So many different themes. Come see the different Christmas trees they decorate. Displays are going up now, more to come but waiting on shipping containers at the ports to be released.Due to pandemic and greedy shipping costs items may be more expensive this year. Unfortunately, that needs to be recouped and it will be in this years pricing.Your imagination is you limitation. However, going there should spark it. If youre like me storage of these items will eventually become a problem! Dont feel you need to buy everything at once. We come each year to add to the collection. They were great. They helped come up with solutions for our store and loaded in our truck so that it would not get damaged. The staff is AWESOME.Google says they are not open on Saturday but they are. Their Christmas stuff is amazing.

This store is so cool! It definitely is the definition of “Don’t judge a book by its cover”, though because on the outside it doesn’t have the best appearance as a building but on the inside it’s like Christmas wonderland! There were so many decorations and on December 27 everything will be 50% off so I recommend you head over there! The prices for most things are usually reasonable because it’s good quality. We actually got some inspiration from the winter Wonderland part of the store to create our own!

Ralph Jones has to be the hands down worst customer service I have every experienced in my entire life. I have ordered several trees from them costing well over $1,000 each, not to mention the thousands Ive spent on decorations. BOTH of my trees lights went out within the warranty time frame and they refused to do anything about it. They wanted to offer me a wholesale credit when I paid retail for the tree.Originally the manufacturer was going to replace my tree for free, but due to covid, nobody followed up with me. I then called the store to work it out and the manager or whomever it was told me that she was doing nothing for me, named dropped the Fertittas and said she wouldnt do anything for them either and then proceeded to hang up on me.I have never in my life been treated like this.Do not buy anything from them, their products to dont hold up and they wont do anything for you when they fail.The only reason they are getting 1 star is because Im forced to give something.

Been shopping here for years for my beauty salon and gift shop they are very friendly and have a great selection not only of store fixtures and retail needs but also unique and interesting holiday decorations not found anywhere else I highly recommend them to anyone and their open to the public.

This company is shady, they are a rip off, they try to sell you used raggity old floor models that have been sitting on their floor for years. they tried to clean it up and make it look like new. always check your packages if you do decide to go with this deceitful company before you accept them. im only taking time out of my day because when i called and confronted the front office they didnt take responsibility. and because i wouldnt accept their used garbage and i told them to take it back they fraudulently charged my credit card without my permission or authority a 15% restocking fee. I would not recommend this company in the slightest. unprofessional customer service.

This place is literally amazing. I was born here, been here since the 70s from what I understand. When I opened a martial arts school they have always been helpful. A lot of thier products are akways available which is convient instead of shopping online. Thier Christmas stuff is on the high end is why they can be pricey, but the quality is always good.Great store. Love it here.

This business has a terrible issue with their point of sale system, they have charged us twice for a very large transaction and keep placing menacing collection calls to collect yet another payment when it has been paid for not once, but twice. The owner has terrible business sense and demeanor, instead of handling his problem with his merchant company, he badgers customers until we are forced to take legal action. We have also had to repair the product several times as construction methods were very sub standard. Will never do business with them again.

We picked up few decorations garments and ideas when we visited. The old man is a gem. Go check them out if you are planning a convention or a party.
