I have a 2008 Audi A4 cabriolet and needed tints and bad. The sun was so bright that the leather seats started to become a liability on my hind parts and it was time. Orlando took real good care of me and even gave me a good deal on the full ceramic tints. Some of the best money I ever spent. Truly a pro job... I even got my front mirror done. They had the car done in a few short hours and I was on my way home.If youre considering tints I cant stress this enough... get the ceramics and go to this place you wont regret it.

Will not come back. Service was horrible on a basic tint. They made a mess of my windows and when I came back in to point it out they completely dismissed the issues saying they were normal. I gave them a car I had detailed right before and every window had.smears and hand prints. I had several spots where I had grease and durt left behind. The tint never pulled out the bubbles they left in it. They also seem to be skipping out on their reporting by continuously pushing cash payments so that I would not have to pay the tax.

These provide great service. They have two cars for me already, and I am getting ready return for a third time. The tint is flawless, and after several years in the Vegas heat, there are no signs of any issues.

Had the crome corners wrapped on my 2014 Toyota Tundra. Quite pleased with the results. Called a ton of places around town and was quoted $900.00 plus and most of them acted as though I should be greatful for the opportunity to pay them. RBO Motorsports was far from that. Had great feedback from them about setting up a time to do the work, and it only ran $350.00. Obviously different wrap jobs can vary in price, but in this case it was quite fair.

Gabe was super helpful! He squeezed us in for a next day appointment. We dropped the car off at 9:00am and was told it would be about 3-4 hrs. The car was ready as promised and looked great! Very pleased! We will be bringing our daughters car up, too!

Made an appointment for Noon on a Saturday. Hung out for a few hours on a comfy couch and talked with Orlando the entire time. The Limo Tint on our 2016 Nissan Rouge is amazing. I defiantly recommend R.B.O.

I purchased two Groupons after reading the great reviews online. When I called to make an appointment, the VERY FIRST thing they let me know was that they dont warranty any work for anyone who bought through Groupon. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, he accused me of coming off hostile for criticizing this policy. He said that due to the discount I was getting, they couldnt possibly warranty the work, but I could purchase an additional warranty! It says nothing about it in the fine print. What a sleaze! Do not trust any company who wont stand behind their work, who then tries to sell you extra warranties.You know who will warranty Groupon work? Every other vendor on Groupon. Would give zero stars if I could.

The people who work here are rude and very unprofessional. i bought two coupons off of groupon which clearly stated in THEIR fine print that you can purchase a second as a gift. they refused to let me use the second one saying that both names can’t be used when in fact on the paper i printed out you could “gift” which the ignorant lady who answers the phone calls didn’t even know. she then called me back to cancel both of the appointments that i have already paid for because there were “too many problems with the groupon”. She was rude, unprofessional, and doesn’t even know her own fine print. I don’t recommend buying a groupon and dealing with this place. they only care about the money and have 0 idea how to deal with their customers. the respect was matched, no company no matter the circumstance should act the way that she did. Refused to give me her name or the name or number of anyone else she worked with.

Stopped here for some tint and I would say Im satisfied with the job they did! Ive already recommended this place to a few friends. The price also isnt to bad especially considering the warranty they give you!

The shop is amazing. Orlando got us a fair price to tint the windows on my Jeep. When we got there he helped me pick out the right shade and now its at least 30ﾟ cooler in my Jeep. It only took him an hour to do it and everybody was super friendly

Orlando and his staff at the Rancho location did an excellent job with window tint and powder coat paint for rims/grill. Communication and customer service was excellent and the finished product looks amazing. Would highly recommend this company and location for any of your auto needs.

Ive gone in a couple of times. The last time I was in there, I had a few things done to my Accord. Had the windows tinted. Had the wheels powder coated and had the chrome deleted. Couldnt be happier with the work and the price. Will always recommend this place to others.

Tint is good, after I left, the interior lights wont turn on anymore when I click them on. Only way to turn them on is by turning up the brightness with the knob and then turn them all on. Maybe they forgot to connect something back? Would rate 5 stars if this didnt happen.

Very fast and professional service!

Went in for a tint and left with a crack in my windshield. They gave me a pretty compelling explanation and Ill grant them that it could have been the car wash guy I had just visited. However, the tint had a giant scratch down the middle on the windshield and they shouldnt have done the install by their own admission due to the crack. Since they wont reinstall until I get my window fixed which is under my insurance deductible Im stuck with a half tint job. Also, for a tint that advertises uv blocking the car sure seemed a lot steamier after the tint for the few days I had it. Not going back.

