6th the right supreme windows were supposed to be delivered instead i got a call from Michael Sweet owner or GM trying to convince me that the doors i got are the ones i ordered, there is no mistake!!!! Patricia never ordered the right doors a month ago, this company is trying to get rid of it.  They took their money they lied to me. They apologized each time promising they gonna fix the problem but they dont.I lost trust in those people and the company I called and sent an email on the 9th and 10th asking for a complete refund so $4900 Michael Sweet refused. i called my bank today Nov 12th to complain about the $3900 taken illegally from my credit card.Its cold the doors are not secured and doesnt work. Unprofessional organization, liers! DO NOT WORK with them.

Totally incompetent!!! Poor installation and customer service is an under statement. Dealing with lies and poor communication for over a year. A window never closed or locked properly and its been 8 weeks of no satisfaction

Originally we thought the company was good until we needed service. The worst service we have experienced. Our windows are leaking and turning yellow after 2 years. Every time we called they promise a call back, which ends up not happening. Finally after reaching the manufacturer we got a response. The manufacturer sent an inspector and said our windows would be replaced. But still, after months, we still dont have them replaced. We keep calling again and Universal blames the manufacturer and the manufacturer blames Universal. Several folks in our neighborhood ended up going with another company after they found out the issues we are having.This is being updated 2/23/2020. Today they came to replace our Windows. Todds team was on time and very professional. They did a great job and didnt leave a mess. They were all very courteous. They definitely made up for the lack of response from the office and we are much happier now.

By far one of the worse CUSTOMER SERVICES I have dealt with. I had 2 patio doors installed and all I had was problems getting them fixed properly. No follow up phone calls when I was told so and NO SHOW employees. I must have schedule 6 appointments for them to bring wrong parts or missing part or not coming when they said. I think the doors look great now and I wanted my entire house done but I would not recommend this company and I wont be using them for the rest of the house.

This company has been the WORST company we have ever experienced. Please if you value your time and money DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We bought ONE window it took 5 wrong orders and one installation repair and a ton of frustration and wasted time to get the original order correct. This process took ONE years time!!! We received NO apology, no compensation, NOTHING. PLEASE PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF DO NOT USE THIS CRAPY COMPANY

This is how they left us for 10 days without even so much as an apology for the inconvenience. Wouldnt even help me to close it up. The cardboard & tape are mine.

The product is amazing. We did part of the windows and doing the rest. We saved $100.00 a month during the summer on the energy bill. The look from the outside is wonderful really make the house pop. Definitely recommend Universal Windows. Extremely satisfied

I recently had Universal Windows replace a large glass block window with a custom slider. Everything Cody Meier promised was delivered. From the employee who did the second measurement to the installers, everyone that represented the company was professional and did a first class job.

My wife and I just came to the showroom and cant believe the quality of both the windows and the doors. Cody showed us around and we got to try out the windows and the nicer feature of the blinds within the doors. We werent sure what to expect with pricing and all but were surprised how affordable they were with the payment plan. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. We are exciting for a cooler house and the savings on our electric bill. Thanks Cody!

Lousy service. They broke our blinds while putting up the windows.. I contacted the office and spoke to the project manager says theyre not responsible for any broken or damage items they break! Lol. Be careful.. they said its in the CONTRACT. Door was supposed to be installed as well.. its been over a month.. they constantly lose the door color to match the paint.. they keep coming over to check on the door color.. sooo after a month and a half of waiting on the door.. now they said the door had been ordered.. I asked for a discount because of poor service.. they said I should be grateful that theyre going to fix the blinds they broke. THEY BROKE. #GRATEFUL 😂 Shouldnt be in business. Dont even deserve a star.

The garden windows are very nice. Their workers and salesman, however, were not. Workers left cigarette butts around my yard, i dont smoke. Left plaster on the window that fell off and dried while they were redoing the wall, didny brother to clean it up. Also asked the salesman for a breakdown on cost and he just threw percentages at me off the top of his head instead of getting it itemized on an invoice.

I was looking to get some windows done from my old ones and they were great with the install they are energy efficient with the Vegas heat it makes such a difference

We had our original windows and doors replaced by these guys. The doors are great. The windows not so much. The sales person said that the new Fran would set about 1/4” inside our old frame. During the installation of the new windows I asked the installer if that much gap was normal. There was over an an inch of gap in this particular window. As it turns out, there was over an inch of gap in all the windows and some had over 1-1/2” gaps. I’ve been trying to work with the company to come with a fix. The installer even admitted that windows were too small and were not measured correctly. The owners came back and said that this is my problem as there is no defect with the product or installation. Wrong measurements are a problem with installation. We spent a lot of money on plastic and lost a lot of glass. We were told to expect about 10% less glass and ended up losing 15-18%. That’s a lot less glass.Follow up: still no contact from the company just that they’re looking into it.
