This is absolutely insane. A weekday and they have one register desk open only and the line is at least 30 people long. You need to do WAY better Zara.

Went into Zara to return an item and came out to two fabulous pairs of leather boots. Both on clearance for less than $30. I can always count on Zara to give my style a little extra uumph!

Nice store. As usual the mens section was about 5 percent of the store. I feel so discriminated against. I walked over to the corner and softly cried.

Items seem to be getting more and more expensive. A lot of XS and S. Not enough L and XL. Still like it though.

Zara usually has a great selection of clothes. Downside to that is the store is always crowded, the line is always long to checkout with a 15 min minimum wait time and the clothes have all been tampered with. Deters people like me, especially during these covid times, from wanting to shop here.

Every single item I looked at and wanted to buy had no large or XL sizes. Dresses, skirts, tops, everything was a small and a few medium sizes. The fitting rooms are still closed for covid even though every other store in the US has open fitting rooms. The line to check out had a consistent 20 + customers. This was on a Thursday. Id hate to see the weekend.

I love their jeans. They run small compared to American sizing but they fit me really well so I get over the vanity and size up. This season they seem to have more casual clothing that work attire currently. Dressing rooms are closed (covid) and the line to check out (at least on my visit) was incredibly long.

Zara used to be my favorite place to shop at! Now, due to COVID, they have a new logic:The fittings rooms are closed so you won’t get infected BUT masks in the store aren’t mandatory anymore.So, you don’t get to try on the clothes you buy but it’s ok to stand in crowded 45 minutes lines every time you get there, with people who don’t wear any masks on than sneezes at you spreading their germs everywhere.Check out times became hell(due to the no fitting rooms rule and all the returns it’s causes)! And the workers, understandably, became sooo rude.I guess they sick of it too.I’M DONE.

I only gave 3 stars because there was absolutely NO room to even browse. Both lines upstairs and down were ridiculously long and there was no way we were waiting

The two stars are for the staff sorry to say. The staff here seem agitated, not friendly or anyway greeting . I asked a question but was answered very rudely and abrupt. What happened to service? Hi how are you etc etc . We paying for this service. I think their needs to be staff training ref customer service. Hope it improves, it’s in many locations not just here. Puts me off stayed a way for many months due to this . Thought I would try today here in Vegas but greeted again with same mannerisms.

I ordered a black blazer online. I was skeptical about ordering because I had never heard of Zara. I ordered the jacket against my hesitation. I got the jacket in about a week and a half or so. It did not fit. I am a true US size 10...that is what I ordered. This blazer is so tight on my shoulders. I attempted to EXCHANGE the jacket online and kept getting an error that there was a system issue and try again later. I called Zaras customer service line, after staying on hold for 45min I spoke to someone. I was told their system was down and she would call me right back. I waited two hours and called again. The second call I spoke to a man and he said a ticket was made and I would hear back from someone within 24 hours. Well 48 hours later I called back and spoke to a different lady. She said I cannot exchange I can only return. I have wasted three days and after all is said and done I do not have a blazer. I will never order anything from this company.

DO NOT SHOP ONLINE. Zara online and Zara store are different systems. I got this dress online and exchanged it in the store, but the store wouldnt return it for me because originally I got ONLINE. The online store asks me to mail it back, but OMG in 2 months I havent received my money, and I have called tons of times. Their customer service is terrible! All the people I have talked from their call center are helpless and unprofessional. I have repeated the same problem whenever I called in. Dont waste your time and money.

I was shopping around with my boyfriend as one does. i interacted with about four or five different sales associates who all asked me if i was okay, typical things. i went to look for some shorts that i had seen going up the escalator with intent to buy, when all of a sudden i hear “HELLO?” behind me. a lady that worked there said, “hi yes we do not allowed any drinks at our store” referencing the boba i had in my hand and looked me up and down and turned away from me. she was incredibly rude about it, especially considering like i had said multiple employees approached me. dont mind throwing my food/drink away in certain places, but jeez learn how to talk to people. didnt buy my shorts after that.

I will start by saying Mary was extremely helpful. I came in looking for perfume and she was able to give adequate detail about each perfume, she really knows her stuff and is very welcoming. I was really impressed. At checkout Eric also was very efficient and knowledgeable of all sales. And offered assistance to see if a jacket my husband wanted was available online since it was no longer in store. They have really changed the vibe for what used to be a lack in customer service store, and really set the tempo.👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Slow service, 30 min line, employee was super slow to scan all my purchases, took her almost 10 min to scan 15 items. Unacceptable !!! Angry face as well !!!

Worst customer service and management. We were over charged for a different item on the receipt. Didn’t notice that until we return the shirt. But the lady won’t return it since the receipt was put on a wrong item. This is extremely crazy, customer take punishment for the mistake from the store. After spending more 30 minutes, they finally find out they scanned the wrong sensor at first.

