One of the better PacSun’s I’ve been to. The staff were very nice and helpful. They have a good selection of Brandy too

How are you going to say you close at 7 pm and the doors are locked when I show up at 6:45? Only reason I came to the damn mall. Like 5 employees in there folding clothes and wouldn’t let me in. Won’t be coming to this location ever again.

This was the first time I’ve ever been to a pac sun, and I genuinely felt welcomed. I can’t remember the employees name, but she was so welcoming and gave me advice on the new shoes I had bought. I wish I would’ve gotten her name because she deserves a raise. Pac sun workers are known to be rude, and she doesn’t fit in that category at all!

Store says open until 7. My daughter was walking in at 6:30 and they told her they were closed. Very disappointing when you come expecting to shop. Your loss I guess.

For this location to be on the Strip they need to ensure all employees are 1000 percent sharp on customer service I’ve had the displeasure of waiting in line 10-15 mins only to be told “no cash” when I reach the front, WHY isn’t there a SIGN stating that?! They have all this other stuff on the wall but not something important as that! & the female who hosted has a terrible attitude remember you’re working on the most desired tourist attraction in U.s I’m sure she’s misrepresenting the company & was not trained that way. The 11-7 crew could use some better staff for sure !

Called to make sure they were open because we needed some swimsuits for vacation and arrived 20 minutes later to find they were closed for lunch... Could have mentioned that.

Rude staff

This store was awesome. The employees there are down to earth and definitely trying to help you out. Special shout out to Contrell for helping me find my sizes and for being cool.

I genuinely believe majority of this store and the staff are helpful and I love shopping at PacSun overall. This review has to specifically do with an encounter that my boyfriend and I had with one of the managers at the Fashion Show location. She was short and had blonde hair. My boyfriend brought in 3 pairs of jeans to return-he bought them for me for Christmas but they didn’t fit. I made the mistake of throwing the receipt away, so we knew we’d likely only get store credit which was perfectly fine! All the tags were on and the jeans were only tried on once to find out they were too big for me. He brought the jeans in and explained the situation to ask for store credit. The manager told him that she could only offer us the price of what the “register brought up.” He figured that’d be fine because some of the jeans probably went on sale. She then said, “No. I mean like, we’ll only be able to give you $10 in store credit, if not less. Depending on what my register pulls up.” He left the store because he felt uncomfortable arguing with her when she was clearly already being rude, and explained the situation to me, so I called the store myself and talked to the same manager. She, again, rudely explained that she could only give me about $10 in store credit (she hadn’t even pulled the jeans up on her register so I don’t know where that number came from) even though my boyfriend had paid around $120 total for them. I asked her why this would be the case because the jeans online are on sale for $48 each still. She rudely kept interrupting me and talking very loudly, and was extremely disrespectful and offered absolutely no help or other options. She basically said her register is hooked up to a different store system. I told her I used to work retail and had never heard of this being the case, and she continued to interrupt me and give me lots of attitude and a tone that was very annoyed and rude. I then called PacSun customer service and they refunded the balance for all of the jeans after looking up my account, and gave me a gift card. Extremely poor customer service coming from that manager. I understand customers can be frustrating sometimes, especially when it comes to returns. My boyfriend and I usually try to go out of our way to be kind to customer service workers because we know how hard it can be sometimes. However, she was not helpful or kind at all, and now I have all of my money back instead of getting store credit because she refused to be respectful or kind.

They had a shirt I wanted with the rap group NWA on it.

Was told I could get 50% off any hat of I bought one by an employee and it was advertised. Went to check out and I was told it didnt apply to certain hats. I tried to explain I was told by an employee that all hats were buy one get 50% off but was denied. Also the store lacked mirrors.

The staff really unfriendly, especially the girl with the bleached short hair, when i ask about a shoe size she said no size and then ask me to put back the shoe myself
