ALWAYS CLOSED! I would absolutely love this place if it was ever open. Edit the hours or something, because its 6 pm on a Monday. They are supposed to be open until 10pm. Ive tried going to this place at least 4 times because the caramel apples are bomb, but I have only been able to get in ONCE because this place is ALWAYS CLOSED.

Definitely a good place to visit. The yogurt is delicious and by serving yourself there is a lot quicker time waiting.

Employees at this location, especially those working on this particular Sunday 8/7/21 @ 5:45pm-6pm, needs to be properly trained by U Swirl company. They are violating the HIPAA law by asking costumers what kind of health condition do you have? It is NONE of their business or anyone elses what health condition do people have? They are being paid $10-$12 an hour to work at a yogurt store... and they need to stick with what they do, serve and check out. The company needs to properly train their employees. Not serving customers with a health condition is against the law, and they could potentially be sued by the customers. So train your employees properly.

Soft-serve frozen yogurt with lots of different toppings. Sold by weight (which can end up being a $20 charge. Possibly more.). The flavors were tasty. Coconut and Sea Salt Caramel where the best, separate or together.

We LOVE U-Swirl & especially this location. We have created many yogurt hang out memories in the last few years in this particular location. I love getting the promo texts to save on yogurt. We are a family of 5 Yogurt Monsters, so it really helps! Haha!

Good ice cream and toppings. Bad service, especially one girl that didn’t care to check our rewards and had a laughing face about us asking. She didn’t know how to check the rewards and didn’t care to do it either. It was our favorite place, but won’t be back again.

Just drove from Seven Hills as the Henderson location is closed...this yogurt is THE BEST! Excellent staff here too, great service, very clean location. Defo will be back. 😁👍

Bought the honeycomb sponge candy ( one of my favorite candies) they were so hard to eat. They did not melt in your mouth like they should have. The honeycomb was more like molasses chips which is not what I was looking for. As far as the froyo no complaints there.

The frozen yogurt was very good and the area was clean. When we went to sit down, the table was dirty and there was no hand sanitizer in the dispenser. There were 3 employees in back on their phones so we figured they just didnt care. We advised them of the issues and one of them came out immediately and filled the sanitizer. I suppose they cleaned the tables after we left, who knows. Slackers.

On a hot day like today frozen yogurt hit the spot! Since we are next door at Home Depot we just had to stop in even if we havent eatten lunch... desert before a meal is alwayz yummy... lol... This place was just like a place we have back home but better... they had so many flavors to choose from... I had mango and cheesecake yogurt and my daughter had cheesecake and birthday cake yogurt... Of course they had your usual strawberry, chocolate, vanilla, orange, coffee, mint, caramel, watermelon, pistachio, fudge and many more... But the toppings there were jus as much choices as the yogurt flavors... I put oreo cookie crumbs, mochi balls and cheesecake bits... My daughter had the fruity pebbles and lychee jelly poppers... Besides what we had there was of course chocolate chips, cookie dough, cookie crumbs, coconut shavings, all kinds of fresh fruits, m&m and a whole bunch of staff... On the side they have Rocky mountain candies too... And stuff was super nice... Best part 20% off for checking in on Yelp...

Super friendly staff, and excellent safety precautions. The froyo here is great as well. I cant decide which was better, cake batter or pineapple. Either way, you cant go wrong!

OMG my first time having frozen yogurt and it was the boom they really help you figure out what you want because you cant get it yourself at this time but my frozen yogurt was good they a little chocolate place inside and the chocolate cashew bear is everything lets not forget about the customer service to customer service was really good too

This frozen yogurt spot is just hella bomb uber clean and really convenient. Staff is very friendly and helpful and with covid restrictions in placed the definitely have made the proper restrictions

They are doing a hood job amid this pandemic keeping their business open. I would suggest cutting up stuff smaller such as the oreo pieces, brownies into bite sizes not cup size chunks, and thats really all I got. Im not sure if there are other products that need more closer attention. But all in all it was good.

The place is very clean and nice. It offers both frozen yogurt by weight and some Rocky Mountain chocolates. My wife an I got some chocolates and two.small yogurts. The yogurt was good and they had a good selection of topping. The chocolates were ok but were a little underwhelming.

When I first arrived at the place, did not see many people inside. I knew they were open, but it just did not seem like it. It is quite understandable since it was Monday, one of those days when people usually dont go out to eat yogurt. Went inside and the place slightly resembled Yogurtland which I go to in LA. Yogurts were quite tasty, must admit. Tried pistachio, watermelon, mango, strawberry and a few others. All of them were on point and really liked the variety of toppings that they had. Was able to redeem the coupon. Usually, when one checks in at the place, yelp offers a coupon to redeem. That was quite surprising but effectively served the purpose. Will definitely be back.

Yummy yogurt with lots of topping choices!

I visited this U-Swirl site on August 26 at approximately 4:30 pm. The young lady working was present when I first went in; however, after I selected my yogurt and was ready to check out she was nowhere in sight. I waited for several minutes before yelling hello ! She still did not come out right away. Finally she came out and I mentioned that I wondered if anyone was working or not! She did not offer an apology or speak to me, just rang me up. I advised her I had a telephone number with them for their rewards points. She added that number and noted I had a reward, all the while never making eye contact with me. Very rude and unprofessional conduct.

Huge variety of toppings, good flavor options. A bit pricey. My kids love this place.

Expensive. $19.49 for two small yogurts filled and extra topping was $1.99 for juice balls i like. Gotten pricey

Dont like the idea of self service because people stand there and try out the yogurt and allow their kids to do the same only theyre dirty and use their hands, lick them, and repeat.. Not sanitary, control your kids and teach them manners and cleanliness when in a public place. Gross!

The guy that was there a ring up my stuff was awesome and very helpful I am definitely glad that I decided to go to the one on Charleston and hualapai!!!

This place has gone downhill since we use to go here in high school. Walking in this place was like walking into an episode of Dirty Dining. Cockroach on the floor, the guy kept wiping the tables down and walking passed the cockroach and ignoring it. The flooring was black like it was never cleaned before. The furniture was sticky and gross to sit on. The hand sanitizer station before grabbing the cups was not on the wall and the bathroom has no paper towels. The taste frozen yogurt and toppings may have been influenced by the environment that we were in but it tasted expired.

Good, but with OUR Portions and add-ons . . . would of rather of spent that much money @ the Panda Express next door $25.

Honestly, I would love to give this place 0.1 star but the review required one star. I like u-swirl yogurt, normally Ill go to the flamingo location but I just wanna stop by to try this place since Ive never been here. The service is really stunning!! Wow how rude the staff are!! She looks at us like homeless but hey, Im sorry, Ive got lots of money in my pocket, and I didnt beg it for free. It was Tuesday 7:20 Valentines Day and the cashier name is ma**nnah( I guess) please train this girl again . She didnt even say hi, thank you or anything or its because Im Asian? R u guy racists??

They are pretty fast so you get in and out quickly, and plenty of seating. The kids working there are always really friendly too.

I was there today for some vanilla frozen yogurt. they where out and also out of a lot of toppings what kind of frozen yogurt place runs out of vanilla frozen yogurt. Also the girl behind the counter wasn’t to friendly

I love to go there for a quick snack it’s near home and is always delicious and a go to place when ever I feel hungry