I wish I could put into words all of the disappointments I received from this place. One main issue was a $500 under light install, they used the cheapest material and not even real lights just pieces of rope light, wired in through my speakers with speaker wire. 😂 Its hilarious actually, that the quality of work is so poor. & this is just ONE example of the many things we trusted them with. The owner is a joke and leaves all the work up to his minions who apparently need to educate themselves on real led underglow lights.. nonetheless drilling a hole in the bottom frame of our vehicle to run the wire without filling it afterwards. Unprofessional, corner cutting, money hungry business..

Rims by Orland was... disappointing. I had an appointment at 12:00 pm I rolled by at 1:45 and the hadnt even started. What is the purpose of an appointment when they dont start the work when you drop off the car. If I had dropped the car off late I would have lost my appointment.About an hour after he saw my review he decided to call and let my husband know of an emergency with one of his employs. Actually he called with an attitude (not an apology) and ranted at us about the employs emergency. If he had called and let us know it would take longer because of the emergency there wouldnt have been an issue. The issue is he did not inform us of the circumstances and left us waiting. He called us because of the post online not because we had been waiting.Our tint was done 30 min before closing.

Friendly staff. Called them up to get some ceramic tint on my windshield, made an appointment for an hour later. Showed up a little early to give the windshield time to cool down and was out of there in under an hour.

Took my truck to get lifted and these guys definitely did an awesome job. Very satisfied customer

As a girl motorsports lover its not the first time Ive used their services. First time I went there for window tinting. Then I decided that my stereo is pretty outdated so it was time for a new one. I went in the shop and a quick discussion later we found exactly what I wanted. The stereo installation went perfectly and the end result is just astonishing. MUST READ NEW.ADDITION TO REVIEW. . I took my 1st place Show Car there because I heard some good things and they were close to where my house is. I took it there to have new sound System put in my trunk. Mind you this IS a show car after I dropped off the car went back to see how things were going. Went back into shop and strings of wire were hanging down on the rear fenders with no protection. I told the installer it looked good so far. The owner walked in so I ask him if he could put something on the fenders to protect well let’s just say he replied in a very unprofessional way. After the install two days later the battery cable going from battery to Capacitor shorted out on metal no fuse on the wire also the Capacitor was not mounted so it was moving around. A $400 install is ending up costing me a Diablo tuner the fried and 1,600,00 for new computer and electrical work. I don’t know if it’s just my luck or what it was it took awhile for me to call them due to the fact I felt it was a fight I was goin to lose and sure enough I called 5 mouths later to just talk about and sure enough the installer LIED. I have no problem calling him a liar to his face I also have the battery wire going from battery to Capacitor NO fuse. I wish I could post pictures. People with show cars don’t go there. Unless your friends with Orlando the owner who by the way owns a nich white Land Rover and I think a Ferrari with RBO on back license plate. I know if this was to happen to one of his cars he would well again be very unprofessional to the people that would of done the work.

R.B.O. is vegas top audio shop went in today for my scheduled appt. they had my truck in within 5 min of dropping off they had to do a amp install ...They removed my back seat in truck to mount amp clean install same price quote they gave me over the phone truck sounds great 💯% satisfied with customer service will definitely be going back to get my factory bose speakers replaced and also my window tint needs will send another review once thats done if u a review type person as myself this is definitely the shop to go to the will get u taking care of and very knowledgeable about all auto needs

Went in for a quote and immediately got up-sold to do more than I wanted. Turns out the price they quoted was three times what I paid at another place. I dont like to bag on business but this shop is pricey.

Complete joke. My wife came here when a friend recommended them. She had a groupon (friend also recommended) to use for the service and had paid extra for the remainder of the windows not specified on the groupon. The manager told her he would honor it and would even tint the two small windows in the front 4” X 8” worth of film at no cost which sounded like a deal. However he came back with, the film comes with absolutely no warranty. He said that because she had purchased it through Groupon there would be no warranty offered. After going rounds with the guy for more than 45 minutes she gave in. She ended up having to cancel the groupon and pay additional. It seems to me that they use techniques to get you in the door and then either upsell you or manipulate you. The craftsmanship looks good so for but the hassle/hustle this place created for my wife is completely ridiculous. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Had to take car back 5 times wrong color windows, bubbles not air tight room for car. Ever time car was returned very dirty and it was more expensive then other places. Advice dont go there look else where. Hate to give bad review but this is not good.

Customer service was ok and they might be able to do tint but if you need anything painted, they send it out to a second rate shop. After sending a part back four times, the manager told me, he has to charge me again because its not his fault that the paint shop couldnt get it right.

Top motorsports store. Ive visited this place a few times. First was for window tinting. Since its a motorsports store I was curious if they are offering full range of auto customization services. Ive asked for auto audio systems. Heppily they were offering that too. This was the 2nd time Ive visited them. The last time I went there to buy rims. Oh My, so many and beautiful. I really have chosen very hard rims, because like I said so many and so beautiful. So, now Im here to recommend to everyone who is looking for motorsports store with many services.
