Weve visited this store many times. Its usually busy and there is limited seating but the the ice cream never disappoints. The portions are large and they never spare the toppings. They have the same menu as the original store in San Francisco. There store also has a large variety of chocolates and novelties for sale. The selection is not as large as you would find in San Francisco but youll probably be able to find something to your liking.
Overall 4/5: Nice for a little break to cool off while walking about the Linq in Vegas.Dessert 4/5: Yummy and warm. Portion was okay. Both the ice cream and brownie were dense, kind of hard to eat. Still delicious though!Environment 4/5: Small inside, but great for a little pit stop. Nice and cool inside. Limited tables, but they free up pretty fast.Service 4/5: Fast and friendly service. Didnt take long for us to get our order taken even though the cashier was also making the desserts.Thank you Ghirardelli!
The ice cream was delicious! The service was slow and the lines were long. There was only two employees at first. The cashier seemed to be having a bad day. The young lady making the ice cream was very pleasant and polite. After we waited about 15 minutes for our ice cream about 3 employees came out of the back. They didnt have any brownies or shakes...per the cashier, so we couldnt order those items. But I would go back it was worth the wait!
Store was pretty well assorted. However, they didnt have dairy free ice cream. It was on the menu, but it was not available. Also, for the manager, make sure to call names separatedly. The lady before me was called at the same time I was, and she had ordered the same ice cream 🍦I ordered. She grabbed both and was ready to leave the store with my sunday. I had to stop her and have her give me mine. Sadly, no one in the store paid enough attention to this. Please, make sure employees deliver to the correct customer.
Yum! Had to make my way to this Ghirardelli shop while in Vegas, i stocked up on chocolates and ordered a fudge brownie. They asked if i needed a spoon and although i thought that was a weird question i said yes. OMG the brownie was warmed up and so so gooy. I definitely needed that spoon to scoop every last bit off the wrapper. It was so good!
Very cute and clean inside the shop. The menus were laid out as soon as you walk in and very clear and easy to read. I only wish they had the different ice cream flavors visible. Therefore i decided to go with the Sea salt Caramel sundae since there was a pic of it on the menu. And let me just say that it did not disappoint! Super delicious! Full of flavor, texture, fudge, sea salt, caramel and indulgence in every bite! Its the perfect size for 1 person, i personally wouldnt want to share it, lol and Im kinda tiny. The shop itself to the right is filled with chocolate of every flavor and tons of goody bags to choose from if you are a chocolatier.
Delicious! The simple, rich, decadent desserts at Ghirardelli always satisfy the sweet tooth. The wait times can be long and difficult with Littles but totally worth it.If youre looking for a delicious ice cream treat to satisfy your palate, then their sundaes beat out Black Tap and Hershey in flavor.
This place is absolutely amazing! I got the cookie ice cream sundae and it was huge. There were 2 of us sharing it and we didnt even eat half of it. They had a lot to choose from so it was hard to pick just one thing. Staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations.
The line moves smoothly inside, and its very well organized. The staff is highly courteous, and the ice cream and chocolate selection hits the spot in the middle of the jagged heat. Its the perfect little interlude in the middle of a hot and busy day near the Linq. We loved it with our friends. Well priced.
Fudge Sunday was super great! Hilarious thing though, I guess I might have gone too far, but, I asked it any of the melted chocolate they put on the ice cream was made from the Dutch process, front cashier had no idea what that was. Ghirardelli sells an amazing Dutch process cocoa, but I guess it wasnt used in store. Too bad! I think that stuff tastes so much more rich!
Fantastic place to stop in on a hot day and get an ice cream sundae. I got a hot fudge sundae and my family member got a carmel sundae and they were fantastic, the staff was great got out our orders quick, and eating inside on a hot day was nice. Very clean inside as well and a good place to take kids for ice cream or some chocolate treats! I highly recommend going here its a great ice cream/chocolate shop with great sweet treats.
The smell alone....mmmmmSuper friendly helpful bunch even with crazy teenagers.
