Good evening, please can u help me out. I ordered a package from Amazon and for the delivery address I selected your business from the list of nearby Amazon delivery hub spots assuming that meant your business had an Amazon delivery locker type deal because I live in an apartment and fear my package would be stolen if it was delivered while Im at work everyday. My package was due for delivery Monday August 23rd and its says it was delivered today tuesday Aug 24th. After going to your business I notice that theres no secure Amazon drop location.... packages just get left outside the front door? Then I cant seem to get ahold of anyone even during business hours? Like seriously? Can someone please help me out here in any way possible? I sat outside of your business last night waiting for my package and witnessed Amazon packages being left outside by delivery drivers. Can you tell me if you have my package please? Isnt someone on site living in the trailer around back?

I was flying back home and I had to much stuff to take on the airplane. I stopped by here and bombarded the people with all of things I had purchased while on vacation. They packed everything up super fast and I was out of there in 5 minutes. They are close to the airport,cheap, knowledgable, and super duper fast. I am so satisfied with this place, that I will never go anywhere else while in Las Vegas. I truly wish we had a shop like this back home.

This business is run by a husband and wife team! The wife is very sharp and extremely nice! Shes a pleasure to do business with! However the husband is rude and has no idea how to run that business when shes not there. If you cant do business with the wife, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

Rented a uhaul here because the hours on the uhaul site, as well as the hours posted on the front of the business, date they are open at 9am. Rented the truck and was told to make sure it was back by 9am the next day. Arrived at 8:45 to make sure we werent charged for another day. I waited for forty five minutes in the Vegas heat along with another group of customers that had reserved a uhaul online. This was clearly not my mistake when other customers are also waiting(and ultimately had to leave and find another rental). When JMR did just contact me they insisted I was wrong, because I am apparently too stupid to read the sign ON THE FRONT OF THE STORE that says Sunday 9am to 4pm. She then hung up on me. Classy, customer service driven business for sure.

Mailed package from zip to zip in same city 8/3/17 as of 8/8/17 still has not arrive. Was told 8/8/17 it was oit for delivery. Never came I think it was stolen by them made mistake and told het what was in package.These people are thieves. Shame on you for stealing from a child !!!! If it was out for delivery where is it !!!

Never ship things fro this store they are thieves package was never scanned by usps postal service and they don’t know where’s the package is at don’t trust this store very bad store to this day package isn’t found I’m very upset about it😡😡😡
