Very bad return policy. And the item was recommended by sales person. I wish this place would shut down allowing something else to thrive this is a wasted retail space.

Bought a $70.00 smoking pipe that was supposedly “high class glass”. Seemed a lot for a pipe, but it looked nice and I needed a replacement. Exactly one week later the pipe broke. I was completely willing to purchase a new pipe at this location but the person (or owner) behind the counter laughed in my face and shook his head. His statement was “I break glass before I even put it in the display. You must have dropped it or got it too hot.” Assuming that I simply am negligent towards my smoking equipment. I explained that I did not want a refund but simply a discount towards a new pipe. 10% or maybe even 20%? However, this shop owner lost out on even more money from another customer by being extremely unprofessional and not willing to work with his customers at all towards rectifying the situation or at least being more professional in his rejection.. definitely would not recommend to anyone and won’t be a repeat customer..

The guy at the front desk was incredibly rude and sat on the phone while I was trying to buy something. Then sat there and acted like it was so inconvenient to ring me up, I should’ve just walked out and kept my money. Don’t waste your time walking in.

Dude running the store is cheap and disrespectful I ONLY go here for emergency’s if I need some wraps etc. Hate spending my money here. Will never willfully go to spend my money here.

It’s very rare that a smoke shop worker has knowledge about Kratom like I do but this place knows what they’re talking about. I’m reading other reviews and seeing people crying over their pens and cartridges. Blah! Blah! Blah! Come to this store if you need Kratom.

Lazy, rude and over-priced.

Owner was very rude over the phone, I had a couple questions about items and wouldn’t discuss prices over the phone. He hung up on me when we weren’t done talking.

Sells broken puff bars and puff bar + and doesn’t care if you come back five minutes later. Incredibly poor ownership and judgement!

Great items in store! Friendly helpful service, found what I was looking for instantly.Where most shops I have to educate the clerk to what product is wanted and physically point them to my selection, its a pleasure to walk in and have less hassle and time to buy. everything needed was available and well stocked.

Before the Corona virus I use to go to this place all the time but the last 2 times Ive tried to get a receipt for my purchase and the clerk tells me the register is out of paper. You can get a receipt if u make a purchase on your card tho which is telling me they are reporting their cash sells, and the item I purchased the last 2 times was a different price. I notice they dont even ring up the sale if it is cash purchase. I think these guys are shady now and will not return again.

I called to ask for a particular vape flavor the guy on the phone said he has so many, he doesnt know what he has in stock! That I have to go look and see what he has and rudely said he has another line and hung up on me! f*** him the whole point of me calling is so I dont have to drive over there and waste my time and obviously I was wasting his time so he could keep his business! Obviously from past reviews he doesnt care about his business very much. Poor customer service on every level!!

The Puff Bars are cheap and fake yet the crooks here are over charging for them, and refusing all returns. Dont spend your money here, save yourself the hassle and look for somewhere better to shop.

I bought a wax pen 2 days ago and it stopped working The guy said he’s not responsible when I called and I will need to call the company. I should’ve known when he pulled 2 other pens out the cabinet and tested them and they didn’t turn on not to purchase one! I wouldn’t buy anything from here again!

Dont go here, the guy behind the counter hands me a pipe that says 3 dollars on it, I said Ill take it and he pulls the price tag off and charges me 23 dollars for it. Dirty dirty business. And they only have cheap puoe tobacco and a small selection of cigars, not a real smoke shop.

Really don’t go here. Guy behind the counter overcharged me for a cartridge battery. I didn’t realize until I’d gotten home and had to look up the battery because it wasn’t working that I’d been jipped. Went back to ask for a refund and he said that they don’t do refunds, probably because he can’t remember the price he charged me for originally. He replaced it but still. Dirty, dirty, dirty business.

Went in to purchase another Juul. Shopkeeper told me prices $5 over the standard price for the black device and $15 over for the silver. On the Juul website they are priced the same. I started to walk away and he offered to take $5 off immediately. The pods are also $2 above standard list. You can walk two stores down To the 7-11 and pay list. Both are authorized Juul dealers.Bottomline, the seller is looking to take advantage of the customer.

Terrible older gentlemen behind counter ignored me when I asked to buy something that was locked up he didnt acknowledge me but instead went and hid behind the counter

I go into this store almost every day a loyal customer even tho their prices are a little pricey, its a nice place. Today, i went in looking for a hemp wrap and smoke shops have a lot of options, and i thought i seen a wrap id like . So i asked the man for it, to read . So others come in, i POLITELY let them go ahead of me while looking. Well after one guy left this man goes Not trying to be rude but you come in here and dont know what you want everyday, you make me wait while your on the phone so im not going to serve you next time you make me wait . I was upset because i DO NOT make him wait everytime i go in and this time i had questions and INSTEAD of giving good customer service he began yelling at me with a customer standing right there . After i left i still heard this man yelling about me, i wanted to call my father and let this man have it with how aggressive he was. I was shocked and livid because hes never said anything, never rushed me, or even tried to help me with my options. Im not only am i customer but im a loyal customer. 711 is next door i can pick my stuff up next there but i believe in supporting small businesses to help the economy . I just had to write a review because he was rude. I will not be spending my money there anymore.

Never visited a smoke shop. I never have smoked in my entire lifetime. I hate the smell of smoke in a public place or on someones clothing.