Typically we have excellent service and sundaes at Ghirardelli. We have been to both this location and Disney Springs. However on this last visit the manager that took our order was less than enthusiastic to be there and alittle rude. When our Sundae came out fast and before people ahead of us we were surprised but it looked great. We started eating it and the whipped cream that was on it was delicious however it was 2/3rds of the sundae and there was less than 1 scoop of ice cream 🍨.... Somewhat disappointing but Im sure we will be back.
The best. Really enjoyed a chocolate sundae with whipped cream. Looking for a location at home to go again.
Ghiradelli is located in the very busy LINQ Promenade. The shop is fairly small considering the amount of foot traffic that goes through the area. We lucked up and found a table for our party of four. This place is pricey, so beware. I ordered the Treasure Island (add half a chocolate chip cookie). I shouldn’t have added the cookie. For an extra $2.50, I got a hard and tasteless cookie. Now back to the Treasure Island. It came with half a brownie. The brownie was delicious. The ice cream was nothing special and I hate the fact that the ice cream solidified the chocolate sauce. I’ve been other places where the chocolate sauce was able to maintain its’ texture. All in all, that brownie was the star of the show and I would probably return for just the brownie.
Delicious. Wasnt busy when I went but it gets packed when the promenade is hopping.
I had a dish of waffle cone with the top edge covered in chocolate. A scoop of vanilla ice cream, whipped cream and a cherry on top.
Best chocolate brand. Love their ice cream, though it is little costly. Great dessert. Highly recommended. Fast service. Ice cream with chocolate fudge is delicious. Good place to have a coffee. Free drinking water is available. No parking slots are there. Its a small place with some seating arrangement. You could find a wide variety of chocolates and ice creams. Must go place in Vegas
Chocolate its pretty good, but I think its too expensive. Its good thing that you can get a sample of sweets. And package its really nice. Should be nice souvenirs for friends. The best thing is ice-cream bar and other things from menu its perfect. Big, big portions of ice-cream. Mmm, I love it. Its delicious! Deserts its fabulous. Recommend!
Chocolate lovers delight!!! Yummy chocolatey treats including shakes, sundaes and candies. I got the cookies and cream shake and it is one of the best Ive had. This one is better than chik-filets. I also tried the frozen hot chocolate. It only comes in one size, but its name does the food justice as it in fact tastes like frozen hot chocolate. Overall I would visit again.
Really great, fresh, taste like home ice cream!!! Had the banana sundae.. One of the best ice cream shop Ive ever had...
Great service. Our sundaes were so good.
Treasure Island the hot fudge brownie sundae is to die for. There was an issue with one of the sundaes and got a little resistance in getting the problem resolved, however they kicked it up a notch and totally satisfied us. Britani resolved the problem, Debby took care of serving us, Diego prepared it for us Jocelyn and Nicole handled the support system. Definitely go here and try out as many desserts as you can handle. Brownie is moist and just soft enough to be perfect.
Delicious ice cream! We got the Treasure Island (I believe thats what it was called) and that was one of the best sundae Ive ever had so far!
I love their chocolate and ice cream, but servers were incredibly rude.
My son is allergic to peanuts and tree nuts. Certain restaurants are off limits for us because there are too many dishes with nuts and there is no way to control cross contamination. But this has not been our experience at ice cream shops. At Ben & Jerry’s, Coldstone, Baskin Robbins, etc they always are more than happy to provide us with allergy info on all their products, get a clean ice cream scoop, and even open a new container of ice cream to scoop from. This was not our experience at Ghirardelli. Not only were they not willing to help at all but they were extremely rude about my sons food allergy, it was the worst customer service I’d ever experienced. In a time when so many people have different food allergies it was disappointing to see that such a famous business couldn’t be accommodating.
They made me wait over 20 mins before placing my order only for them to say that they dont make over half of their menu (including their featured items). This was also at peak time during night. I think it would be better to notify customers beforehand. Also, the ice cream sundae I did order wasnt even filled to the top for the $13+ it cost.
This is a very nice store in the LinQ area heading toward the High Roller. There are lots of options for buying their chocolates. The prices are quite reasonable. I probably bought too much, but heck, it really is good.
Don’t get the vanilla ice cream. It’s awful and sooo flavorless.
