Awesome store with really cool merchandise. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful. There’s a huge wall of shoes and their all wrapped in plastic and you just scan the QR code to see what an item cost. The little statues were coming up about $400. and the little guy with the organs showing is $150,000. Upstairs they have a barber shop and more

I literally just walked out of this store, went home and an hour later opened my “brand new “ Air Jordan Fearless shoe to find out that there was a defect in the stitching. So in paying almost $500 for the shoe, I rushed back to Caesars Forum to exchange it when I noticed they sold me a damaged shoe. They gave me the worst customer service, gave me the run around with some “manager” named Adrian at dinner, and I was told that not only they would not exchange the shoe for me, but they would “help” me get most of my money back by reselling. I spend thousands on shoes a month and I used to think this store was legitimate. The owner seemed cool in passing, but I will NEVER shop at this terribly run, scam store ever again.I will continue to repost this so they will lose as much business as possible. DO NOT shop at Urban Necessities. Go to a legitimate store where they sell real, brand new drops, and stand by their product. Not this fake, re sell store. If you have issues with them, they do not assist you in any way. More then a disappointment shopping today with these clowns.DO NOT SHOP AT THE URBAN NECESSITIES. THE STAFF IS INCOMPETENT AND THEY DO NOT GIVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The easiest way to shop. @BilliFlavors is in the building with delicious drinks and treats. The @SkindesignTattoo staff is super friendly and attentive. There is an elevator for the ease of access for all shoppers. I always look forward to returning. Its a must in Vegas.

DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU NEED TO EXCHANGE YOUR SHOES FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE. Some shoes run smaller and having the shoes shipped doesn’t give u the option to try them on so the sale is final. The store manager was rude and told me to basically sell them to get my money back to buy the right size. The shoes were sold out at Foot Locker costing $95 and I paid $172 for them here without being able to exchange for a size up from urban necessities and I feel this company doesn’t value there customers. We are just dollar signs. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Big selection. Nice kicks, lots of them. But too Overpriced. Spend over an hour trying to pick a pair of decent priced shoes and when I finally decided to pick out something they turned me down because they were closing. I have never had that happened to me. Lame.

AMAZING store, horrible service from their employees. The associate at the register had me waiting over an hour to get a pair of 1’s while plenty of other people were being serviced by better employees who actually care about their guests time. This place is so poorly ran. Told the person at the register what shoes I wanted. Was toldIt would be 10-15 minutes. I waited AN HOUR, while 8 employees walked around the floor on their phones. I absolutely will not be back.

Mask Nazi’s - more concerned about making sure the mask covers the nose than answering questions about shoes. Very poor customer service- then when the mask is on they all hide, not wanting to work. Shame on you! Embarrassing a 11 year old boy, whose just excited to see shoes.

Just an amazing store... If you’re looking for something they have it... Walked out of the store with two new Kobe’s to add to my collection. Staff was super busy and super friendly and the young lady running the register was as cool as the other side of the pillow (Rip Stuart Scott) when dealing with a lot of customers.

Ive never seen so many expensive shoes/merchandise in my life. So tantalizing!It was very busy, and the associates were trying there best to keep up with everyone.Not sure how to reach the top shelves that go to the ceiling, and I didnt want to ask the already busy employees.For the shoes, you have to scan the QR code on the back of the shoe to see prices and sizes. These are all limited edition shoes, mostly Nike and Jordans.We had to wait a long time for them to bring us our merchandise from the storage room, but again they were busy so please just be patient.

Was having a great experience until I waited 20 minutes for the shoe I wanted to buy to be brought from the back and I left.

Their website makes it easy for me to find what I am looking for stop in and let them know what size I need and go. Probably one of the largest selections of sneakers...as a sneakerhead they are now my go to in vegas after relocating from NYC.

I went there yesterday to cop a pair of cobalt dunks size 11 and had a awesome experience. Jaysee came and greeted my wife and I you could tell he genuinely appreciates your business. The staff was wonderful and hella helpful. What a cool great place to buy some kicks from. I will 💯% come back.

NEVER SHOP AT URBAN NECESSITATES!!! BEWARE!! My wife and I went in today to purchase a pair of Yeezy Zebra’s and after waiting almost 25 minutes for them to find my pair in the back, out came a pair of *FAKES*. Too many red flags to list but to make a long story short; The guy that helped me was friendly but wasn’t knowledgeable of the shoes and tried to justify while stumbling over his words the reason the shoes did not look like a real pair. I’m a sneaker head and could tell right away they were fake. For the mark up on Yeezy’s this is ridiculous. The owner of this establishment should look into teaching and training his staff on the values of customer service and most importantly be genuine when selling the most sought after shoes. Focus more on your so called Legit Check system. Today was the last time myself or anyone I know steps foot in this store.

