My car was damaged in the car wash at this location… I reported this to management and there was zero accountability, very poor customer service. After reviewing reviews I see I’m not the only person this has happened to…Go elsewhere for a car wash

6/25/2021 Friday 6:50pmThe grey shirt employee not the red shirts. The Grey shirt guy made 3 cars wait 10min in line just to come up and tell us theyre closed. Had no regards to the red shirt employees who make tips based off every car and gave the excuse HE doesnt make enough to let the last 3 cars through.He wasnt even smart enough to just put cones at the end of the last cars to let every know theyre closing.

18$ for car wash, that was terrible. 2 guys wipe it down, in less than 2 minutes, I give them a 5$ tip, then pull in to vacuum and dry off better, I ask the guy to borrow one of their rags, he says, can’t do it. I had to use some napkins in my glove compartment. I’ll just go back to full service where a 5$ tip will get you nice results!

The people working in the wash were all friendly and worked really hard to get all the bugs off my car. I wish I knew they dry it to so I could have tipped more

Best car wash I have used hands down. It actaully removes the dirt and dust. Best part is the people that hand towel dry your vehicle after your wash. They did recently raise their prices so that kinda sucks but really good car wash.

Usually I have a good experience, but the last few times I have been there I have had problems with the soap not washing off completely, so I decided to say something because I didnt want them to rub soap on my truck when they were drying it. The manager said that he would run it thru again but its going to be the same.... I just wanted him to rise it off with water then dry it but instead he argued with me while the soap dried on my truck.

I use to work here and at a different location. I liked my managers but they didnt seem to put on their boss hat to handle employees unprofessional behavior. Co workers would literally act childish during mediation but not be looked at for improvement. Once I was having a conversation about speaking Spanish to the maintenance manager that lead to the mixture of race and he wanted me to guess. So I began guessing, of course he was white so I didnt mention that one and then he states your missing the most important race. In my mind Im like the most important race, no race is more important but I stated African American being that I am African American because maybe it was his way of relating to me that we have something similar. This guy then looks at me like Im trash and says all lifes matter. Wow okay that wasnt true just a second ago when you declared yourself as having the most important race. Then goes on about superficial mishaps that blm have done but you could clearly tell he knew nothing about history nor the reason for the cause. He was a lazy worker at beat so be greatful that he was white because a black man wouldnt have been so privileged.

Pit Stop Car wash damaged my vehicle, refuse to take any responsibility for it, even though employees stated my vehicle would fit without any issues. Caused $1,800 in damage and decided they arent going to do anything about it

Nice car wash, Chevron gas pricey as always.

KI Alice gore would like to say the ladies on the morning shift that got off at 1pm today 07/01/14 came to my rescue from having a heat stroke I just want to say they were some awesome ladies thank you.
