Of all the coffee houses I have been privileged to visit in Las Vegas, the recent discovery of Vesta Coffee Roasters brought an incredible end to an eventful day. The contemporary design, blended with a feel of industrialism created an atmosphere of sophistication and creativity. The delightful and knowledgeable staff of Vesta provided the information needed to make an informed decision regarding their array of robust, aroma filled coffees and teas. Personally, the Macadamia-Almond Latte was a magnanimous selection with its introduction of nutty flavor and a rich Earth tone that danced across my taste buds invoking a euphoric feeling. For anyone visiting Las Vegas, I highlyrecommend Vesta Coffee Roasters nestled inthe beautiful and building Arts District. I can assure that you will not be disappointed. Feel free to indulge in the magic that is this hidden gem.
Ordered an Americano with light roast and extra cream and a tomato bisque soup. Coffee tasted great. Soup tasted great. Apparently extra cream means one teaspoon vs half a teaspoon being the regular amount of half and half. The soup tasted amazing if I’m being honest. However, it came out literally nothing warmer than lukewarm at probably like 80 degrees.
First visit today. I had a double espresso, avacado toast (called The Basic) and a cappuccino to finish. The espresso was quite good. A blend of beans from ethiopia, el salvador, and oaxaca, MX. These guys roast in-house. The cappuccino was ordered without direction and came up nicely wet. And the food was really nice - toasted wheat sourdough with sliced aguacate, dried chili flakes, and just a tad of sea salt. Nice place. Highly recommended.
Vesta so good and a very welcome addition to the neighborhood. All of their coffee offerings both batch and pour over are freshly roasted and all their tea offerings are great too. Grab a bag of beans while you’re here for take away. All of their seasonal toasts were very good, I had both an avocado toast with a poached egg and I had the cheese butter and apricot jam toast on another day. Incredible.
Great coffee! My first trip to Las Vegas and I only had time to stop at one coffee shop and I choose Vesta and I wasn’t disappointed. The house coffee was very good and the baristas was very pleasant. $3.50 for a small black coffee seems a little high compared to the specialty coffee shops in New Jersey, but I was willing to pay for it to get a good cup of coffee.
Food is always perfect and coffee is strong. We love sitting outside and wish there were more than two tables there. But we’ve never had an issue snagging one. Plenty of parking on the street or in their parking lot. The team is really friendly and helpful. Bathrooms are also clean and accessible. We love this place.
All my friends swear it’s their favorite coffee house. I had to try it out. Coffee was tasty. It just wasn’t my favorite. I ordered their nitro cold brew & their overnight oats.Again the nitro cold brew was tasty. The first order of oats I sent back. They use a champagne syrup I believe is what they described it as but I couldn’t figure out if it was the champagne or the berries that had fermented. Either way it was not very good (my opinion of course). The second set was a banana overnight oats. Those were exceptional. They made up for the first one. The flavors in it were extremely tasty. I believe there was even a bit of mint mixed in. I make overnight religiously & these would be something I would make in my own kitchen.Service was wonderful, everyone was friendly & helpful. Venue was immaculate & if you’re all about “rules” they were socially distant & wearing masks. Thanks so much for the hospitality.
Got coffees, breakfast and Italian sandwiches to go. Very fresh and tasty! Nice place to meet up with your friends and grab something to eat/drink. They have vegetarian and vegan options too.
Absolutely my favorite coffee shop EVER! It always smells fantastic because they roast their beans on site. I recommend the egg salad sandwich (with extra jalapeños!) and the wonderfully rich The Goddess blend roast. Thank me later!
Its spacious inside and they have seats along the window. They have their own parking lot with a bunch of spots but theres also street parking. They have a decent menu of sandwiches and salads along with their drink options. They also have some coffee merchandise and some branded merchandise. In case the name didnt give it away, they roast their beans right there so you can buy beans to bring home as well. All the employees there seem super nice and it just has a really authentic feel.
Really nice coffee place. The roaster (a Probat) is sitting right there in the cafe in full view. The setup and atmosphere make the store seem warm and welcoming. The baristas were really nice and gave recommendations for the drinks when we asked, on top of being super enthusiastic about the coffee. We got two of their seasonal drinks: candy flip latte (summer seasonal) and the dark & stormy. The candy flip latte was made with a base of thai tea and coriander syrup and orange. It was served with two gummy bears. Interestingly, the drink had a taste at the end that was reminiscent of a green gummy bear...it was interesting. It cost $6.The dark and stormy was fantastic. They used a homemade ginger syrup that was sweet, spicy, and very gingery. It came with an optional lime, which mellowed out the ginger. For $5.50, I think it was worth trying and Id get it again. We also got salmon toast. The presentation was really nice and the flavor good, but for various reasons the texture didnt seem to be there. Nonetheless, it was good cafe food with a typical cafe price ($9).Finally, I got their signature Goddess Blend. When I noticed that the roast date was a little old, they bagged me up a fresh batch. That was super considerate. Their bagged coffee comes in 12 oz. sizes and the prices in-store are the same as youd find on their website. If youre in Vegas and like third-wave coffee, I recommend stopping by here!
