My boyfriend and I had an amazing time for breakfast or should I say brunch. He decided to take me out to eat before we head back home and I must say I was skeptical at first but the quality of the food where must I begin? The boyfriend order the soft shell Cajun crab omelette look how amazing it turned out and it came with toast and potatoes. It was so delightful. I almost stole his plate. I ordered the Cajun chicken fried sandwich with their coleslaw let me say I never had a better chicken sandwich in my life. I’m saddened after I finished it cause it was so good I totally forgot that I finished it. Haha I wish I had another one. We waited a while for our food the service was decent. Everyone else was served before us. But I’m not a negative Nancy and understand how a business is ran. Only advice is that the servers be a little more attentive to every guest instead of attending to those who are darker complexion that’s all. But food made up for the service
One of the worst dining experiences in Las VegasConstruction was being done and the smell of burning metal over took the restaurant along with loud banging and grinding by construction worker less than 15ft away..The $23 Eggs Benedict was awful. Eggs Benedict is supposed to be a poached egg, not a hard boiled egg on a burnt muffin.Waitress offered a new one which took the kitchen over 15 minutes to prepare.Because the rest of my party was done eating and eggs Benedict is not something to can “eat later”, I declined the mew order which looked just as poorly prepared. At this point I asked for the manager. It took almost 20 minutes for her to show up. When she did, she show up, she had an awful attitude. Said she would buy my breakfast for me(the one I didn’t eat)Stay clear. Terrible food and horrible management.
Breakfast was cold. Eggs had to be cut with a knife. Potatoes overcooked. Cold toast butter wouldnt melt. Good coffee.
Took the wife here before we left to go back home. Breakfast was on point. Wife had the chicken and waffles ($36) and I had the all American Breakfast ($23) the chicken from the chicken and waffles were very flavorful. The waffles had like a spicy kick to it and my wife doesnt eat spicy food. Overall the chicken sausages are a must.
Service can be better, hostess can relax a little and handle guest better. Food sucks and expensive. Ordered egg whites omelette and it look like regular scrambled egg. Dont get the salmon because you wont see it on the food. If you build your own omelette, they charge every toping extra without telling you. They expect you to mix your coffee with your fork or butter knife. They are not very accommodating and not business meeting friendly.
Service was awesome, food was good but maybe cause it is my first day in Vegas in a few years but a tad pricey.
Visiting from Chicago and on my second day, I chose Cafe Americano for breakfast because it was the eatery conveniently close to the elevator. Our server was very efficient, friendly and attentive. so I should give this place a 5 star rating. I decided to build my own omelet, choosing mushrooms and tomatoes with sourdough toast. Then came the food. the omelet (eggs and mushrooms) was kinda rubbery chewy, I began to think it must be made from processed artificial ingredients, or maybe it was premade and microwaved before serving. $25 for a build your own Omelet plus cost of coffee for three people, I wished I had taken Uber and went to Dennys less than a mile away. They make authentic breakfast.
Good food, great service. We went for breakfast. A very expensive breakfast. It was a lot of food for the price but really too much food. And they didnt have bottomless mimosas. A real downer and reason for 4 stars. Atmosphere was fantastic too.
Took my dad here for a nice Ribeye dinner. Took about 30 minutes to get our drinks and to be able to place our order. We both ordered the Ribeye, mine medium rare and my dad medium well. After 45 minutes the steaks came out. Mine was well done and my dads was charcoal. I tried to express my displeasure with waitress, but it fell on deaf ears. We were starving and decided to go ahead and eat. I will say that the flavor was amazing, but steaks were severely and entirely overcooked. The manager came by the table checking on how we liked our meal, so I let him know of my dissatisfaction. His response was to snap at me by saying What exactly would you like me to do about it? I just simply replied. At $51, I would expect a little more care in how my steak was cooked and additionally I said Surprise me They discounted the steaks, but a simple Im sorry would have sufficed or maybe the waitress to at least take notice of my dissatisfaction and not ignore me. Additionally if the manager didnt want to hear my response to His question of service, He shouldnt have asked........ I hope this review doesnt fall on deaf ears as well.
