Terrible experience. We had TCI deliver and set up a dance floor. It had 2 ft of rough ply wood coming out from all the sides with metal braces that were suppose to be holding the sheets of plywood together that were popping of and exposing sharp edges along with the ply wood edges sticking up. It was a hazard. It looked horrible and cheap. The office was closed and we had no way to reach them to get it removed before our wedding reception. We ended up covering the ply wood with black fabric and after screwing in the braces we staked down the ends of the plywood to keep people from tripping over it. We had other preparations before the reception to take care of so this dance floor should not have been one of them. The Mother of the bride cut her toe and had blood dripping in her shoe. Who knows how many others were injured that we don’t know about. This was a nightmare. We were able to have a nice reception inspite if this dance floor but it created more of a problem than we could have imagined. Never again!!

WOW! decided to try this company for the 1st time on rental equipment, they saved me $400. Just like the saying you get what you paid for, delivery was scheduled at 8AM and I specified before I paid that it must be there at 8AM so prior to the health inspector all equipment is at its temperature, I kept calling every hour and she would say 15 min. The equipment finally came at 1PM health inspector was already there. Good thing health inspector agreed to come to my booth in an hour.Not only did they deliver late, they were suppose to p/u the equipment on Sunday charged me $75 for after hours and they did not even p/u on Sunday. I received a call from LV Metro that they will be opening up Fremont and the equipment will be put to the sidewalk. I called TCI and she said they are on there way to p/u (8:20AM) the equipment was not p/u until 11:45 am. To top it off I received a bill for $200 for propane that I never even asked for.I will never use this company again, I would rather pay the extra $400 to RSVP.Renters be AWARE!!! if you dont like stress dont even think about this company.