Great breakfast sandwiches and incredible handcrafted lattes. We’re from out of town, and were looking for a solid coffee shop (we were just flying through), and weren’t disappointed with Vesta at all. The guy taking our order was super attentive, helped with recommendations, and the line was really fast. 12/10 would recommend their oat milk lattes and alllll of their breakfast menu. 🤤There’s plenty of free parking in the lot to the left of the coffee shop, and lots right on the street. We also got to pet some sweet puppies, since this place is pet friendly. The icing on top was seeing the roasters in the back. Great vibes, even better coffee. If I’m back in Vegas, I’ll for sure be swinging by Vesta.
Fantastic nitro, with very robust flavor. We also had the avocado toast with a poached egg on top and the salmon toast, which were a perfect light breakfast. Loved the decor and vibe of this place, it was a welcome relief from the bustle of the strip. Friendly and helpful staff topped it off for a great experience.
Exceptional coffee. Must have. Douchey hipster vibe is a thumbs down but I dont even care because the coffee is so good.
On the grassy side, but excellent flavor none the less. Recommend if you want a great espresso or cold brew.
This was our last pit stop in Vegas after a myriad of sub-par coffees at casinos, and I’m here to say, that Vesta just might be the best in the whole state.“Coffee Roasters” in the title is no joke, as soon as you walk in you are greeted with the confidence and charm of expert coffee makers, along with the roaster in the back, indicating the extremely fresh and high quality experience.Vesta is sure a place I will revisit. It is a must go for any lover of coffee.
Great fast and friendly service! Wonderful atmosphere with good music. It seems as if this place is many people’s go to for working. There were people focused on their laptops and just doing business here even. So if you want to do work at a nice cafe, I think you will love this place. I got the truffle croissant sandwich and it was delicious! This place will not disappoint. Also, they have free parking all around.
This place is a gem. Coffee is exceptional and the food is equally as good. Standard was the small Latte and an egg and cheese sandwich. Used their app daily for curbside takeaway and the staff was always very nice and courteous.
The Truffle Croissant Sandwich is one of my favorite breakfast sandwiches of all time. I add ham and bacon to mine 👌🏽
I seldom write reviews but I had to because, I was impressed by the service given in this cafe, the coffee and sandwiches is without a doubt top notch I can say, the staff here cares about your time here, they will ask what you like/want then recommended the types of pour over you may like. My recommendation for all of you is to order coffee and the Hawaiian Benedict Sandwich ;). Came out of the strip just for this. Glad to say it was well worth my time and $.Traveller from Macau
I dine in here, I take out, I ordered from Postmates from here. If you want to try the best breakfast sandwich youve ever had in your entire life go to Vesta coffee. You will not be disappointed. Hello to all the employees there love you guys! 💕
One of my favorite places, chill and hip vibes, wonderful coffee and tasty sandwiches! Try the vegan sandwich it’s a must
If you are looking for the local taste of home from a phenomenal coffee shop while traveling 100% reccomend!!!! If I lived locally this would be my coffee shop, and I am beyond grateful we found this hidden gem!!!! Skip any other breakfast spot as well they have got you covered. What more could you really ask for phenomenal coffee and a breakfast to match!!!!!
The best coffee Ive had this trip. Better than LA, Palm Springs, etc. A proper flat white! Food, service and atmosphere top level.
The weekend ONLY breakfast Tacos were GREAT..coffees (hazelnut) and teas (rose)were very tastey too! Nice location and plenty of seating inside.
This is my favorite coffee shop in the city. The staff is awesome. Theyre all the most friendly and are very helpful. I am always so excited to try their seasonal menu, which never disappoints. Their core menu is pure perfection. Their food is SO GOOD. The best spot for brunch or a quick lunch. Their milk and honey toast is one of my personal faves. The truffle breakfast sandwich on the all the things croissant is UNMATCHED by any other breakfast sandwich Ive ever had. Truffle, everything bagel seasoning, and gravy? What more could you want? Their soups, salads, and sandwiches are all so simple but packed with the most amazing flavor profiles. I just love this place. I know you will too. Stop wasting your money and starbucks and be nice to yourself. Just come here.
This place is absolutely crushing it! Personally this is the only place in Vegas we found worth a review and definitely received our daily repeat business... daily and sometimes twice a day. In the arts district between the old and new Vegas. In house local roast. Third Wave style coffee shop. Baristas were super friendly and knowledgeable. Americano, Cortado, Latte and Pour Overs were always on point and the Golden Mill was especially good. Thanks for the tester coffee tea bag... not bad... I’d recommend steeping longer... about 6 minutes. Check these guys out. They’re the best spot you will find in Vegas and offering specialty coffee on high standards.