Overpriced. I expect that if I pay $91 usd with tips the food will be great. This was an order for two people, we drank water, had two dinners and one shared dessert. The salmon in my bowl (which was extra $$) was fake as the texture of the fish along with the taste was off! Plus is soooo freaking noisy in the patio from the casino bar singer, really bad acoustics. Not a pleasant dinner at all. The server and staff were very nice but that is all the positive for this place. Would have been happy with real salmon and would have overlooked the noise because I know....its Vegas Baby!
Food was terrible. Inconsistently cooked breakfast that took forever to reach the table. Server tried but the kitchen really let him down.
Cafe Ile St. Louis is one of the dining establishments located inside the Paris Hotel in Vegas. It’s designed to look like a Parisian café complete with an “outdoor patio” with faux buildings. While the sounds from the surrounding casino area takes a bit away from the experience, it’s actually not that difficult to imagine that you’re actually dining in a Paris café.They brought us out some pain d’épi that resemble stalks of wheat. One of the things that I always look forward to in a French restaurant is the compliementary bread and butter and I’ve got to say that these crusty buns were just what I was looking for. They had a 3-course prix fixe menu ($23) so we ordered that and picked the French Onion Soup, Salmon, and Napoleon dessert. You can’t really visit a French restaurant without trying the French Onion Soup and I’ll have to say that this was a good version with plenty of tender onions and ooey-gooey cheese. The salmon here is a very generous portion… not to mention the monstrous helping of creamy mashed potatoes. I would have loved to have finished this dish but it was so filling.I wound up ordering the Croque Madame ($16) with Parisian ham, emmental cheese, and mornay sauce with a sunny-side-up egg and pommes frites. I was actually expecting this to be a little better than it turned out as the yolk had already been popped by the time it arrived at the table and the bread didn’t seem to have enough texture. That being said, the skinny fries were super addictive.Last up, the Napoleon for our prix fixe order arrived. It was light and not overly sweet with nice flaky layers sandwiching the pastry cream.Overall, the food’s pretty good depending on what you order and it’s a good value. The main drawback to this place is that it fronts out into the casino area so it’s not exactly peaceful.
Great food, clean environment and warm staff. I ate breakfast, lunch and dinner times during my stay at the Paris. Portions were great and the food is fairly affordable. I would recommend at least one meal here!
Ate here twice for breakfast eggs Benny was great but I saw the chicken and waffles and knew I had to come back... It was amazing and the best Ive ever had ! Our server Julie was just as good everything was spot on !
We were staying at the hotel and wanted to eat so we went here. It was pricey but we were starving. We got sat and our waitress was very friendly! She got our drink order and then came a few minutes later and took our food order. Then. We never saw her again. She was helping all the other tables around us and wouldnt even look our way. I needed a straw and had to ask a busser. We waited about 30 minutes of watching her walk by and not say anything and then we decided to leave. A $30 hamburger that was probably just average at best was not worth waiting over 30 minutes with horrible service. I am a server and normally I would never do that but by the time we left we were so angry that we werent even hungry. I would never recommend this place.
Still cannot believe how awful this place was. We started our vacation on Sunday 8/19 and ordered quinoa salad and shrimp Alfredo. Cost was $75 and it was the most disgusting food we have ever had in our lives. I feel robbed and scammed. We did not eat just picked out a few shrimo since we were hungry after traveling. The waitress actually said they used a lemon extract in the pasta sauce. It tasted like cream, lemon, and similar to the dressing on the salad. She even suggested that I messeduo the flavor because I added a spoon of salad on side of the same plate as my pasta.uh no. That woulnd make a whole dish taste like lemon Lysol. It was just nasty and they cant even use real lemon and fresh shrimp. Mon Ami Gabi was about same price and was absolutely delicious. Also had amazing meal across the street at Lago. Was $200 bucks but worth it. This Americano is a nightmare and should be shut down. I really should not have paid for such nasty inedible food.
