Store is big and has nice selection. Big lots has changed in the last few years and it seems they do not carry as much stuff in the store. Still a great place to shop, but just not as much stuff as there once was.

The prices are going up, was trying to find a cheap couch but this was the cheapest. Nothing else was in stock, couldnt find a dresser but then again this isnt the best place to find furniture it was just the closet option. Atleast the employees were nice.

Crowded, hectic and impossible to find an employee to ask directions to products. But did eventually find an ok toaster oven for a decent price.

Long lines to the point it reached almost the back of the store, but its a pretty alright store they have nice items for good prices.

Well stocked, clean, organized, friendly staff. Arrows are on the floor, everyone masked up, sanitizer for carts and hand sanitizer for customers. Good values on household items.

The store is open but not fully stocked. Staff was helpful. When its able to stock fully, it will be a good place to shop.

I must say, very impressed when we walked in here. This is by far, the best location Ive visited & will continue to do so. Was greeted as soon as we walked in, all the staff very friendly. We were buying a few decorating items for our home, that is until we came across their furniture. We purchased two sofas & a coffee table set along with it. It was all delivered the next day. Were very happy with our purchase & appreciate all the help from the staff.

Such a disappointment. The store was filthy. They have none of the fun stuff they used to have and what they do have is no cheaper than going to Walmart. Line was long and they didnt add another cashier. Ended up abandoning my basket and walking out.

We have shopped at this location several times in the last 6 months. We have bought several grocery items. Prices are very low in comparison to other grocery stores, although the selection is more limited than larger grocery stores. We especially like the type of loaves of bread that are available at this location. They also have furniture available for purchasing. Before Christmas, we saw an electric fireplace on display at this location that we wanted to buy for a Christmas gift. They had none in stock in a box, so the furniture department employee called the Lake Mead store that had one left in a box. They put it on hold for me to pickup at 7AM when the store opened the next day. This was excellent customer service. Every time we shop here, we seem to find something different to buy. We will continue to shop at this Centennial Hills store location.

Love the variety of products, the space between aisles and the price range.

The gentleman in the furniture department was very helpful and even went into the warehouse to find what we were looking for. However, we had found some food items and brought them to the cashier to pay for them. There was a single cashier who was on the phone and didnt care that we were there at all. We stood there for at least four to five minutes and she never acknowledged that we were waiting. My wife got very upset and said lets go and we left our items and walked out. They need more people and the company needs to train their personnel to at least acknowledge a customer.

Okay were currently at big lots they have 90% off of their outdoor decor stuff is outdoor lighting they specify acrylic drinkware server where summer lighting lanterns tapestry floral coastal decor yard decor, candles chemicals plant food fairy gardens Summer lighting and all this is 90% off.We filled up our cart after we had already asked the guy at the register. Managers Rick and Jose refused to honor ! This is considered false/ fraud advertising. I went to the Big Lots in Centennial by the Home Depot, I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in, it was very clean and well, big. They had a huge amount of merchandise at very reasonable prices. They had fall and Halloween items that were comparable to Michaels, T.J Maxx and even Hobby lobby, at definitely lower prices. I will definitely go back. Oh, and if youre already thinking about Christmas, they have tons of different lights that are available at amazing prices. Happy Halloween!

I found the exact type of curtain rod I have been looking for almost a year! Excellent price too! On the other hand, the paper towels I needed were twice as expenzive here as at the grocery store, so those will wait. Clean and lovely setup!

My daughter bought a couch which had all good reviews. She has had it for a few months and is very happy with her purchase. It is gray (cant remember the name) and comfortable, sturdy. $400.00

My wife and I shop at this location.Very good customer service and our furniture along with heavy items were loaded in our truck for us. Our only concern has been the untidy bathrooms. For that we give this location 4 stars. A little more attention to the sanitary areas would be nice.

You can find great value and the staff are willing to help you find whatever youre looking for.

The problem with shopping at BL is that you can never be sure they will carry the same item when you return. Great prices on paper products and food items like maple syrup and chocolate chips.

This Big Lots is a little nicer than most. A little cleaner, with less appearance of a thrift store, but still a cookie cutter layout of a standard layout. So, you wont forget where youre at, but this one has a little more class.

Was looking for end of summer patio chair cushions. Didnt find but them derm to be ready for Christmas. All kinds of good stuff.

Horrible employees wow worse ever place to buy furniture

I love their customer service and the store was magnificent. The store on Craig is horrible with customer service do to a heavy Hispanic woman in furniture sending me across town when all my furniture could of been handled at her store.

They had the candy canes I was looking for as well as a bunch of other Christmas decorations. Im really learning to like this store.
