They were knowledgable but have to agree with many other people. Kieta (The lady up front) is pretty rude and has zero bedside manner. So you better have thick skin. Victor is pretty nice so that was the one highlight. I respect the time that they gave me but would never go back. She will turn a lot of people off.

This is Peter Mozina warning anyone thinking on doing business with this company. I knew them as American Memorabilia when Susan Kieta and her husband Victor Moreno were located in Venice, CA. I bought a Babe Ruth cut from them back in 1998 for around $500. After many complaints from consigners and failure to perform they closed shop and moved to Vegas. They recently contacted me under their new name by mistake and after asking if they would accept my cut, they went stone cold quite after remembering that I bought it from them. I offered to sell it back to them for exactly what I paid for it. I still have the original receipt. The autograph is gorgeous but fake. My Babe Ruth cut should be worth $5,000 in todays market but they have no interest for $500. Why not.

I spoke with a store employee and wanted to get an approximate price on how much they would buy a certain collectors card. I was advised to take good pictures of the card so they could see the condition of the card, which is fine. So long story short, I spoke with an employee the next day after sending 5 high quality pictures of my card. He then told me I had to come in so they could look at it. I explained that I lived 2 hours away and that was why I texted the photos. So why did I waste my time taking pictures, texting then, phone calls only go be told to come in? Not very professional at all and a waste of my time.

I just called them and the lady was very rude... I said that I wanted to see if they were interested in an item. I told her about my promo poster for American Horror Story that has all the autographs from the coven cast and had the certificate of authenticity and it’s been verified and everything. She sounded very skeptical and said “and where did you get it...?” And I told her that I bought it from a seller on amazon and I took it to a super pawn and they looked it up, said it’s real and that I should try a place closer to the strip that might want more memorabilia. She just said “I’m gonna have to pass”. Short. Rude. And not how to conduct business. I’d recommend her working in the back away from people.

Maybe they are okay to buy from but look elsewhere to sell. They will give you one price point on the phone and then offer an entirely different amount in person. I found another rebutable memorabilia expert in the valley that literally offered me triple what they did. Look to sell elsewhere.