One would think that when you go to a breakfast place in the middle of the Paris hotel everything should be above and beyond. Now the food was good dont get me wrong. its was our waitress Juliana. Not sure If she was trying to be overly polite but something about her attitude and how she presented herself to the table was just condescending. Honestly felt like we were being judged the entire time. Not to happy with that. Not sure if I can see myself going back....should have just gone to Dennys.
Went here for a light bite before continuing our walk of the strip and was disappointed in both service and food. After waiting for an extended period of time a member of wait staff (not the waitress assigned to us) took our drink order. Afterward our waitress showed up and attempted to take a drink order from us. We ordered our meal and were half way through before my cocktail finally arrived. The ceasar salad was subpar with the dressing being to heavy on the mayo and a little bland. The only positive comment I can make is the French mule I ordered was great when it finally arrived.
Beautiful location and food selection looks good but our waiter, Jorge C, was incredibly rude and brisk with us and the table nearby. If you look around this restaurant you will see half of the tables with a hand in the air trying to get a waiter’s attention. I ordered the chicken and artichoke mac and cheese, a tasty dish, but every piece of chicken had some cartilage or bone that needed to be picked out- honestly that bit was gross. My table mate ordered the chicken which was very tasty however also quite dry. I didn’t want to kill myself but I definitely will not be returning.
We wanted to try Ramseys steaks, but they missed our reservation and settled for this instead...This place is really beautiful! Its inside the casino area thats located under the effel tower structure. We ordered the steak 🌮s as an appetizer and the steak they offer with soft shell 🦀 as the main (It also comes with cubed sweet potatoes and asparagus). SO DELISH! Great portion and very well seasoned (the best tasting meal Ive had since being here 2 weeks). Completely recommended!Ramseys review is next!
The place is beautiful and the hostess hospitality was excellent the waiter was okay and the bus boy was rude he was about a foot away from me and Im asking for dressing for my salad and he ignores me but the people 3tables away can hear me because there looking as soon as I was trying to get he attention.that was annoying. The food has pros and cons the salad was garbage they put onion and celontro it tastes like toping to a taco not salad next there Taco that my wife refused to eat do to it being drenched in Grease it was more like a grease soup than anything, now we got the shrimp pasta that was great good job and finally the chicken strips where okay .. lesson learned if you want taco go to taco bell that down the strip its walking distance, get better food for your money worth..
It seems the Café Ile St Louis is fully changed over to the Café Americano. After reading the reviews about the French onion soup and everything I was so excited to try it, but was disappointed in the new American menu. Im sure the food is probably tasty, but the menu wasnt compelling enough to eat there for that price point
Walking in the hotel was amazing. The food was good. Expectations on the service was not as we could imagine. Took 45 minutes to get our food and another 45 minutes for just a burger to go. Not ones they came to ask for refills and had to go get my beer myself. You would think for only having 3 more customers the service would have been better.
Waited an hour before anything got to the table! Food was ok but over priced..
I would give it a four but some of the servers were rude idk if it was shift change or what but the first server i got was nice the second one tho was not. The food was good tho and thats why i give it 3 stars.
Saw Pete Peterkin. Entertainment is outstanding!! Had a FABULOUS time!
This review is for their walk up cafe right outside the main restaurant: A small latte was $6.50, and it tasted like cardboard. The atmosphere is cool because of the location, the little cafe itself isn’t worth the money. Waiting in line at the cafe across the hall is worth it because at least their coffee tastes good.
If there are Zero I will rate this restaurant Zero. First, it took 30 minutes to get our drinks. Mass up the order. Steak was over cooked. Under staff and worst manager. Never going back. Watch out!
Service was definitely subpar as our waiter sat us, another server served us drinks and after that we never saw the waiter or server until flagging another server down and requesting assistance. Each time for drink refills and our food we had to ask another server bcs our server was nowhere to be found. The food quality did not match the price however, it matched the service-subpar! I will not dine at this restaurant again.
