Sorry to report a one star and if zero stars was an option that would have been my choice! I paid $65.00 up front before any work was done - 24 hours later they called to tell me to what I already knew! The diagnosis wasnt a surprise as it was the EXACT REASON I took my HP printer in to them. They said my printer could not be repaired and they would order new one for me.. quoted a ridiculous price! Then asked if I wanted to leave my broken printer with them! AHHHH no! Brand new cartridges [the issue to start with] and then they could use it. for parts - hell no! I mean.. is this how we do things now.. you pay for no service! Had I been informed there was an up front fee when I called prior to driving down there - I would have passed on them! I feel foolish though learned my lesson and will do my part and warn others considering using this business!

Took my lap top in was told they could repair. Charged 90.00 and it does not work at all now. Terrible

The charged 75 just for diagnosis and offered the cost much higher than the other shop(excluding the 75$) and never refunded me... the guy charged in advance... I would not go there!

I just went to try to get my screen on my phone fixed but they charge a little too much for the phone I have so I decided not to get my phone fixed there but the guy there was okay

I worked as a receptionist here from 1996 - 2000. They had an office in Canada, where I spent most of my time. I was treated very well. The technicians were always very knowledgeable and fast at fixing the machines. They were very efficient at solving technical problem and explaining to each client how to prevent problems from happening again. They would also pick up and deliver machines right from your office door in a timely manner! I would recommend anyone to get their machine fixed here!

Terrible Service. Gave me the run around about when to pick up my machine. His advertisement says 1-2 day service, yet my laptop has been in for a week and a half. I went to pick up my machine yesterday and the problem wasnt even fixed. He charged me 210 dollars and claims he doesnt give refunds, so I am just supposed to wait around for him to get to it. This business, if I can even call it that, sucks.

I am a business owner who never has time to post reviews on a business, but if I can help someone by not going here I thought I would be doing a good deed. Bottom line my laptop was working fine before I brought it here. My 3 year old stepped on my keyboard causing a couple keys to fall out. These guys quoted me 50 bucks to install a used keyboard, I told them to go ahead. When I picked it up they told me bill was now 100 because they had to order in a used keyboard. Also when I went to turn it on it would not turn on. They asked me prior to picking it up if I wanted the laptop wiped clean to get rid of the viruses, when I had told them no I feel they sabotaged my motherboard. I have taken it to 2 repair places since to confirm motherboard is about to go and that it doesnt pay to fix my laptop.

I have never worked for a worse shop that this one. I am surprised to see how this place continues to do business. People looking for that cheaper rate were getting ripped off by bad practices from Dean. I would never work for him again. Needless to say I have sent customers elsewhere. I left as fast as I could being he did steal from me by not paying me for my work. Short of spilling the beans on the way he runs his shop, I will only say DO NOT WORK THIS GUY Run as far as you can from this guy. DO NOT BRING YOUR EQUIPMENT TO BE REPAIRED HERE ! ! ! ! ! It will not be done. He is abusing the hard work that his good employees provide and making a killing while paying a low wage for his employees ( which he calls subcontractors). In order save on expenses such as benefits.

Big scamBrought tablet of power outlet repair with parts. It was supposed to be $49 . after 3 days he told me that my mother bord was messed up and i need to pay additional 200 dollars or i can pick it up.He did nth no work no parts and refuse to refund me my moneyHis scaring people by giving them huge estimates and keeping initial payment without doing anything

I turned my laptop into this shop because of software issues. I have computer experience and ran all diagnostics before I brought it in. I payed 39.95 for the service and got a call from them saying that the memory and harddrive was corrupted it cost $280.92 for whatever they replaced and labor.What they did was downgraded my 1TB memory and not only apparently had to replace the hard drive. I received a 500gb memory instead of how I purchased it as. Not only was this place expensive, unprofessional and unreliable they scratched my laptop, not only the cover but all over the inside. The hand rest is scratched and the inside of the lid is destroyed. I ran all computer diagnostics and everything came back passed. I could not reinstall windows and refresh my computer so I took it to them to reinstall the operating system and they turned around to say that the computer was broken. Im a student at an online college and rely on my laptop for school. They knew that they were gonna get the money from me and I think that they are untrustworthy and defrauders. Do not take your equipment to this place because they wont take good care of it and they will cause damage to it and or otherwise charge you for unwanted service and tell you that it is required. The employees there are not polite, unprofessional and scam artists.

