Because they actually Warehouse some product, we are able to find an in stock carpet in our price range that we were very happy with. Installation happened a few days before Furniture got here and their installer did an outstanding job. The carpet we for 3 bedrooms and a walk in closet.If you have time on your side, their showroom has an expansive selection of all kinds of flooring.My experience was outstanding and they delivered upon my needs. We shopped around at 4 other stores and each one of them needed a 6-10 weeks just to get the carpet in stock.No need to look anywhere else!!

We were greeted by a very nice gentleman who helped us find carpet. He knows his product and is so helpful. Our second visit was not as good. The gentleman sitting closer to the door doesnt seem to enjoy his work. Great product and great one salesman.

Last year (2020), during Christmas, I did not notice that my dog had peed on my brand new carpet that Carpet Galore had only put in over summer. With all the hustle and bustle of family members coming to visit, I didnt even see the stain till the end of the day. I tried to get the stain out to no avail.Fast forward to June 2021, I reached out to Carpets Galore for their assistance (seeing they were recommended to us via Costco). From the moment I called them, they were able to assist me with not just inquiring with Costco directly to see what our warranty was, but also a timeline as to when they would be available to come by and replace the carpet. I am very thankful for such professionalism, and the thorough communication that I received from Carpets Galore! Thank you guys! Tried Home Depot first for my carpet. After waiting a week and a half for someone to come out and measure they couldnt give me an exact day when I could get my carpet installed. They said maybe about 2 more weeks. So I went to Carpets Galore and they showed me a product I liked, measured my house an hour and a half later, and installed it a couple days later. They did a great job and it wasnt a hassle like home depot was. The prices were great too! Jaime was great!

We needed new carpet in our rental condo as soon as possible and at a good price. We wanted to use a local merchant who had been in business for many years. After visiting many other carpet stores including the major hardware retailers, we were told to visit Carpets Galore.Upon entering the store, Oscar offered to help. He showed me samples of carpet that he could install right way and agreed to come out to the unit that evening to measure and give us an exact price due to our timeframe urgency.We liked the price and trusted Oscar. We went with a carpet we liked that he had in stock, an 8 oz pad with a moisture barrier and had it installed 2 days later. The installer was on time, clean and did a great job.We highly recommend Oscar and Carpets Galore and will be using them again in the future. Thanks again Oscar!

Best price around town for everything. We had a few hiccups along the way with actually getting going. Started the process back in September but didnt get our install till January. I would not recommend Jaime for help at the store. We finally sat down with Greg Fishman and he made things happen. When we had asked Jaime questions because weve never been through this process before he would tell us we could go to Lowes or Home Depot and see that their prices couldnt beat Carpet Galore, without ever answering our questions. We almost did not move forward with our flooring because of this. If Greg hadnt come to our rescue after 4 months of going in circles, we would have gone somewhere else. I am glad we stuck with them. Our entire house was done. 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms with new carpet and hallways, master bath and laundry room with luxury vinyl planking. Our house looks amaaaaazing and the pads that came with the install are top of the line!! We did our homework and shopped around and truly NO ONE came close to the product, price and quality of work we received with Carpets Galore.

Well its been about a month and I Love my new carpet! Really easy going office and sales. Got all of the work done for half the price quoted to me by Lowes, and they have free install. I got financed by the same bank, synchrony, that Lowes couldnt get me enough financing for.100% would recommend them to everyone!Rip out and install all done in 2 days on about 1400 sqft plus 15 stairs, a landing and 3 special wrap stairs, done by 2 guys. Install done by Floors by Aldaba.

Just had my carpet installed and it is perfect! They showed up right in the middle of their appointment window. My 11x13 room took less than 45 minutes to install, though I did have the tack strip pre-installed for them. Our installer was a total pro and cut around the various cutouts in my room with perfection.Best of all, he cleaned up and vacuumed my new carpet and even left me the remnants for a rug. I went with their medium pad and my floor is so soft and springy! It was actually hard to take a photo because my family didnt want to stop walking on it!The ordering process was easy, too! Once my carpet arrived, they called me promptly to make the installation appointment. I didnt have to chase anyone down or play phone tag, which was much appreciated

Very Disappointed! I called and specifically requested Joe Garza, who was Highly recommended. I have friends and business associates who have used his services and said that his knowledge and professionalism are exemplary. I just purchased a five bedroom house and needed Carpet, Tile and Hardwood flooring throughout entire house. However, after calling, I asked for Joe Garza and I got the run around. I was told that he wasn’t in and they would have him call me. Six days later, I received a call back from Marilyn, who tried to get me an estimate from someone else. I specifically asked for Mr. Garza because I have heard such great reviews about him in particular. She then started to tell me that he was no longer working with them and started to speak VERY Unprofessionally about Mr. Garza. I was in shock how ridiculous and unprofessional she was in handling her personal business on a phone call with a potential customer. I would NEVER do business with someone like that! I’m EXTREMELY disappointed! Don’t waste your time with this company. Their unprofessionalism is disgusting and it’s NOT the type of business that you would want to deal with. BAD BUSINESS!

