The material and quality is remarkable. The people who work at this store were absolutely wonderful! I was having a tough day besides the record breaking heat wave and they treated me like I was their only worry in the world. Everything about this business is completely disorganized and sloppy. I would place orders for shirts and it would take months to get the prints. Every time I would go to pick up an order something was always wrong. Incorrect designs in the wrong places. Ink colors mixed up or melted. Incorrect sizes or colors of shirts. They couldnt even remember what they had printed for me and what they havent or even how much I owed for the transaction. This was not a one time event but recurring every time I needed shirts printed for my business. Definitely do not use this place, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.*Edit* Undaunted took over 2 years to respond to this review which is consistent with what I wrote above. What they were lacking before in quality they surely did not make up for in customer service. Judging by their evasive response, not much has changed since I originally wrote this.