This is a sneaker lovers paradise. They have 2 of most everything and often more in the back. The first thing you notice is how great the store smells and then you see a wall of every type of sneaker you could ever want. Plenty of inventory and a convenient wall app to sort for your size and price. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They even let you consign your collection and you can earn some extra jack. 😁😁

Don’t waist your time. Customer service is awful. Urban necessities charges premium and is run by children. Myself and others waited over an hour for our shoes after speaking with the sales person. Then, ultimately we left because they kept saying it would be just a few minutes. Very unprofessional and disorganized. Disappointing. Never coming back.

My lady and I was having the Las Vegas dream vacation. We was doing a lot of shopping until I tried to shop at this store. I am disabled and can not walk. So that being said I’m in a wheel chair.Well they refuse business from anymore with disabilities! I waited in line to shop then once I got to the front door I was told I wasn’t allowed in if I didn’t park my wheel chair and “walk” into the store.I’ve never experienced anything like this before. The discrimination to being disable is unbelievable.

Used to have better communication when they were located in the old place. As a consignee, its frustrating that they have suspended their drop off for shoes, and although shoes have shown delivery, a week later, shoes have not been posted. I have opened tickets, and emailed, yet no response regarding the shoes, that were delivered.

Good collection of shoes however you will find a much better deal on StockX. Copped a pair of Yeezy boost 350 v2 for $530. On StockX it only costs $420, much cheaper. Not worth the price.

MUST VISIT if you are a sneakerhead. Came from South Dakota, where your only chance at sneakers are online. They have pretty much any grail sneaker you could want here. The staff was incredibly helpful showing me how to see what sizes and prices were available. I was expecting them to be snobby about trying shoes on since theyre so expensive, but they were very accommodating. The prices are a bit steep. Youll definitely find much better deals online, but I suppose thats how they have to be to survive.

Been trying to call number is changed. I got yeezy 700 v3 kyanite 10.5 size today at 1:18pm the total was 292.62 and i gave them 400 not 300 in 100s and cannot get my money back for my own mistake of paying more check your cameras please you will see i had purple bear edition polo tshirt.

My best friend came to visit me from out of town and she really wanted to check out this place. We came into the store earlier today around 12:30-12:40 and wasnt greeted. She wanted to play the vending/shoe machine in the back. She wanted sure how to play it and I wasnt sure either so I went to side of the front cash wrap and asked a guy standing there if he worked there. He said yeah. Told him my friend had a question about the game machine and he just walked over and pointed to each machine by saying 1,1,5,5 I never asked how much they cost to play.... So I told him... Um were just wonder how it works. I dont know but it just came out rude how he answered my question. Maybe if the guy wasnt rude and the staff greeted us when we walked in then my star would of been a 4. Other than that the store looks nice but having all the shoes out on display and people touching them and then if you want a size they have to go look all over the store for the other pair no thanks....

This place is a sneaker heads dream. But not for me. My daughter wanted a pair of jordan mids, they were $120 at some shoe store in a mall, but they were out and were out in other stores as well. Was recommended to check out this store. This place had them, but i aint payin 3 to 5 times the amount for the same shoe.

A sneakerheads dream, they have any and everything you can think of, (I HIGHLY ADVISE THOUGH, DO NOT PLAY THE SNEAKER MACHINE WHERE YOU PAY $5 TO PUT THE KEY IN THE HOLE) the machine is rigged and does not give you a real chance to even move the key at all. Im sure they know this, but wont fix it.

Cool store. Rare Nikes, Adidas, Supreme, A Bathing App, they have everything. Workers here are very helpful. Cool and useful retail setup to scan the product QR tags and easily know the inventory and sizes across all of their stores. My son loves this store.

Wow, what a shop. My son was looking for a specific pair of Jordans, they literally have every pair every made. If you want it, they will probably have it but you are going to pay a pretty penny for it too. There are some really unique and cool shoes though. He is definitely getting his shoe game up and this is the place to go to get that done.

Its open again they doing a raffle when you buy one of the Urban Necessities it enters you for a raffle they doing to give away one something from the store. Not bad deal when buying there. But you must wear a mask 😷 dont get mad when the workers tell you to put a mask on. The workers are not annoying like before. They chill and its nice to finally go in and after so long.

This store is popular and busy. But they will tell you they cant help you cause its not their section. Then if you get in their section they will not have your size. Not a lot of product sizes. Also they dont price anything. You have to have a phone preferably an iPhone from what I could see to look up prices. So strange they cant just put a price on a shoe.