Dude... Ghirardelli. Arguably the best American chocolate. If youre in Vegas, just go to this store to get your chocolate bars becasue they are cheaper here. They also have a fountain, but when I went there the wait was a long one.
Ice cream was good. They forgot my brownie but nonetheless it is a good place to go if you are looking for dessert.
Waited for over an hour in line, two people working, one employee was taking orders while other was making your Ice cream/shakes/sundaes in no hurry at all taking his sweet time, the line was long and no one seemed to care. very unsatisfied with the customer service, the ice cream and sundaes were good but over priced. Im not the one to write reviews but in this case I made sure to let everyone know.
If you love chocolate, this is the place to visit.
This is my favorite ice cream spot on the planet. Our friends brought us here and I ordered the Sundae in the chocolate dipped waffle bowl with chocolate ice cream and dark chocolate fudge. The angels sang the entire time I ate it. I like it so much that Im going to give them five stars even though their prices are literally the most ridiculous Ive ever seen. The average is $13-$15 for a sundae or split. I guess you can charge what you want when youve created perfection. The service is always friendly. We come in with large groups so it would be nice if they didnt have those tiny tables but again, the product is just perfection. Im just going to pay the over inflated price, enjoy my perfect ice cream and shut up...
YUM! Do not come here expecting to diet though, LOL! Pricey.
Ordered a Hot Fudge Sundae. Ice Cream tasted bland, Cold Fudge (not even warm). Overall YUK - very sorry because I love their chocolate :(
Dont for a second take your mask off! I promptly got held at for not having my mask on even for the second it took me to pull it down and taste the ice cream I was literally just handed.
Amazing, Ive actually been to the real original in San Francisco and they Are still putting it down here in the desert.
I come here every year to have a sundae with my wife and daughter. Perfectly situated for me and my family...their ice cream is the perfect treat to enjoy in Las Vegas
Ice cream is delicious!! Miguel and his staff tonight were slammed!! However, the customer service never lacked!! Amazing!!
Get the hot fudge sundae. Not quite as good as the original in San Francisco, but super close. Still worth 5 stars.
Good ice cream sunday - treasure island but long lines!
Amazing ice cream, the best of rhe best!!
If you can wait for over 30mins to get your order, give it a try. Really poor store management. I gave up on my order after paying and waiting for 30mins.
Rude hostess, wouldnt open up closed area. Otherwise food was good.
They sell coffee but no milk? Soo how do they make milkshakes lol
They wont have brownies for weeks!!! Expect to be disappointed. #browniestrike
Great ice cream.
Soooooo good! Pricey, but worth a special treat once in awhile
Not true milk shakes. Didnt have milk for their coffee.
The shakes here are so good. 😍 They pass out sample chocolates sometimes too.
It smells amazing in here and the chocolate is delicious.
This place is officially the only dessert location on the downtown linc strip area in Las Vegas now that sprinkles has closed, but this has always been a great option after getting out of a concert or out of dinner down there. They offer a few different choices between Sundays, but boy do they load it up on the sauces like butterscotch and chocolate syrup mmmmm this is the strike it rich
Great way to cool down in Vegas is with a shake or sundae from here.
Yummy. Sort of packed very small store
As with everything on the strip in Vegas, it was super expensive. $15 for a hot fudge sundae. It was good but not $15 good
Very good ice cream to finish our evening!
Delicious, the hubby and I shared a banana split, theres had a little flair too it, Ghirardelli style 😋
I love this place I wished that they had one where I lived at
Very good, pricy for my taste..but tastes great
Ice-cream is great. They can do better on service. But Ice-cream is great 👍 😋
Great place for chocolate lovers love there painted ladies and hot chocolate with whipped cream on it
Sooo good
The best banana split, great service and the best chocolate.
If you want to go into a sugar coma go here. I had the hot fudge sunday. Its just a basic, classic Sunday with the aforementioned hot fudge, peanuts, and a cherry on top of whip cream and its all I needed. Good stuff.
Heaven...... Ladies that love chocolate you might want to stay away...lol just saying I know what happened when I walked in...
