This is the most stupid store i have met i the last year. 3 of us were waiting in the entrance of the empty shop. And the old lady guard didnt let us in only because sales assistant girl was busy on the phone!!! 15 minutes!!!!When we turned around and went away the guard was happy because the problem was resolved. Best client orientation ever!!!
We went at the Forum Shops location not knowing we needed an appointment. We flew all the way from Seattle & my son really wanted to buy something from them. We waited patiently for 30 mins. as we where told by the associate that if there will be a No Show, he will let us in.... & he did, eventhough the costumers showed up. He was so nice & help my son to find what he really wanted. My son went back to Seattle with a happy heart.
My first time in Vegas, visiting from Arizona just to visit the Chrome Hearts store. Had to schedule an appointment due to the pandemic which was perfectly okay with me. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Dominique and her customer service is out of this world. She is so passionate about her job and it shows. I asked for a tour of the store which that took her by surprise due to the amount of people now a days walking in just to buy items to resell not caring about the vast history/culture. An hour and 45 minutes later Dominique and I are still walking around the store while trying a lot of the items on. All in all the amount of care from her was nothing short of amazing. I came for a few pieces of jewelry and got exactly that and then some. Appreciate everything Dominique.
Not sure on why there were negative reviews, but I found the service was great. Service and selection was as good as the LA store! Got exactly what I needed for the items and left the store with a couple of great pieces the first day. Note: The store is open late so for those late shoppers, this is great.I went back a second visit the next day, service is great as I dont have a clue for the additional gifts. Thank you Kristy for being patient towards a fashionles shopper! Youve been a great help these last two days and made me feel at ease while shopping here 😁
I see a lot of negative reviews or people saying how bad the customer service is.. that is ABSOLUTELY NOT THE CASE. I had an AMAZING experience, it was my first time in a CH store and I was hesitant because of it. Every single Person in the store was so helpful and not a single person was pretentious or didn’t make you feel welcomed. I will definitely be going back every single time I’m in Las Vegas.! Absolutely beautiful experience

Absolutely absurd, came all the way from Chicago with my daughter who’s a signed model/actress and was told she needed an appointment to enter the store. Upon calling the store was told on a Saturday that no appointments were available until Monday. Now, in the beginning of the conversation I informed the staff I was from Chicago and was only trying to purchase a bday gift. Exceptions should have been made. Especially considering this is a travel town and I followed protocol and called to make an appointment as was requested. Not cool or professional at all. Bad customer service experience!

I never get why people give this place such bad reviews, Ive been to this location 3 times now and every time Ive had fantastic experiences. This was not my first time purchasing from CH (purchased stuff from their LA location which also had fantastic service) but my first time from this location and the service was excellent! Abraham was not pushy and offered help but let me browse in peace and quiet, he showed me the location of some pieces I wanted and offered my friend and I water. He then helped me get different sizes for a shirt I was looking for and was patient as I continued browsing the store. The atmosphere and design of the store is awesome, will be coming back every time I am in town!
Im not sure why this place is getting such bad rep, their workers are nice and friendly. They spark up great conversations. I have bought two rings in the past 2 months and their service is great.

Worst experience ever. I asked for the shipment and the package was lost. I called them so many times and never got a reply. They promised that they would call me back but just disappeared. Worst experience ever

Worst customer service I HAVE EVER had.I purchased a passport holder by email which is $1150 for a gift to someone. However,when I received it,they put it in a plastic zip bag. No box,no paper shopping bag,nothing...So I called them to ship me a paper shopping bag so I can put the holder inside to give it as a gift.They reject me at first but later they said they can do it but they must charge me $15 again as a processing fee.??!!??Im so mad and be offended with how they treated their customer. And they told me that its their policy not to ship the paper shopping bag and I should ask them first if this seems very important to me.??!!??WOULD NEVER BUY THIS BRAND AGAIN!
Bad customer service, they just staring at you like you’re gonna stealing things even most were locked. When we walked to back and a little bit invisible, they run to us and keep watching with no smile. Feels uncomfortable and disrespectful.

Customer service is the worst in this place. Crappy, over priced, tacky garbage is all they sell in there. Non refundable gift certificates during the holidays. Take your money elsewhere. The owner of this place should fire everybody and replace then with staff who dont have attitude issues.