My favorite quick stop downtown, and also my go-to for short meetings. The service is fast, friendly, and attentive-- more so than their competitor one block up, despite this being counter-service and the other being hybrid sit-down. The food is fresh and delicious. And, despite being coffee specialists, there are plenty of non-coffee options for non-coffee drinks like me.
Great place. The best employees
Premium roastery in the trendy Arts District of Las Vegas. Thoroughly enjoyed my Lungo that was served in one of the nicest utensils I have had the pleasure of imbibing a brew in! The mauve/purple/pink colored 4 oz. crystal shot glass was just the perfect size. Most specialty places that focus on pour overs and brews - tend to leave the beans too light for an oily rich flavor to be suitable for an espresso. While not quite an Italian espresso roast - I was still quite pleased with the result that let the flavors come through. Will be back again!!
Always a favorite! This place has some of the best coffee anywhere - in Vegas and while traveling to other cities. The coffee is roasted on location, the staff is very friendly - you can tell they like working there, the atmosphere is laid back, and the food menu offers a delicious twists on breakfast and lunch classics like sandwiches and toasts. My favorite is the breakfast tacos.
Exceptional coffee and food! They know how to make a seriously good espresso and the tartines are to die for. Worth the trip from SF :)
LOVE THEIR COFFEE. I’m from San Diego - where there are specialty coffee shops on every. single. corner. It’s one of the things I miss most about SD (having just recently moving to Vegas). Vesta Coffee fills that void. They’re really in it for the craft. Perfectly dialed- in espresso. Perfectly steamed milk. Cute little latte art designs. Plus, they make all of their syrups in house. And as if that weren’t enough - their food is amazing. The truffle croissant breakfast sandwich is absolute perfection. And my sister (on a recent visit) ordered their spam sandwich with a spicy chipotle. YUM. Definitely check it out if you’re looking for a great coffee experience in Las Vegas!
Delicious coffee and fantastic customer service. The decaf lattes are incredible and the guy who took our order was so nice and friendly!! I love this place:).
Coffee and food are both extremely high quality. I love the creative specialty drinks, cool stuff! Get the egg salad sandwich, really great!
Perfect, simple and delicious coffee and food. We had a cold brew, iced herbal tea, breakfast sandwich (they add syrup) and lox toast. Everything was local and top notch. We will be back!!Also the staff was amazing and so kind. They took covid regulations and separations very seriously!Clean and comfortable for breakfast/brunch
Great coffee and bomb egg sammys!!
Great black coffee and breakfast food. Relaxing atmosphere. Great music. Really friendly employees. Love this place!
Great coffee shop with delicious drinks & amazing food! The staff was also super friendly! It was a great calm vibe amidst the crazy of Las Vegas. ;)
Another really great coffee shop in Vegas. I also bought a bag of their coffee and it is excellent. What I liked most is that I asked them about a coffee that would go great with Aeropress brewing and the one they recommended, and their brew recipe, have been excellent. Really enjoy this cup of coffee.
Amazing coffee shop but uses way too much packaging!
Nice coffee shop in our area. Wanna come again again and again.
Great coffee, really fresh and clean tasting pour over, and good food. Staying in Vegas looking for a place with actually good coffee? This is it. Well worth the 10 minute trip off the strip, staff was friendly, digs were cool, and they had hella good coffee options. When I return, I will return. :)
The coffee was great as well as made well. And even though the place was packed with to go orders, you could tell they had a system down and were pumping out coffee fast. Would definitely go again for coffee as well as to try the food.
This was one of three places my wife and I visited for the first time during our afternoon in the Arts District, and we could not have been more satisfied. The space is a cool spot, and the service was very helpful and friendly. Our lattes (macadamia & almond for me, hazelnut for my wife) were two of the best we’ve ever had, and the avocado toast with poached egg was the perfect mid-afternoon snack. Highly recommend.
Great food, but coffee is too bright and a bit weak. Though the trend has moved substantially to light/single origins, I feel the dose could be increased. It would also be nice if they had a dark roast option.
Staff was friendly and helpful while visiting Vesta Roasters. I really enjoyed the food as well as the coffee. Great vibe!As a side note, there are various roasts of coffee beans available that were roasted by Vesta Roasters. I picked up a bag for by espresso machine
The quality of the coffee is great. I will buy Goosebumps used in their latte. Only recommendation is that Vesta make the five pound bags of their coffee available for pickup in the store rather than shipping. Their online platforms for ordering in the store and buying beans through the online shop don’t have this feature (despite the barista who picked up the phone saying it might be available), and so you have to pay $10 for shipping the 5lb bag instead of free pickup.
Inexpensive and good. Eggs cooked perfect which is rare. This place is a Las vegasicon! if you can get in, eat here
Coffee tastes fantastically great. Must visit if you are coffee lover.
Excellent roasts. Super smooth nitro cold brew. Just the right amount of acidity in their espresso.
Coffee... Always good.Food.... Always good.Service.... Always good.5 stars!
Their breakfast tacos are so good and I love the cold brew coffee!