Even though we have not decided which new floor option to choose, we feel very comfortable working with Joe and Carpet Galore. Joe was very professional when he arrived on time to our home, with the requested samples. He also gave us a number of options to consider. When we are ready to move forward with ordering our new floor, we will definitely call Joe.

I am unsatisfied with the work, particularly with the base molding; the work was messy/untidy. So I ended up fixing it myself.

Was glad that Carpets Galore was open on Saturday, and I was able to go shopping for the carpet in my living room & family room, and my kitchen and dining room for waterproof floors. The salesman was helpful in the color selections and also helped me choose the new baseboards for the design I was looking for.Thank you for the pleasant service that I received, as other places I went to was more stressful then was needed.I plan on doing my upstairs towards the end of this year, and know where I will be going again to finish my house!

I have had comments from the purchasers of my homes that the homes looked great and that the loved the flooring, either being wood, tile or carpet, all great reviews.I recently used Carpets Galore for my personal residence and wanted higher end flooring being carpet and tile and had some difficult needs in the house and they were able to accommodate my needs without any problems. I am very very happy with the product and installation. I won’t be using any other flooring companies ever again. I will be referring Carpets Galore to everyone that I know that needs flooring!.

Joe came out for our estimate and it was very expensive compared to other estimates weve gotten. Be prepared for a salesman to be on his soap box for an hour to tell you how great he is and theres no one as good as him or his product. Im not gonna tell you who my quotes were through so you know Im not trying to recommend another business. Please just shop around before going with them. The Costco discount wasnt worth it at all because of the insane markup!

I absolutely loved carpets and galore! A team of true professionals! It was still a bit more than I wanted to pay, but they beat Lowes and home depot. They worked hard to help us find the carpet that matched our needs, and the price included the old carpet and pad hall a way, along with the install. They got our bedroom carpet installed only 2 days after visiting them. The installer was very respectful and nice and the job was done in an hour and a half and it looks amazing! I would recommend carpets and galore for anyone with flooring needs!

I walked in on a Sunday afternoon. The sales person, who I cant remember the name, was very rude and acted like I was bothering him with my questions. After I asked about a particular type of carpet, he didnt bother to get up and show me where it was. He just pointed and said its over there. After walking around their warehouse for 10 minutes with no luck finding what I was looking for, I decided to just leave. It looked like his son or grandson was there with him if that helps determine who I was speaking with.

I met Joe Garza when he provided an estimate to replace all the worn and outdated Pergo flooring in my housewith the next generation of 100% waterproof, cork padded flooring. Joe was very pleasant, and provided excellent value for his service. I would highly recommend using Joe for any of their flooring needs.

Joe came out and did my measurements and estimate. His professionalism and attention to detail was unparalleled in my experiences. He gave me so many tips on other remodeling aspects of my home that I told him I planned on doing. The estimate was a bit outside of my budget, but he told me to come to the store and he would do everything he could to meet my needs. Im going back today to see if we can find a product for my budget.Even if I decide not to go with Joe and Carpets Galore, Ill still walk away with much more knowledge about carpeting and flooring than I previously had. Made a deal on carpet & pricing & then Carpet Galore wanted to charge xtra for installers to remove old carpet & pad before installing new carpet...every other carpet company has all inclusive when you buy their carpet....they lost a sale because of that. Found same carpet & color cheaper & they took out old carpet which was included in price I paid their competition...Carpet Galore greedy company...will not recommend.

They mark up their prices before they offer a sale so that they can get what they would normally charge, which is already overpriced. I found a lot better deal elsewhere. Do your research and shop around! This place sucks.

After experiencing a disappointing transaction with HD, I went to Carpets Galore after reading the positive reviews online. Being the owner of rental properties, I have to replace carpet on a fairly regular basis. Marilyn, who is the owner, took the time to explain the benefits of the different types of carpet that needed to go into my home which helped me to make an educated decision.They measured the following day and the carpet was installed on MY schedule, not in 7-10 business days. I couldnt be happier and will use Carpets Galore exclusively in the future.

