I have been a weekly customer of this business for many years. They are the nicest, most professional guys I have ever come across. I have a post office box there so you know I stop in often and this place never disappoints! The owner is very nice and his brother is just as great! They carry EVERYTHING! ITS LIKE AN OLD TIME GENERAL STORE! FOOD! U HAUL, STATIONARY, DRINKS, EVERYTHING FOR ONE STOP SHOPPING. And they are open till 9 PM..Love this place!!

Nice place to go for all your postal needs

If I could give this place a negative zero, I would! So, I was referred and had a reservation made by another Uhaul location for this place. I went in & the guy behind the counter did not seem interested at all in helping me. But me being the helpful customer I am, I had my DL ready to hand over after handing him the paper my reservation information was on. Hes typing and looking at me and typing, then after like 15 mins. he asks if I have a second picture ID. Surprised, I start looking through my stuff and then say no but I have my bank card, etc. Then he sits there for another 10 mins. and he asks me again for second ID. Really!?! What did I just say 10 mins.ago? So, I ask why Im being asked for additional ID as I have NEVER had any issues before. Usually, the locations put my name in and see I am a regular customer. Anyway, he says he cant verify my identity. What??? Wait, you have my DL, what do you mean? Hes said my DL doesnt look like me. Ha, really? Then asks how long ago was the picture taken and I laughed & said about 4 years when I moved here. Trying to find the humor in all this, I say to him what about the picture doesnt look like me. I mean my hair is longer but really my eyes havent changed, my cheeks are the same and my lips(those were the things he said didnt look like me)...for real dude.? Did I mention he just left me standing there while he helped other customers even though there was a lady behind the counter that was able to help them. At that point, I took my DL and walked out. Smdh!Anyway, message to dude, if you dont want to rent to me or anyone else for whatever reason, dont make excuses and waste our time. Its bad business. FYI- Word of mouth about businesses can be good or bad and me being an avid reviewer on Google, who has lots of people who read and follow my reviews know that I dont just bash businesses. This negative review was posted because your customer service was horrible! I hope this helps others either be prepared for the way they may be treated or helps them to avoid you all together.
