Floors etc has done several jobs for us as well as my own home. The quality of materials and installation went beyond my expectations. Thank you for a great job!

Pricing was a bit high. found better deals in town. The biggest problem is once we paid for our flooring we were told a delivery date that came and went and of course it wasnt floors etc fault (yeah right). she wouldnt give us our money back to buy it locally.3 weeks later we are still waiting and she has no idea when itll get here.

I had a handful of carpet laying companies come by give an estimate. One of the long standing companies were too timid to work with this special Kane carpet. Floors Etc. was the only company that did a blueprint of the job. The pattern flows constant and the work is clean. They saved me money on the material i found elsewhere. The owner Trina suggested i have those boring oak type rails painted. Nice mini remodel and a stylish outcome.

Floors Etc did an excellent job! Im an out of state, real estate investor/architect so I value quality and cost. I hired Floors Etc (referred by my property manager) to replace my tenants old carpet with vinyl plank flooring for its durability and aesthetics. I worked with Trina directly who I highly recommend since she has an eye for picking appropriate wood grain prints. Shes very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and will compose and photograph finish options based on the homes existing, prominent interior finishes. The finish flooring and base board installation were CLEAN. My rental property now appears more spacious, current and rental value enhanced. I will use them again when its time to replace carpeting at my other properties.

The Best! The Best! The Best!. What more can I say? Ive had carpeting done in my other homes, but none were as good as this. I will use them in the future and I have already recommended them to others. Right after they finished, my neighbors came over to look and they loved it too. It is not just us saying it. It’s a very nice and friendly place, the reason I gave it two stars is because Trina chose a carpet for the master bedroom in my town home and assured me it would look great. The truth is it looks terrible and the colors clash. She talked me out of my first choice and she assured me this was a better chose. It wasn’t!

I have used this company now for more than 5 years and have never been disappointed with the advice they provide, the quality of the products they install or the friendliness of the staff. As a property manager with hundreds of homes to manage, they have never let me down with taking care of my flooring needs. Bart, Trina and Malissa are a well of knowledge on carpeting and flooring. They understand the rental market and have good products at a reasonable price. They are always very accurate with the amounts of carpet needed for a job and dont over measure to increase the price.

This store has a great carpet selection and a fabulous installation team! So glad I went with Floors Etc after getting several quotes. The value is tremendous and the service is 5 stars.

Trina is awesome! The Tile team did my entire house. They were professional, skilled and enjoyable to work with. My house is beautiful and after securing 6 bids Floors Etc. was the BEST value.

Floors Etc is a very unprofessional rude company they are lucky to even be getting a 1 star we did a Job for them in September of 2016 and they owed us a little over a $1000 and it took them 3 months just to give the first payment of only $200 and took them another 3 months to give another payment of $300 we been trying to receive all of the amount they owe us and they always have a excuse or lie about when they do checks and when i call and ask to speak to someone thats in charge they are never there .