These people claim they dont survive off of REVIEWS! Well well see!This company claims they do ALL the repairs for the Mirage Hotel and MANY other businesses in the Las Vegas Valley. What they dont have is couth nor Professionalism. They are a company that takes peoples money for work they dont perform. They have you pay up front for labor, only to call you and tell you like they told me: $247.00 for parts and $25.00 for shipping of the parts.I called the manufacture of my printer (Konica Minolta) and I purchased the part for $53.00 plus $4.50 shipping. I installed the part myself that took me all of 10 minutes.Nations claims they are a Flat rate company and NEVER have issues with what they charge there clients. WOW!!! REALLY???!!!I wouldnt recommend these clowns to my worst competition!! Consumers BEWARE!!!

I tried to speak to Dean about a call he received $1500 for, he refused and hung up. Very unprofessional. Would not even acknowledge it was him when he answered the phone, until he asked me several questions. Then demanded he be respected.Go anywhere else.

What a JOKE!!! You have that little voice that says dont do it??? LISTEN TO IT!! They say 39.00 to fix the computer no matter what is wrong with it, hahahaha! I gave them my computer to fix. He made me pay upfront. Then tells me 4 days later its gonna cost the same exact price I bought the computer for to fix it. I tell him to put it back together and I will come get the computer! That was friday. Today is Tuesday, I call and he asked me if I wanted to sell him the computer for parts, I told him NOOOO i told you i wanted you to put it back together. HE said he wouldnt be ready til 3pm. I told him that Friday I told him to put it back together, he then said to me, you want it put back together or not? Needless to say I was pissed! I went directly there, not 5 minutes passed from when I hung up to walking i the store... Guess what??? THE COMPUTER WAS COMPLETELY PUT TOGETHER AND WRAPPED UP. really??? So did they do anything??? I was not told that the 39.00 that I paid was a diagnostic charge. He said he would fix the computer.PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE!!!!

I dropped off an older laptop as it stopped booting up. I was told that the hard drive was not spinning and the case of the laptop was cracked. It would cost $385 to fix the casing and replace the hard drive. Then they may have been able to get the data. It wasnt impossible to get the data, which i informed them was all I wanted, without completing the whole repiar. Otherwise there is a guy in California with a machine that could extract the data but his machine costs millions and it would cost me over $1000 to use that service. So I ordered a $30 IDE/SATA data cable off amazon and did it myself. Glad I went with my gut feeling and did not get fleeced by these guys.

My 89 year old father has waited since the 19th of this month for his computer to be fixed. This is the 30th, if they dont know what they are doing then tell him. He has been told he will get called back soon and they never call. Very irritating.

Sent my color laser printer home to me saying it was fixed (magenta did not print well but faded); it was not fixed. If they had even done a decent test print this would have showed. Then said my toner was counterfeit but it was genuine HP. also take only cash which means you cannot bill them back when you find out you have been cheated.Next told me my motherboard was bad but would split the cost of an HP refurb at $900 meaning I would pay $500. I found identical refurbs online for $400.Took it back, to another repair center who said it just need cleaning from dirt getting sucked into it. Works great againDean is a liar and should not be trusted. You can tell he is a scam artist since they refuse to take Visa cards so they cannot be billed back.

If I could give a - (thats minus) Star it would be a -5! This repair service is a complete joke. A joke is being kind because at least with a joke you may walk away with a smile! This business is absurd! CAUTION!!!! Or better - DONt Take anything to them!The printer I took to them didnt get repaired after having it for 4 months. They gave it to me saying it was repaired but it now had other problems that they caused. I returned it immediately. Here it is another 30 days later I HAD TO CALL THEM and they said they arent going to fix it and to come pick it up. I must add that when I picked it up the first time it had scratches that they had caused. They wouldnt refund the prepaid $39 either! PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK !!!!!

