Would give less. Dropped off a UPS package on Wednesday it is now Sunday. Package STILL at location not picked up yet. Called to see when it would be picked up, gentlemen on the phone informed me this location has NO IDEA when pick ups are. Said UPS comes whenever they feel like. My package is a RETURN so there is a time frame when it needs to be received. Worker said he gets these questions all the time. I suggested that for future customers maybe INFORM THEM of this fact so they can take it somewhere else. Would not use their service again. Products looked over priced when I was in there also.

Ups is the only delivery company that wont deliver my packages to my door I dont know whats up with them but they keep trying to bring it here which is a UPS access point for pickup supposedly but I keep calling them and no one answers Im not trying to walk all the way down there to find out that theyre not open or they dont even have my packages so unprofessional UPS should just drop my packages off my door just like FedEx does even DHL does that come on now

Door says theyre open 8 am. Went down there about 11:45 to find locked doors. Asked the neighbor, was told it was hit or miss if they even bother opening and they dont keep regular hours at all. Super unprofessional. Update your hours or something.
