Everyone There is very unprofessional at every aspect of car sales . Im literally paying carnotes on a car that that has been broke down longer than I had it and I only had the car since January 2021, paid the deductible and guess what the motor that was put in was also bad, I have no transportation with a newborn baby in the heat Im uspset that I ever went to these people.

Jenny assured me that ALL of their cars have an oil change before being sold, I looked underneath the hood. It seemed “fine”. They even RESET the oil percentage! Not even a month later, a P0014 code. Replaced the solenoids. Then the Engine started knocking.... I didn’t think to change the oil, because she TOLD ME IT HAD BEEN PERFORMED THE PREVIOUS DAY! I took out the oil filter (just to see).... Completely warped and covered with sludge as thick as tar! They lie and will tell you anything, just to sell you a car...... When confronted, she told me that ‘Pepboys must have charged them for an oil change, but didn’t actually perform it’. Are you serious?!?!

DONT GO HERE!! THEY TRIED TO CHARGE $11K IN HIDDEN FEES. YOURE BETTER OFF GETTING A CAR OFF CRAIGSLIST!! There are multiple reviews on here where they say their engine blew out which is exactly what happened to us.not even 30 days after purchasing the car. After confronted they say “we go to pep boys so get it checked they didn’t tell us that so we can’t do anything about it”. After sneakily charging us $3,000 in fees for a liability waiver after he told us that amount would be subtracted if we didn’t take the full 36 months to pay off the car, we went back to pay the next payment and he tells us that it won’t be subtracted. THEN we had to talk to his boss and got the car lowered to $10,000 what it wa supposed to be (advertised price $9,000 they originally tried to charge us $21,000 FOR THE CAR! AN EXTRA $11,000 IN HIDDEN FEES). And on making our last payment they snuck in another $104 . Glad we got it over with and paid the car off. Long story short there are MANY MANY other places you can go where this does not happen.

I was very impressed with my purchase and how smoothly it went...I love my car ...it was in excellent conditions and in the last 3 months Ive had it there has not been any problems...it shows they care about the condition of their vehicles and how they run their their business...

We went in yesterday to look at a couple cars knowing what cars are actually selling for we made a cash offer. The sales guy said being tax season they arent going to come down on the price. We found a much newer, nicer and less mile vehicle from a private seller. Im sure they are great if you are planning on financing but if you are paying cash you are definitely better off going to a private seller, unless you want to pay more. To be fair the guy we spoke to was friendly

Salesperson was not fully informed and gave us some incorrect information over the phone.But when we got there they were quickly able to put us into a better car. Pricing was posted but they did negotiate a better deal. All in all a good buying experience.

Bought a vehicle that was improperly serviced and caused catastrophic damage. Have all supporting paperwork. Tried to get this taken care of and the past couple of weeks have been a communication nightmare. Will absolutely be contacting the bbb as well as other sources in regards to auto sales in the state of Nevada. I will remove this review and many others once this has been resolved properly

Called about a car, the guy knew I was on my way and got rid of it before I got there saying it was a bad car and no one was there so I was standing outside looking like a fool! I spoke to someone earlier and he said the car was fine. Had to have a uber pick me up and to my surprise someone was inside the whole damn time because he came out...Never again...

The sales people here are very nice. low pressure and cooperative. Their cars however are junk. I purchased a low priced vehicle took it to a mechanic and found out there was repairs totaling over $5,000 which was two and a half times the sales price of the car, and put it severely over the total value of the vehicle. none of this was disclosed. it had everything wrong with it, from oil leaks to gasket problems to needing a new transmission. I managed to sell it back to the lot at a big discount to them and I see they have now resold it. I pity the person that purchased that car. Caveat emptor for sure at this lot!

So my experience with this car place I finance a car with them we took it for a test drive it was okay from what I thought soon as I got to my job to pick up some things I get in the car it doesn’t start up so I had to call a tow truck I call them the next morning I said hey this car isn’t working what can u do well they said you bought it as is sooooo I said ok so I paid almost 400 to fix it at least I thought it got fix a couple of weeks later same thing I called again he say well I will take your first payment off so I got it fix for free with the pep boy warranty that warranty only last so long a month later try starting it won’t work so by this time I’m late for work again my boss said one more time being late you fire so I got fire because it stop working again so I had one more payment with them for 300 and something he repo the car not only they charge 500 for the repo but put the first month payment back on plus late fees and said you have to pay 1373 for your none working car that you been having problems with from the start so what that being said be very careful when renting from this place they might smile but it’s a trick

Run got a car from here and it broke down 2 days later. It cost $700.00 to fix and now their making me pay it back. They had me drop my car at pep boys and it was there for a week. Then when the part finally came they fixed it. I went to pick up my car at pep boys and it wasnt even there anymore. Pep boy let the guys from the car dealer ship come get my car without my permission. Then when i get to the dealer ship they wouldnt let me get my car unless i paid them $250.00 cash on top of the $700.00 to fix the car. I asked pep boys for a print out of what they fixed on my car and they told me no i had to get a print out from the car dealer. So when i asked the dealer they said they couldnt do that. So now i dont know what was really broke on my car they put me in. The car smokes and breakes down i have children and the put me in a dangerous car. Smh if anyone knows anything i can do please help me. Im going to the better business Bureau and getting a lawyer. Oh and my car payment are $300.00 a month