I do not recommend this company to anyone. The installer was argumentative, rude, and surly. He blew his nose with his fingers (farmers hanky) and flicked it on the carpet padding. He installed the piece in the dining room with the nap running 180 degrees to the rest of the room so it does not match at all and seem to be from a different roll of carpet as the color is more yellow than the rest of the house. 2 bad seams and a few un-stretched edges too. He ran a thick bead of bright white caulking against the cherry wood stained cabinets. It looked like a racing stripe. Then he argued about removing it. Thats the way I do it he said. Now the installation manager says it is a manufacturers problem. The manufacturer did not install it, they did. Doug the second vinyl installer did great work, this is no reflection on him. This is still an open dispute, I will edit the final details when we reach agreement.

One year after the intallation was done...the carpets is wrinkled and the installers cut it short on the edges, I just called COSTCO and going to get a refund or discount.Unfortunately, I recall that the installers did not even speak English so no point in talking to them.

Just got my master bedroom and 2 large closets re-carpeted. The price was a bit higher than I expected, but still beat HD, Lowes, and RC Willey. Plus, the carpet was installed within a week where as the others were estimating 3-4 weeks. Fred came out and measured the area for free. He also provided guidance of where the seams would be. Friendly service, easy to deal with, would recommend. I wish the prices were a bit lower though.

Its such a relief to call, get an accurate price on the phone and have worry free installation/clean-up and the job done right - you guys rock!!!!

The only reason why this establishment isnt getting a big fat zero star is because the installers are so nice. However, our experience has been nothing but a nightmare since it began.We talked to Fred, the salesman, who came over and took measurements and drew a layout of the two areas we wanted to cover. We were asking for carpet in the living room, and vinyl in the kitchen / dining room / laundry room area. Fred assured us that everything would be done in one day and that he would be sending his best crew to do it because vinyl is a completely different animal. Fred advised us that the installers would show up on 05.03.2014 before 9am and would be there all day to complete the job. That Friday before the install, Ron (the installer manager) called us to tell us that the installers would be at our home between 9 and 10. Shortly after 10am I called Carpets Galore, and was snapped at by Ron. When I asked what the hold up was, he said that the installers had to go get some supplies and basically blew me off. He said they would be there within 45 minutes. They werent.The installers, Don and Nick, finally showed up to our house a little after noon and didnt proceed to get started until close to 1pm. They told us the reason for the delay was because they had their vinyl roller in a storage shed and had to drive all the way across town to get it. We asked them how long everything was going to take and they told us that the vinyl would take about six hours... the carpet another hour or two. We breathed a sigh of relief, thinking wed have our house back by no later than 10pm. All of our belongings were outside in the backyard and with grey skies looming, we were anxious to get everything back inside before potential rain ruined it.Unfortunately, the installers werent done that night. Nor were they done the next night. Here it is five days later and the vinyl still hasnt been completed. When we called to complain on 05.05.2014, Ron again got short with us - telling us that vinyl jobs this big are going to take a long time. When we complained about the speed and the quality of the work that was being done, he gave us a guilt trip - saying he would just go ahead and fire the installation crew because we dont like them anyway... and I quote You want me to fire them? Ill fire them. He was defensive about the situation and said that the crew would be back that night and they *promised* they would have everything done. He even sent out a different installer to complete the carpet portion so the original crew would have their hands free to work exclusively on the vinyl.Obviously the job still isnt done. Not only that, when I was walking the area this morning not only is the job STILL not complete; but there are obvious seams, patch jobs, bubbles, nicks, and ill fitting areas all over the place. The installers have run out of vinyl and are trying to line up scraps to get things to work. I cannot believe that I paid close to $2000 for this crap. The salesman, Fred, is giving us the run-around and Ron just wants to put the blame on us. I wouldnt recommend this business to my worst enemy.

Good prices and fast install

The installers messed up on a $3,000 job and put the wrong moldings down for my laminate. It ONLY took about 3-4 months for them to come back out only to realize they ordered the wrong color. A month later they came back for their THIRD VISIT with the correct color but after they left I noticed they still used TWO DIFFERENT COLORS!!Its been 7 months since the initial install and it is like pulling teeth to get them back out here to fix their mistake. I dont understand why its so hard to keep in contact with your customers and make sure the problem gets resolved; they seem very careless and inattentive.I am beyond frustrated with these guys and would never reccommend their services. The installers were rude and neglegant. I could go on in more detail about what a horrible experience this has been but Ill save you the time and just warn you to STAY AWAY!!!!
