This is what you hope for when you SHOP LOCAL. I needed shirts for a small business client. The designer/sales assoc. walked me through my options and showed me a mock up with my design on the shirt. Client loved the shirts and I have a new happy place for shirt, hats and more.

I was visiting Las Vegas for business and had an idea for few of us that would attend a very good friend’s casual surprise retirement party organized by his family at their home in Naples, Florida the following weekend. BTW, that friend has everything - big house on water, an ocean-going 40’ boat, etc, etc. understandably, I was struggling to think what I might bring after his wife wife repeatedly (and emphatically) told us “no gifts.” After, all these years, though, I wanted to get something fun and different. I figured a T-Shirt printed with one of the common phrases or words of advice he had incessantly shared with any of us who worked for him. Believe me, we heard it over-and-over again and for years.It was just an idea. I went on Google, found Big Frog and noted it’s very positive reviews, so went to the store to see what I might be able to do. Immediately upon walking in, I was greeted by two friendly smiles and a welcome hello. The closer of the two reps was Daniel. I explained to Daniel what I was thinking of doing and we together (in just a few minutes) completed the layout. Daniel was remarkably helpful and intuitively knew the look I wanted. I asked if he was an artist (he was so adept) as he went through different fonts, placement, colors, etc. Yes, he replied with a smile. All this took no more than 10 minutes. I was out the door, went to lunch and later that day, he called to let me know the T-Shirts we’re ready. Amazing!Could not have been a better experience. Thank you Big Frog!

Wonderful customer service and delivery of product! We ordered almost 500 school spirit t-shirts and received our order in close to one week! Lisa responded to every email quickly and did exactly what we asked. They even delivered our shirts for free since we had such a huge order! I came in on Saturday to pick up a Vegas Strong T-shirt to wear next week after seeing the clip on the news about the governor wanting everyone to wear one for the 1 year commemoration. While I was there I saw they had dog t-shirts and decided to get one for my Chiweenie. I travel with him often and he flies well, so I thought what better way to raise awareness. My shirt was already done when I got there, but they made his and it was ready the next day. They have a variety of dog shirt sizes available and you can get whatever you want printed. His shirt is apparently comfy because he is passed out asleep on the sofa now with his paws in the air!

Amazing experience dealing with this small business. They were super friendly and though my custom printing job was small, it was treated with the same care and attention as a large order. I did not need my order done quickly and told them that I needed it in a week, but I was called just a couple hours after placing my order letting me know that it was already finished and ready for pick up. I will definitely be back to Big Frog whenever I need any custom printing on any clothing again. Thank you!

I brought in 9 adult onesies to have my familys last name printed in the back, as their Christmas gifts. The first one I brought in was perfect. But the day I came back to pick up the rest of the onesies was a disappointment . I wanted to cry. I still cant believe how ugly it came out. I wish they would of asked for my opinion first before making the decision on there own what look good to them.

We went in to buy our #Vegasstrong t shirts on Friday morning, and my husband even wanted an extra logo on the back of his t shirt. The young man who helped us was very attentive and helpful. I didnt get his name, but this is what is on the receipt Clerk: BET01. The order was supposed to be ready for Monday since there was a huge demand for this type of shirts, but since my husband was leaving town on Sunday, he promised us the t shirts would be ready for pick up Saturday morning.We then left the store and as we were having lunch around that area of town we get a call saying that our order was ready! They had just received their shipment and our shirts were ready for pick up in less than 40 minutes which was great, because it was quite a drive. Thank you!

This location is like a 5 star hotel without the breakfast lol. Its clean, very professional, and worth coming back to. My custom shirt was exactly what I was wanting and the turn around of completion was faster than expected. I will be getting any other custom made shirts from this place only!