This place is a joke. If you value your time and money stay away from here!! I shouldve known to take my computer someplace else after seeing their pathetic shop. it reminds me more of a storage closet instead of an office.I went in for a simple screen repair, the imbicile at the front desk told me it would be no more than 40-80 dollars to fix... realizing this sounded too good to be true, i asked him multiple times if there would be any additional charges and he reassured me over and over again that they charge 40 dollars an hour flat rate, but i shouldve used common sense and noticed a business like this, run by morons couldnt stay in business without ripping people off. dumb office worker as the guy referred to himself, even forgot to take the initial payment of 40 dollars. I turned around after going all the way to my car to remind him that he didnt charge me the 40 bucks which he said would be deducted from the final cost. He thanked me multiple times for my honesty, and that was the final act of professionalism and decent customer service i witnessed from this business.I was told they would contact me the next day to tell me when my laptop would be available for pickup, after waiting all day, i called them in the afternoon and they told me it would be another 600 bucks to fix, plus labor charges!!! Not even the apple store charges that much for a new screen. I told him i wouldnt accept that, than the guy asked if they should backup my data...i came to you guys to fix my screen, not to mess with my data. (for some reason they asked for my password and when i got my computer back it had gone through a force shut down, i dont know why they decided to log into my computer...) The guy even went on to say i shouldnt have broken it if i didnt want to pay that much. Who says something like that to a customer?? i told him i was on my way to pick it up, and that i was expecting a refund of the 40 dollars which i would not have been even charged if i hadnt done the right thing and reminded them...i guess thats what you get for having common decency, people like them try to take advantage of you... When i got there i asked to speak to a manager or owner, and the dumb office worker suddenly promoted himself to manager.... he said i would have to come back monday to speak to the owner about the refund. when i arrived there on monday, not to my surprise, the owner was no where to be found. The dumb office worker/manager said he didnt have the authority to give me a refund. i asked if there was anybody else i could speak to, since i heard voices coming from the back. he said those people were customers, after i pointed out the giant PRIVATE - EMPLOYEES ONLY sign on the door, he asked me to come outside. He then told me i should take them to court, that would be the only way i could get a refund. he even went on to say it would be great if they got sued, and that he would love it if the place got shut down so he could get another job. (way to represent your business buddy).Also, they claim they have 24 hour service. thats a lie, they close at 5:30...pretty early for a repair shop dont you think? And theyre not even open at all on the weekends. They also have multiple different names for the same location...perhaps to avoid all the negative reviews being directed at themSo if you love getting ripped off, and leaving your valuable possessions in the hands of unqualified scam artists, and paying them 40 dollars an hour to waste your time then this is the place for you!! i highly recommend this place to everyone thats seeking a thrill and loves being frustrated with horrible customer service. The anticipation of what kind of bullshit is going to come out of their mouths to waste your time and money is through the roof!!!! However if you actually want your product repaired and not be quoted some ridiculous astronomical figure then do yourself a favor and just avoid this place!!

So upon arriving here in vegas my laptop decides it doesnt want to charge anymore. i opened up the casing on my laptop to check if i could replace the charger myself but having no tools to re-solder the piece into place i needed to find a new charger port. thats when i stumbled upon these guys. he immediately called later that day and said i HAD to replace my motherboard.... something about microfractures which i knew werent there. he charged me another $250 for what shouldve been only a $50 fix. once again i did NOT need a new motherboard. then today i decided to see why i was lagging out in my games so badly..... turns out i went from 2375+ mb of ram to only 1361 mb of ram. THEY STOLE FROM ME DO NOT GO THERE.

I sent my laptop because SUPPOSEDLY they can fix the video chip mother board (video chip reballing) but after a week a dude call me back and he said that a new mother board replacement was necessary.I told him that DO NOT replace the mother board and ship back my laptop as is without NO FIX (because it cost $250 so expensive )... however 2 weeks later I called this dude to know why my laptop didnt arrive yet... however he told me that I NEED to pay $250 if I want my laptop back.. (pay for something that I NEVER requested)I was complaining about it because I NEVER requested a mobo replacement, but this dude just mocked me ... he was very prepotent and told me that If I want my laptop I should to pay....They never shipped my computer back! (They stolen it)In conclusion:1 - National first laptop repair lies all the time DO NOT TRUST in them.2 - They DONT HAVE the skill to repair mother boards. (my request was video chip fix by reballing NOT by replacing the mobo)3 - My advice is DO NOT ship your device to this company.. THEY have a very BAD service and they are a LIAR.4 - When you request a service repair, you should do it by email.. this way you have a written prove.

I called to have my HP Laser Color Jet repaired. First it took weeks, secondly they did such a bad job, for when It printed pages that came out yellow, green, black. Now I cannot used it. What it cost me to have it repaired, I could have bought a new one.
