By far one of the better coffee shops in the area. Friend took me here to check out their staple ICED ROYAL. It was really good! Very clean and the workers there are quick to clean as well. Which is a nice sight to see. Their bathrooms are clean too. The internet speed is fast and all in all the staff is friendly. Will def come back! A+++

Tried this place for the first time as a coffee date with my wife for my birthday and I have to say, the two ladies that help us out had the best customer service Ive had at most coffee shops. I feel bad that they had to deal with someone who ordered multiple drinks and consistently complained about his wait instead of being patient. People work hard everyday and all we can do in return is give a little patience, I appreciate how amazing their customer service remained even after that customer treated them poorly.I highly recommend this place, the people are nice, the aesthetic is nice, and its a relaxing place for chats, work or homework.

Finally tried the pumpkin spice coffee blended and not surprised it didnt taste at all of pumpkin nor did it look like the promo picture; didnt come with all the fancy syrup and stuff on top. The picture makes it look good but when they hand it to you it looks like a regular coffee just cost more Lol. I wont be going anymore as this was my last try.

Came in today after driving by it many times. The gentlemen who served me was super helpful and nice! He had on the best Christmas jumper!I went for what he recommended which was the Mexican mocha and OMG it’s amazing! Yet to try the blueberry muffin but it already looks and smell yummy!Will defiantly swing by again whenever I’m out doing errands!

I went there earlier today and they were so nice and helpful! They were giving me suggestions on some good drinks and helped me pick out a drink that is DELICIOUS! I got a green apple smoothie with blue raspberry syrup. I will be definitely going again!!

I visited Royal Coffee Roasting Co. for the first time today and Im glad I did! The atmosphere was warm and inviting and the customer service was on point. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, which made me feel welcome. I ordered a Pumpkin Spice Latte, because, who wouldnt?! It took a few minutes to come out, but thats because the baristas were making sure everything about the drink was exceptional 👌 After the first sip, I noted an array of flavors that were complex yet smooth. I was happily surprised that I didnt taste a super sweet artificial pumpkin flavor, but rather a well blended mixture of coffee and pumpkin. I will certainly be back if Im in the area! Thanks RCRC!

I love this coffee shop. Where to even begin. I usually stop here when I am on the go somewhere and the line is always moving at a quick consistent pace. On top of being efficient, the baristas are always kind and genuinely good at making me smile. I have found a consistent go to which is an iced latte with almond milk and sugar free vanilla which is made perfect everytime. If I had one area where I would request just one more thing that would make this spot even better it would be to add a vegan option to the baked goods area. But I came for coffee! And I always leave with great coffee and smile, so no complaints here :) Thank you Royal Coffee Crew for being great at what you do! 😊

I had the Mexican coffee. It was delicious, hot, and very tasty. You could taste all the spices-cinnamon, chocolate. Very good drink and service was pleasant and fast!

I would frequent the place more often as its on my way to work. The coffee is pretty average. But I like the pastries. However whoever is doing the ordering is doing a lousy job to keep stuff stocked. The staff is nice which is why an extra star.

But when it did open, I was pleased to see it and even more happy with the coffee, service, and cleanliness of this establishment at 4835 Blue Diamond Rd., and Decatur.The coffee here is excellent, even better, and more reliable than the Starbucks I always frequent up a few miles on Blue Diamond and Buffalo. I cant honestly say Id be a regular customer here because of the extra perks (haha, I had to get that in somewhere) that you get from Starbucks. But as an every once in a while change up, this is a great place to go.The baristas here are very friendly and helpful. And they are always asking how the coffee is if given a chance before you drive off. They want your morning cup of coffee to be perfect and are always smiling. This is my new go-to coffee spot! I have never received better service anywhere Ive ever been and Im from Texas home of southern hospitality so that means a lot! I cannot rave enough about how helpful Diego was and knowledgeable about the products. This has truly made our vacation experience so wonderful, if everything on the trip ended up going badly I could still walk away happy because of the experience we had here.

Staff is always friendly. Drinks are always delicious. Couldnt ask for more. Highly recommended.

First time here. They sent me a coupon for a 16oz coffee drink for free. Got a regular drip since I dont drink fancy coffee drinks. It was very good! Also had a blueberry muffin which was delicious! They have other bakery items; croissants, cheese danish, chocolate chip muffins and others. Also a few different breakfast sandwiches. Service was excellent. Everyone was really friendly.

We’ve come here about 3 or 4 times. I’ll first say that the employees are ALWAYS so nice and sociable. They always have a smile and so so friendly. However, we never get our coffees correct. Not once. They always repeat it back wrong at the drive thru speaker and we always correct them and at the window they are still wrong. The coffees that we get corrected at the window, are always good so we keep going back. We don’t get anything fancy. 2 small vanilla iced coffees with extra cream. The cups or lids always have issues too. Hubby tapped our rim on the curb when his coffee just about fell in his lap because of how flimsy the cup/lid was.

The staff was very helpful with selecting my drink. Im on a low carb diet and the drink they helped me choose was delicious.

Not too busy on a Sunday morning, probably because its not brand name coffee, but the roast seemed good, not burnt like most places, and I got my order very quickly. The three ladies working in the morning were all very friendly and helpful! They have some neat holiday options you should definitely check out before theyre gone!

Coffee is good when it’s right but employees are even better. Cups are awful though. The guy hands me my coffee without any creamer (asked for extra creamer) and the coffee lid comes off as he hands it to me. It’s all over my hand and my car door. He apologizes and hands me napkins. He takes it back, adds creamer, and as he hands it back to me, you guessed it! Lid comes off again and coffee everywhere.

Fantastic customer service and even better iced coffee. I got a BOGO coupon from a mailer pack and this location made it a hassle free transaction. Would come here over other nearby coffee places because the line moves very fast in the drive thru. Will be back to try other menu items.

Royal Coffee always have some of the nicest employees always cheerful and friendly. Most importantly they make way better coffee than Starbucks. This spot on Blue Mountain is the best on my list.

As friendly as everyone is, it would be beneficial for the staff to focus on handing the correct orders to the customers - especially those with allergies, rather than joking around. No one picks up their phones either and the mailbox appears to be full.

This review is long over due but shoutout to the manager Preston here at Royal coffee, I’ve been coming to this location ever since it opened as Black Rock n haven’t went anywhere because of the staff here. Preston is always friendly whenever I come in as well as Sharon, Robert, & Diego. These are the guys I come across through the drive through but as a business owner, I keep coming back because they know how to treat their customers and I have not had a bad experience here. Thanks Preston n staff!!!
