The worst dealership by far! The first illegal car they sold me I almost died in because the car literally stop working the next day while I was driving..The second car they gave me seems to have the same problem and the engine n other lights are on. My babies and I don’t feel safe in this vehicle. At this point I just want my money back and they can keep thier broke down cars!

Not sure why you cant do zero stars. If you want to get ripped off, then you have come to the right place!Bought a truck while at a convention in September. Found out they claimed I was getting a great deal for a vehicle with no accidents, low mileage. They also showed us the Buyer Protection Plan that they stated, would buy the car back for a higher price then we paid if we found out the car report was not accurate. When we found out that the truck had been in an accident (our mechanic), Super Auto Sales basically said screw you! Dont be next!

How many times do people say we need a zero stars choice??very unprofessional facility, the staff here must get no training. i was told prices go up for a finance fee, what a joke, thats dealerships responsibility to absorb that fee. not only is it illegal but I noticed all these vehicle with bold tires AND check engine lights on! all this just shows me this place doesnt safety inspect their vehicles. Rip off!! Thanks for the opportunity to express why I gave you a bad review. You might have a good product, and good staff, however apparently the management end does not do what they should. Although I have not been a customer there, I have had the opportunity to talk with some of the employees (past and present). And they dont have a lot of good things to say about the management.

Just the place to go if you need a vehicle

On 10-1-19, I spoke with Simon regarding a 2008. Lexus LS 600HL. He was very helpful. He answered all of my questions and provided a detailed Facetime walk around of vehicle that I was interested in, since I was out of state. We were instructed to fill out the application so my wife and I then filled out the online application for credit. I also nformed Simon that we had a discharged bankruptcy, but we would be putting half of the cost down in cash, in order to increase our chances of approval. Neither my wife nor I heard back from anyone after the first day.Late on the second day, 10-2-19, I heard back from Simon who said that the Credit Union had denied our loan. He said they had one more Credit Union that they were going to try. I told Simon that if this agency didnt work with bankruptcies dont bother. I didnt want the inquiries on our credit report and reducing our credit score just to be denied. He said he understood, and went forward. That night, my wife told me that we had 3 additional inquiries on her credit report (bringing the total 4 inquiries) which is what we wanted to avoid. My wife also informed my that her credit score had already dropped 16 points due to these inquiries. On 10-3-19, I texted Simon and asked if he had heard anything, he stated that he was off, but that he would check. I did not hear back from him.On 10-4-19, at 9:03pm, Rico with Super Auto Sales left me a voice message stating that they had gotten my deal to go through, but that someone had just wired the full amount for payment on the car. He also stated that if for some reason that deal fell through, that would be the next in line. Of course at this point I was livid. I attempted to call Rico, but got no answer. I then contacted Simon and relayed the message from Rico. He stated that Rico had just left, but he would find out what was going on. He soon contacted me and apologized. He stated that apparently there was another deal being worked and the person was wavering on whether to wire the money or not and had he had finally done so. I told him that this is the kind of thing that gives Used Car Salesmen a bad name. I told him that there should not have been another deal being worked if you were working with me. That what was told to me about being next in line, if the person wiring the money deal had fallen through, should have been told to the person wiring the money. That this particular vehicle has a sale pending. Simon said that this matter was out of his hands. I told him that me being next in line was a joke! I was negotiating in good faith. So for my trouble, I get an apology, three days of missing out on other vehicles that were for sale, and my wife gets a 16 point hit on her credit report? If I hear that that Used Car places are in the business of making money one more time, I will scream.Of course they are in the business of making money, that goes without saying, but its more than just that.Its about how you treat customers before, during and after the sale. Its about your place in the community and doing right by people who spend their hard earned money. Because this guy had more money, I get screwed?I would like for the people at Super Auto Sales to think about this for a second. Lets say there is this hot toy that their child wants for Christmas and that its sold out everywhere. You go to the one place that has it. They have 10 and you are the 10th person in line, but its a long wait. You wait 10 hours before this item goes on sale. Right before you purchase the last item, someone jumps ahead of you and wants to pay more than what its selling for. The company selling this item accepts the deal and you are told that if they get anymore in, you next on the list. This is exactly what happened to me. I am both upset and disappointed.

Nice people horrible cars....i purchased a car chrysler 200 last month which had issues/recalls on car airbag light was on when i got it i took it back they rigged so the light can go off the next day it was back on. I took it to a real dealership and the car has a lot of issues that are going to cost me around $1000 to fix befire the $400 i have to spend before the full diagnostic is done. oh yeah and not to mention my light for the mileage blinks on and off and they told me it was normal to do that👎🏿. I only give 2 stars because marco was such a great guyUpdate... 2 months of my review someone from this shop fixed every problem I spoke about above👆🏿. I dnot know his name because I did not directly speak to him my husband did but I do appreciate them taking the time out and reading my review and fixing things it just let me know that there was a miscommunication and if you talk to the right person they will take care of you I am changing my stars from 2:00 to 5:00 because it seems like it was something that really wasnt communicated right the first time.

All I can say is WOW! I contacted their salesman Siemon from a FB post re: an 08 Ford F450 diesel dually. From the first moment I sent him a message that was a few weeks ago hes been in full contact with me regarding the truck. Their in-house repair shop found a couple issues and I was contacted right away with the update. Being Im in no rush to buy being the truck will be used to haul our 32 race trailer. Today we drove to Super Auto Sales to link up with Siemon. My misses decided she would like to get a small car to drive around town. We are a big truck family so car is typically not a word we use. We met up with Siemon, drove some very clean and maintained cars. Their selection is second to none. There is no pressure sales, no vultures flying over to make you buy a car like weve experienced in the past. My wife and I left and as Siemon suggested, we should make a plan for the truck and car using our existing 06c Ford F350 diesel as a trade and use the positive equity to get the payments where we a comfortable. These guys know how sales is done with no regret sales. We felt great knowing when the truck we want is done, we will have the package that we wanted. Thank you to an amazing dealership!