Very slow service. Line out the door but with only 2 cashiers and they move as slow as they possibly can

Incredibly rude staff member who screamed at my girlfriend for trying on clothes. Hello !? Fitting rooms are closed and they are allowed to be open but the staff is too lazy as it’s open in other stores. She complained to the manager after I apologized for making a joke and even tried to get me banned. I’ll be leaving negative reviews as long as I live. And I almost always leave positive reviews

No fitting rooms and incredibly rude blonde woman who works there who screams at people when they try stuff on. Even use racial slurs when that lady. When you try to ask about trying stuff on she calls the manager. Also they make stuff up to make you not be able to return items

Yo, now I gotta say Zara isnt cheap and its not expensive. I purchased a suit here and it looks more expensive than it was. The clothes here definitely have a high end appearance. This spot is for fashion forward peeps who dont wanna break their piggie bank. Its in the Fashion Show mall.

We had a simple quality issue “ trying to change the item turned to a poor story in rude behavior in a very strange acting in lying “Asking US to call the New York Office so funny nobody answer after sending several emails finally got them on the phone “We was asked to send the quality issue by pictures with the receipt so we did “On the pictures you can see CLEARLY the damage from the purchased new item...Poor reaction they can’t change it, it’s so funnyOnly advice to the customer shop somewhere else ....Well at the end the customer is paying your guys salary you don’t get that .......

Nice place good deal

Had lots of items to choose from. Ive been looking for a white blazer for a month and finally found several different styles to choose from. Found some cute jeans. No one asked if I needed any help though. Wanted to find a dressing room and had my son with me so he was getting impatient.

Styles of clothing rarely seen in the US. They have something for everyone, except womens plus sizes I hear.Sad thing, is that they hardly ever have sales. And the quality is usually poor. But fashion-wise: great!

I usually find something I love.My first time visiting Zara was in 2001 in Paris. Loved it then and once they opened in the U.S., it was even more convenient!

Visit was OK. Really used to better Zara stores. Got 2-3 items. Don’t know if it was the day or it what it is. But for such a location I’d expect a lot more. It looks amazing from outside, and really gets you excited to visit the store. But once inside I can say I am about to write home about. Maybe just for google users :))

I love Zara; however, I am giving 3 stars because of their customers service. I have gone for a return of few items. Gave my tickets and received a gift card. I told the cashier that I would like a refund in my Visa (the same way that I paid.) He nicely answered that it was too late because once the gift card is made, he cannot change the process. I was pissed off but understood that he cannot do anything. Therefore, I called Zara online customer service, and they shut down my request. I am highly disappointed. I had all the proof that I should have gotten a refund on my card instead of a gift card. I was not my fault, but the cashier one. LOST OF TIME AND MONEY.

The sales are currently on so word of warning they can only allow a certain number of people in the store. And make sure to allow sufficient time fo checkout as it wont be quick as normal

New styles all the time

We went the day after Christmas and snagged some good items. For the volume of people in the store that day there was no way to have been able to try on anything in the dressing rooms the line was crazy. But again it was during the holidays. A little messy as with any sales rush but staff was quick at check out 👌🏽

Little crowded 😍

Been to many Zaras, but this was, by far, the cleanest and prettiest. Prices are fairly reasonable, but I noticed this one didnt have quite the sales/discounts others seem to have. The selection was also a bit fancy/formal at this one, and I was looking for a bit more casual (may have been because its Christmas).

If you wanna have the worst shopping experience, please go to ZARA at the fashion show mal. Specially men’s department !They cashier (524708) is always in the worst mood and always has a negative answer to anything you ask for. The management at this place must be blind or deaf, the store needs people with different attitude and more experienced... really bad !!!

Really cute clothes. But the staff on the sales floor were rude and stuck up. All I asked, where the fitting rooms where. No need to have a I hate my job attitude.

The collection was good. They have clothes including coats and jackets for both men and women. They had really nice deals on clothes.

Some of the employees need to get training and say Hello and a little less attitude like those pretty boys with Divas attitude, sometimes they dont even say Thank You or have a nice day, to the customers

Not enough sizes

The worst store, worst customer service, I ordered from Zara clothes for my baby for 350$ and my package was lost, I didn’t receive my order, or maybe they didn’t send it. And they told they not responsible for lost packages, the delivery day I had to be home,so it’s my fault, this is what they told me. Dara Sok was talking with me,she was super rude and then she just ignored me.

This location deserves negative stars. Awful customer service WITH racial profiling. Followed around the store by a tall, skinny East African woman with extremely dry hair for nearly an hour. Never approached for any type of assistance. Asian women shopping with LARGE SUITCASES were totally ignored & apparently couldnt possibly be suspected of theft. The most ironic part is- THEY were actually stealing and tag switching. I saw them. Adey McCrusty was too busy watching me & my 74 year old great aunt to notice. DC stores have WAY better inventory, staff, and service. Please dont waste your time here! I genuinely hope while they watch Black people like hawks, everyone else continues to steal from them....until they all lose their jobs. Loss prevention is evidently too racist to prevent ANYTHING, much less actual shrink. And when shrink is too high in retail- it just results in new staff. Congratulations on playing yourselves! So excited to visit after you all are replaced! 🙂
