We have had Marlon out twice to service our business front door. Our building is super old and our front door has never opened/locked right and this was aggravated further after our front shop was boarded up last summer. Marlon fixed the door so customers can easily come in and out with no more embarrassing wrestling with it! He also installed some sweeps and replaced the fur trims for us so we can keep the downtown outside trash OUTSIDE!!!! He came to our home and evaluated our sliding door issue and gave a recommendation on how to fix the issue which involved replacing our slider rollers with smaller ones to help with the sliding issue.We consulted two other glass companies who suggested completely replacing our door which would have cost $2000-$3000.We trusted Jordan and went with the smaller rollers and the issue has been resolved! Our over-sized slider moves with no more grinding. We also had a pleasant experience with Hy-Bar customer service during the process. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I called for some exterior door service - I thought the threshold was cracked, and from the first call I was glad I chose Hy-Bar. The service tech, Marlon, arrived right on time after calling before arrival, then proceeded to save me a bunch of money by educating me on what I actually needed. Turns out it was just an adjustment and some weatherstripping! Cant recommend enough.

It is too bad, this seems like a very wonderful company. But one of your trucks last night, Northbound I15, Virgin River Canyon, 7pm. Speeding, tailgating and bullying drivers. Should try actually slowing down just a little bit, might be able to keep better control. But still should be a better driver when in a vehicle with company logo.

We needed some help with door locks and handles on a few of our doors that had been bugging us for years and our handy man and my husband had continuously had to fix but never could get them quite right. I finally called Hy-Bar and they sent out Marlon Lopez, he fixed 3 doors within 30 minutes and they are still functioning perfectly. I found Hy-Bar online but before I contacted them, I asked a maintenance friend of mine to recommend someone who could replace a double-pane window for my home. He gave me three recommendations and phone numbers but suggested that Hy-Bar was better priced and that they did really good work. I chose to go with Hy-Bar. I called to schedule an appointment & based on my somewhat general measurements, they gave me a quote and sent Marlon Lopez out to measure the window the next day. He confirmed the quoted price and ordered the window. Because they had to work around my schedule, they couldnt install the window in their time frame, which was very good on their side. I had appointments that I had to keep. Once I scheduled the replacement, they were on time, thorough and fast. Marlon made short work of replacing the window and cleaning up. He was very pleasant, polite and knowledgeable. I am extremely pleased with my first interaction in using this business. And, yes, I would recommend this company for window replacements. FYI, I contacted this company on Monday to come for a quote, I understand companies are busy but the earliest they could give me was Friday morning. A caulky 20 something showed up at my door, no notepad, no samples, he started the conversation by trying to sell me Renewals by Anderson, I told him I didnt need to be sold, I told him what I wanted, he went around the house measuring the french doors, punched in the measurements on his phone, then left after 5 minutes, said he would call me in a couple of hours with a quote, he literally just called me after the office closed at 415pm and said.... I cant get you a quote because the office closed at 4, so Ill have to get back to you Monday, duh!! so I said, no thank you! everyone else who showed up to give me quotes was professional and left me a written quote, since you couldnt even be bothered to bring documentation and pricing with you, you can take a hike, I dont need your company. You need me more than I need you. Im a realtor and could have referred them tons of business but I decided to go with Desert King Windows. Very professional, good price and quality product without trying to up sell me. Do yourselves a favor and call Desert King Windows if you need doors or windows replaced.

A joy to work with professionals. We had a pair of Andersen Gliders and new picture windows installed in our home. Their was extensive construction work necessary to make it all come together. Did good job on repair but was unable to get any additional parts.Also when ask to wipe a spot off at the bottom of door I was told that they were not a cleaning service.Not good!

I had a home inspection first from NV Energy then from a private home inspector and both advised me that I needed to have my windows replaced. After reading reviews and pricing from all the local companies I found Hy-Bar Windows and Doors. They were by far the best and they are a long time company with thousands of satisfied customers. I called them and made the appointment to have them come out and give me an estimate and after a few appointments first ordering the windows and setting the appointments for the replacement of all my windows (19) in total I finally have a nice draft free home again and they look wonderful. We contacted Hy-Bar after an estimate from another window company. The other company was extremely expensive and did not have products that fully met our needs. Luke, at Hy-Bar, did a great job listening to what we wanted and found products that fit both our project and budget. Throughout the project both Luke and Hyrum provided excellent customer service. They were patient with our many questions and Juan did a very good job on the installation.. Such a disappointment. We used this company in the past to add a new sliding door and attempted to work with the company to repair, add new hardware, and refinish our front doors. We had difficult time connecting to them (we even went to the showroom to meet) and once we did (from me calling them) they wanted to charge us to come out an provide an inspection. No thanks, like I said disappointed with the customer service they did not even take the opportunity to up-sell us on new front doors.

Last summer we had 3 sliders and 8 windows replaced by Hy-Bar (a locally owned window and door company) plus we had them install two barn doors with all the hardware. We wanted to update our 15 year old house with more modern, efficient, and attractive windows and doors. We are very happy with the end results.Everyone at Hy-Bar was very helpful from our estimator Shane, the scheduler Felix and Hyram & the installation crew members. Hy-Bar was very responsive to our requests and Felix was great keeping us updated on the status of the final install items.Hy-Bar is an alternate vendor for Anderson doors and the price was better then another vendor for the Anderson stuff. We went with the Anderson sliders since they have a wood interior finish, much heavier then the old doors and we got the sun protection package for the glass. I would note that the sliders took longer to manufacture then was first estimated so plan on it taking about 6 weeks for those items. Otherwise the project came off smoothly and when we need to replace our other 18 windows I will definitely call Hy-Bar for a quote.

I recently purchased a resale home and the previous owners were neglectful when it came to the tracks in all the windows especially the sliding glass doors which were hard to open and I just couldn’t take it anymore. I found Hy-Bar through one of the free home improvement magazines that you get in the mail and I figured I would take advantage of the sliding patio door special. I was able to have someone come out that same day due to a cancellation. They sent Marlon out and he called me 20 minutes before to confirm and when he arrived he was friendly and got right to work on the door. Fortunately he was able to find new rollers that would fit for my sliders because mine were 30 years old. He cleaned up the tracks and adjusted the door latch and lubed the tracks and my slider works perfectly now. I don’t have to buy a new slider now. I will definitely call Hy-Bar and ask for Marlon. I was asked to leave a review good or bad.

I had Hy-Bar Windows & Doors install my windows during the construction of my new home and I wouldnt ever go anywhere else for windows or doors they are awesome and they did everything they said they would do and they actually ended up saving me a few extra bucks in the process. John and his colleague did an amazing job in a very short amount of time, replaced much of the ageing brass trim and all the weather stripping and now the door is transformed and no more gaps for drafts or insects. They gave me a quote of $95.00 a door for 3 doors for complete service of the doors. After servicing, I was informed that it was an additional $45.00 per door for the bottoms. This is not a complete service. If I had been given the quote of an additional $45 when I called, I would not have accepted the service.
