Better than expected. Appreciated that they had both a drive through and a walk up window. Got both a regular coffee and an iced coffee and both were good.

The best coffee and ALWAYS SUPERIOR STAFF.I truly dont get why there is loyalty to Starbucks, when there are other places like Dutch, the Coffee Bean or Seattles Best to get a better cup of coffee.If you are looking for coffee with a depth of taste and you havent tried DB, please do. I think you will like it and find their staff much more knowledgeable and pleasant than what I have unfortunately experienced at Starbucks.

I love my drinks that I get from them but, when the drive through is around the building, the guy at the window shouldnt be asking me my life story (or telling me his). Its great to be personable but also remember that people need to get somewhere. If my drink is ready, I should be able to leave.

Just finished my drink. It was really, really good. Few of my coworkers always rave about this place and since this location is so close to my house, I decided to give it a try. I ordered a large ice blended caramelizer. Not only was it delicious, the staff was very prompt and quick. I definitely will come back here again and sample the rest of the menu.

Ive tried many of what they offer and this morning I just wanted iced coffee with cream and sugar. I usually get their blended/freeze coffee drinks and make them picture perfect which makes them more desert drinks to me rather than having coffee😁 . Lines are always pretty long, but hey thats how you know its good! Worth the wait which is not long at all because they get the drinks out quickly. Staff is always upbeat and friendly at pretty much every location Ive been too.

This was my first time going to Dutch Bros, I wish they had it in California!! Its so good! I got 4 shots of Espresso, with heavy cream and caramel sauce. Its from heaven!!

Took over 30 minutes to get through the line. The only male employee was hanging out the window talking to every customer instead of helping make drinks. I asked why he wasn’t helping and he stated it was part of the customer service to talk to us. Probably better for customer service for everyone to make drinks when it’s busy

Coffee always good friendly people always but and its a big but this is the first time Ive been disappointed in a location. When you have your music outside so loud that I cannot hear what the girl whos taking my order is saying to me and I cant hear the person next to me or on the phone trying to get that order your music is way too loud! I understand wanting to have music while working but when it interferes with the job and causes frustration with customers there is a problem. I am a firm believer that if you dont know its broken you cant fix it thats why Im saying something. I have learned decades ago that only one out of 10 people will tell you when theres a problem the rest just simply ignore it and feel that they have to accept it. I dont accept it I am your squeaky wheel so get use to it. Ive preached this to my daughters and Im very proud of their work ethic so here you are now going to get it! promise greatness deliver excellence in every aspect of your company and in the job youre doing. No detail is insignificant or not a big deal. When the music was loud enough to trigger a migraine for me your employees had the music way too loud which is the other reason I am commenting. Hard to hear frustrating to give order and migraine does not make a happy customer. My advice turn it down just a notch or two you can still have it outside blaring so you can hear it as long as it doesnt interfere with the job

This was my 1st time at Dutch Bros, and my experience was fabulous. Taylor did a wonderful job and recommend a drink and answer all my 1000 questions. The service was fast and everyone was friendly. I will definitely be back. Please give kudos to Taylor for making my experience amazing.

I ordered a nitro carmelizer sugar free (large) and a larger sugar free nitro mocha. And we got a med sugarfree iced coffee they tried to make the sugarfree mocha 3 times an still got it wrong. Was not impressed at all with this DB today.

The service was good. It was fast. I was on the way back to Northern California from Las Vegas and had to get some. The people were really nice and had my order ready for me at the window.

Perfectly good quick drive through/walk up coffee stand. Cant ask for much else. Theres a long drive through area so youre not left sitting in the middle of a parking lot trying not to block traffic when its busy. They even have employees with tablets outside to take your order so the whole process can go as quickly as possible.

Dutch Bros Coffee is a wonderful spot to get your fix for sweet drinks. Super consistent with each location, friendly service, and tasty beverages!

I like Dutch bros coffee. I have tried nearly all of their rebel drinks. One huge thing I do not like about this location is their need to ask you about tipping. It’s comes off tacky and desperate.One day I purposely declined their offer to leave a tip and the barista’s attitude totally shifted towards me. She tried her best to hide it, but I can tell she was a little upset.Also, for as much as I love Dutch bros coffee, I don’t always like overly friendly baristas in my face asking me a bunch of questions trying to make small talk. Sometimes I avoid going to Dutch bros for that reason. I really have to feel extra friendly to want to go to Dutch bros on any particular day.Also the lines can get really long. This location handles it well, but some other locations you could be waiting 15 mins before you even order your drink.

The service here is always amazing. If you are not sure what to order, try my favorite, a black tea eclipse! Dont be dissuaded if there is a long line, these workers are hustlers and will have that line moving so fast!

The hype about how friendly and peppy they are is REAL. The line is faster than most Starbucks even when it is long, the drink options as breve or latte, etc, is a nice touch and in my opinion the flavors are better than Starbucks as well.

Again this place DOES NOT disappoint. So happy they built this place right next to Starbucks. Dutch Bros drive thru had at least 7 cars in line waiting. Starbucks had Zero cars waiting and parking lot looked empty. Happy Dutch Bros doesnt push any type of social agenda and focuses on their service and product!!! Keep up the great job Dutch Bros!

My supervisor took me as a pick me up. I have been to Dutch Bros multiple times and every time is an amazing experience. The crew is always positive and upbeat. 5 stars isnt enough for them!!

This is my second visit at the store. We both times the coffee was not made correctly to be honest didnt even drink it I thought Id give you guys a second chance and try the cold brew with soft top didnt drink it until I arrived to my office it was terrible completely watered down. No flavor.. the last time I got a hot latte the same thing very watery. I wont be back to this location. The main reason why I visit this location theres never a line now I understand why! 👎 And after looking I was there for 18 mins.Perhaps more training. Ill visit starbucks next door from now on!Customer service is not everything you also need a great product!

Tucked away is this location. I love Dutch Bros and was surprised when I was driving and saw that iconic logo. My heart jumped w/ happiness! Been going to this location for about a month now, my coffee always tastes great, made with accuracy. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Amid this pandemic, they have updated to keep staff and customers safe. The staff is always wearing masks and I believe gloves too. Only card transactions, very easy process, and no need to touch their tablets while processing payments. Keep up the great work guys!

Great coffee, happy I found one while here in Vegas. Hunter in the drive-thru also helped me find some lunch to grab and I respect that.

Great place, employees are very very nice and respectful and they listen to what you want, they come out to your car and greet you with a smile, myself and my wife dont go to Starbucks anymore they dont have a good selection of diet flavors, Dutch bros has a really good selection of diet flavors .

The best!! Only downside is the long line, but that only happens when everyone knows youre the best. Customer service is 2nd to none, those kids are always in an infectiously good mood. No better coffee OR baristas/baristos in town!!! But find a different location, cause this ones mine and Im gonna be late to work if it gets much more popular.

I like the coffee, its not bad... but I like my coffee strong, I mean really strong. The 911 isnt strong enough for my taste... but I do go here on occasion, but its rare. Try the muffin tops tho, theyre good!