I have been coming to this place for over a decade and it NEVER disappoints! From simple soups to their amazing rib eye steak the food is great at reasonable prices...especially if you are splitting the order. The ambiance is very pleasing inside or out.The service has always been great and Duke is the best!Make sure get by here while in Vegas!!!
Friendly waiter but not super attentive. Bland breakfast sandwich but good carrot cake french toast. Overall, an ok experience.
We got the breakfast burrito, which was really good! It had a creme lime sauce that was unique and added to the palette exceptionally. The service was great as well, they remade a dish that was wrong and were very gracious about it. The atmosphere was okay. The aesthetics were good and cohesive, but the music was the same party pop as in the casino, which was disappointing.
Absolutely not worth the price. Food got cold to the table. I got avocado sandwich with just pieces of avocado on over tasted bread. Husband got some American breakfast plate with no salt or pepper on it. Pancakes had wierd taste to it. One of the worst place to eat. Dont waste your time and money in here.
Best service I ever had hands down
Grilled cheese was awesome. Service was too.
Excellent service. Good food. I had the waffle and bloody Mary.
We usually stay at the Paris so this is my go to stop for a chai tea latte. The chai tea latte is just ok though and the love is usually ridiculously long. I totally have to wait 10-20 minutes in line and then have to wait 5-10 more minutes to get what I ordered.I stop by here because its convenient, but its nothing special. Id recommend getting there early in the morning so that you dont have to wait in a really long line. Even at 9 (early Vegas time), the line has already gotten pretty long.I may not be impressed, but if I want caffeine, Im sure Ill be back again next year since its convenient.
I like the restaurant. The Poke was amazing, the cappuccino was as strong as double espresso. The waiter was gloomy and lazy.
I ate here for lunch and had a great meal, including wonderful service despite some negative reviews on here (I almost didnt come).I had the Croque Madame w/ Pomme Frites and a side salad. The salad was fresh and satisfying, I loved how the onions were pickled. The Croque Madame was awesome. The egg was perfectly cooked, the fresh was both crunchy and soft, the sauce was the perfect accompaniment. Lots of ham made it a fulfilling meal. The Pomme Frites were fresh as well, nice and crunchy.I find the prices to be really reasonable, especially considering where its located.
RRF FEE ADDED TO BILL BEWARE BEFORE ORDERING.TAKE BUSINESS ELSEWARE. SMELL THAT SMOKE.
All day Breakfast was bellow average. Also the Steak rolls sandwich was very oily. The dishes are over price compare to the taste
Nice menu, but the waitress who goes by Jorge C was rude, big time rude 28.03.21
Watch out for undisclosed hidden fees. Charges a 4% RRF Fee. Whats up with that?
Be sure to keep the receipt and verify final charges from its bar facing casino area. May 20th, I bought a cake Napoleon priced at $8, the bar lady took the liberty of adding $8 on top of my tip. What the world this lady thinks her putting a 2x4 cake in a to go box worth 100% tip. Ridiculous!
Food was okay. Theyll nickel and dime you (whats a restaurant tax?).
Owner was awful. Rude to her own staff. Coffee was terrible. We will never return.
There isnt much I dont love about the atmosphere in Paris and I definitely hit the cafe up for breakfast at least once while visiting. Sometimes the wait can be long on busier mornings but its well worth the wait. Coffee is strong and delicious. The fruit platter is amazing and light, a better variety than the typical melon/grape only mix many other restaurants provide. I recommend the ham and cheese croissant as the croissants are buttery and flaky and just heaven. Try to sit outside for excellent ambiance and people watching as you dine!
Waiter over 30 minutes to see the waiter and he never came. So we just left.
Excellent quality Parisian food. The interior ambiance was on par with the general hotel, which is to say it was good. The croquet Madame was among the best Ive had. Highly recommend for a quick or low key place to grab a bite.
This was our absolute most favorite restaurant on our little Vegas vacation. Our server Dennis was attentive and fun. I can honestly say that Dennis was the best waiter I have ever had. The food was delicious. If you go to Vegas, try this restaurant at the Paris. Hopefully Dennis will be your server. I guarantee that youll love the food and the service.
