Helpful staff and large selection of quality gear.

While they have nice gear and training price was more reasonable. The selection they do have is limited more to high end brands with a higher price tag then decent selection though all price ranges. Training was never followed up on and now they are possibly closing down and the instructor changed shops... Never was informed except by my instructor about next steps and when things should progress. This shop also slaps its logo on everything and kinda gives you BS when you want to buy something that doesnt have the logo, that annoyed me a little. Definitely pressured to buy and spend money and a very take your money type place / attitude. The owner also has some odd issue possibly with anger and the tension feels like it can melt butter. The other odd thing I notice is Ive been in the shop multiple times during the week and there is NEVER anyone else shopping there, might explain the shutting down thing my instructor was dealing with. Definitely have to say the customer service is big sales pressure tactic with no follow up.

Signed up for my open water certification. My instructor was Jose Garcia. He was everything you would expect an instructor to be. Understanding, patient and encouraging. The staff at the store are very helpful and friendly. I would reccomend the shop and Jose without hesitation!

The GR8 DIVN staff was very helpful and were able to get me into classes and my own personalized equipment very easily. After a few sessions in their private pool and in the lake I felt like a comfortable and confident diver. I look forward to doing more classes with them soon!

Would recommend you post on your website or update Google for when you will be Gone Divin, so that customers who go to your store when it says you are open dont drive 40 minutes to see that you are, in fact, closed. Thank you.

The GR8 DIVN staff and environment has been very friendly and helpful. The staff fit me in quality gear that I am comfortable with and the instructors have been more than helpful in my classes. Would recommend to any diver, new or experienced!

Great introduction to diving and an overall wonderful experience. Special thanks to Chuck and Laurice for helping us explore this amazing sport that really opened the world to us in terms of travel. The shop owners also encouraged our son who was 5 at the time to get certified when he was old enough...and he did! We now have a family of divers and are planning trips around diving opportunities. Thanks Gr8 Diving!

I got certified by this shop 13 years ago when I was 10 and havent had as good of service anywhere else. They take care of all my diving needs with a smile, truly a blessing to have such a wonderful shop for scuba.

I would rate them as poor. Ron and Vicki are very clicky with Chuck and Laurice Jones. I signed up for a DM to Dive Con and Instructor SSI crossover and was never informed by Vicki or Ron of any pool sessions or dives at Lake Mead to complete the crossover. I spent 1,000.00 on books for the crossover and they are useless to me now. I would not recommend this shop for travel or advanced instruction. However, there are a few instructors that work through the shop that I would highly recommend. Their names are Lenny Davis, Mario Alfonsi, Keith Kiowski and Cathy Delee