Ordered the four course ribeye special. The steak was melt in your mouth delicious and the chocolate layer cake was delightful! Not too rich yet bold flavor. The Cabernet wine paired wonderfully. Staff added to great experience. Will return!
My wife and I were staying at the Cosmopolitan, and decided to head over to Paris for breakfast. My wife raved over the Egg Benedict, and I had the corn beef hash. Both were recommended by our waiter. He was right on with the recommendations. If your looking for a good breakfast at a decent price, you might check this place out.
They mustve seen the reviews of the bad service, because I sensed extra effort on that end.Overpriced but thats par for the course.Food wasnt bad by any means. I had an omelet and the eggs were a bit overcooked, but potatoes were fantastic.Need a convenient sit down? This is a solid place.
Just the service it’s bad as hell. We ordered a Calamari appetizer it came out so greasy and the wings uncooked! We request few napkins and we never got it !!
Food was excellent, service was not! We waited a long time for a server to get our drink order and once the food was brought, he never came back. Had to flag down another server to get drinks refilled and order dessert. Service should be not be lacking when there’s so many options for excellent food on the strip!
Okay Restaurant, I guess. Its a bit expensive for what you get, but its in the casino so what can you expect? The free bread they have was surprising really delicious. For food, I guess it depends on what you get. My brothers steak and my linguine was really good. Rice and salmon had no flavor, French onion soup cheese was not even melted. Service wasnt anything special, either.
Great place
Not worth the time, money and experience. Our server was horrible, lack of enthusiasm. He clearly hates his job. The item we were going to order was out, and he recommended something else that was not tasty! Heard other customers complain while we where there; a very upset couple as we walked in waiting to be seated, an upset family as we sat down. Another upset couple as we Waited for our food.. It was embarrassing!! We should have known better and not wasted a dime. Go somewhere else, trust me!
Great service. Decent food. Prices were as high as anywhere else.I paid $16.00 for a burger and the bottled beer was $7.00.Although decent, nothing to make me want to go back again.
This is a place if you want to sip decent coffee and enjoy the atmosphere. Hash and potatoes were a nice ratio of meat, potatoes and onions, but lacked some seasoning. Eggs were over poached so that the yolk was solid and not able to coat the hash. Brioche buns were decent with walnut caramel butter. Service was good, but only at the minimum expected. Not amazing as you get at other Vegas restaurants. Suggest trying another area restaurant unless you want the ambiance.
Unacceptable behavior on all levels by the staff. Short but stupefyingly slow line with a virtual corpse at reception—yet surprisingly the place was not at all crowded. Desperately slow service. Unacceptable wait to be even recognized by a waiter. Tables arriving significantly later were quickly served while we watched and tried to be patient. Unapologetic, apathetic manager who, during our complaint, asked if we could wait while he handled another table’s complaint—yes, this actually happened: our problem didn’t even warrant his full attention. Further, there was no attempt whatsoever to remedy the situation. Shameful that Paris tolerates its guests to be treated this way.
Very good! Unfortunately, great difficulty with celiac issues! Server was almost manic like.
Food - the salmon ceasar salad was pretty good but they put a ton of dressing in itService - the waitresses were really nice but they messed up my moms order as she ordered the veggie omelette and she got the ham omelette, other then that the service was pretty slow we waited long time for every dish.On the plus size we got a complementary coffee for the mess up
We had breakfast here during a recent visit to Las Vegas and were pleased with our meal and experience. The service was prompt and friendly and the food was pretty good. Like everything on the strip, it was more expensive than it should have been, but I guess that is what it is. Overall I would say this was a pretty good breakfast spot.
New ownership/management since we were last here. No more orix fixe menu. Crab luis and caesar salads were very good
Do not go there. Avoid dealing with the worst employees of the strip, your vacations are for you to relax not to be treated bad. Unacceptable behavior. Worst experience I had during my stay.
Good food.Great service.Would highly recommend.
They brought a wrong food for us at the beginning. Steak was very greasy. Burger was fine. In general, we were not satisfied.
