Subaru of Las Vegas is a refreshing car buying experience. You are enthusiastically greeted at the door and immediately notice a clean and modern showroom. I had found a Subaru online that I wanted to look at, and was paired with sales associate Chad. He was great to work with -- very transparent, professional, and personable. Subaru seems to have adopted the transparency of most car dealers these days with their pricing, and understand that online buying from home is a huge competitor -- they are focusing on the right things to keep customers in-store. They let me hold the car with a fully refundable deposit, and even extended it after my wife and I werent fully ready to commit in-store. During the hold, Subaru was awaiting a back ordered windshield for the car as it was a trade-in. Chad was very communicative during this wait and when the car was ready to view and test drive. Customer support was great, and in-store wait times were low even during purchasing. I feel confident that they stand behind their vehicles and customer satisfaction.
On Saturday night I had a run in with some road debris that disabled my new Outback. I was 200 miles from home so I had the vehicle towed to Subaru of Las Vegas, rented a car and made it home. The car rental was only good until late Monday. First thing Monday morning I called the service department and spoke to Nate. Due to Mondays being very busy he said he was not sure they could get to it. I explained where I lived and my need to return the rental car and he said they would make every effort to have my car back to me before the end of the day. Well Nate was true to his word and I am now back home with my Outback as good as new again. These folks are awesome, and it is the type of customer care I have grown to love about the Findlay family of dealerships. Thanks again Nate, you made my week!
This is hands down the most unique dealership Ive ever been to. Awesome knowledgeable staff, super clean, snacks, variety of beverages, and lets not forget about the epic van fish tank. Maybe sales is better, but service left a lot to be desired. Brought car in for intermittent issues with AC. Was told would have to replace ALL of the AC parts to fix it (throwing parts at it much?), and maybe a head gasket. Was told head gaskets go and you dont know because cylinder heads dont get that hot ...wait..what?Just picked up the car and paid for the 400+ dollar inspection that never happened. The only way I knew they at least opened the hood was they left an oil rag on top the engine, and nothing else was touched.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Considering the environment we are in right now (chip shortage and lack of inventory) this says a lot. I started by asking questions online to Tina Wicker...she was very patient and helpful. I was looking to get a WRX and they had none on the lot. So I went to do a factory order and was helped by Justin Morgan. He was so helpful and did not use any pressure. He actually found the exact WRX I wanted and it was in transit. A few weeks later it arrived and I went and finished the paperwork and took delivery. It took only about an hour! The sales manager also did not pressure me for extended warranties. I highly recommend Subaru of Las Vegas! Thanks for making my purchase so easy.

Great dealership with a well organized service department. Bought my WRX new here back in 2018. Been returning to the dealership for my lifetime oil changes ever since & have always been taken care of.
My car had had broken down and had to be towed here. The service center is only open Monday through Saturday. Although that is to be expected. The service center was responsive and efficient and contacting me. They were able to determined that my fuel pump had broken and could repair it. Initially I was shocked at the price, but thankfully my extended warranty was still valid. The unfortunate part, which may or may not have anything to do with Subaru of Las Vegas, is that it took 4 days for them to get the part. Had I had to pay $1,000 for the repair I would have been very upset. Still, I was stuck in Las Vegas for an extra week waiting for my car to get repaired. One would think that a fuel pump for a Subaru Outback is a fairly common part. Thankfully they repaired the car and I was on my way home.
Terrible service department! Called for an appointment and was scheduled a week later. I arrived 15 minutes early to find out they are running late and it would be 3hrs before they could look at getting my car in. What’s the point of making an appointment if the dealership can’t get the work done.
Fabulous customer service! We purchased a used Crosstrek from Subaru of Las Vegas three months ago and discovered a problem that developed over time. When we notified them of the problem, they had us bring the car in and they made the repair at no expense to us. Manager Will Smith took care of us and I can’t say enough about the service we were provided.

I’ve been calling parts and service for the last week and can’t get a quote/ estimate. Parts guy was quick to get me off the phone without giving me a clear answer of how much parts for my clutch would cost, and service department doesn’t have enough staff or something to answer or call me back.
The best car buying experience we have ever had! We worked with Essence and she was so helpful, friendly and professional. We didnt feel rushed through the process and she took her time to make sure we knew all of our options and had a good understanding of the financing. We feel we got a better than fair amount for our trade in and the process was easy. The gentlemen that prepared all of our paperwork was great to work with, he had everything prepared quickly and was very helpful with information about titling and registering the vehicle. The gentlemen that walked us through some of the features before we headed out seemed very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his job. From start to finish an excellent experience!
I walked into the service center after pulling into the express lube line and was told it would take 2.5 hrs! (after being ignored for 15 minutes). This is by far the most unprofessional Subaru service department I have ever experienced.
Conveniently located, beautiful clean facility. Most importantly the service advisors are attentive, calm and reasonable. The person handling my vehicle took the time to have a good conversation, answer my questions and took a genuine interest in my vehicle.At no point did he appear to try and upsell me or fleece me.The waiting area is large, well appointed and clean. Plenty of snacks, power outlets and Wifi. Impressed.

We recently purchased a 2021 Subaru Forester and have been so happy with the sales, tech, and service staff. Gary helped us decide on which vehicle would be right for our needs. My husband was recently diagnosed with Parkinsons and the lane departure, brake assist and blind spot detection helps immensely. After having the vehicle for about 3 weeks we went back to meet with the tech staff for any questions we might have. During this we mentioned seeing the tire pressure while going through the Info menus. The air pressure was too high and so we went right over to service and they rectified this and washed our car for us. Everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful.We would definitely refer friends and acquaintances to this dealership.
Unfortunate experience as a first time Customer here. Brought in my Fathers 2019 Subaru Ascent for AC pipe recall on Saturday (2/27) and actually called the dealer to confirm the appointment the day before and they were unable to locate me in the appointment system but was told it was likely just a system glitch so I was told to simply bring my confirmation appt email in instead. There my car was taken in and I was told it would be around 5-6 hours in labor. Provided me with loaner vehicle. No complaints. However, was called about 30 minutes later the part was not available and needed to be ordered therefore the repair would take until Monday... however little effort made to contact me with any sort of updates along the way of progress. Would have all been crickets had I not picked up the phone to call my service advisor himself. Finally was told was ready for pickup this morning (5 days later) and informed that I would come at Noon on my lunch break. Returned the loaner full tank of gas, dropped off the keys and once again waiting over 30 minutes in the lobby just for a valet to go get my car? Car was not even washed in the end... Anyways just happy to have my vehicle back. Hopefully they can improve their customer service quality and I will have a better experience next time.

First of all I want to say I love my Subie! I had a really great experience at the service department today. My service advisor, Yasir Abrahams, was efficient, helpful, and kind. He made me feel special and was funny. Service is not my favorite thing to do, but I was comfortable with Mr. Abrahams letting me know the time frame (and it was done well before that)! The dealership offers yummy snacks, refreshing drinks and pretty decent seating. Very impressed today! Thank you all!

Just moved to Vegas and unfortunately my first experience with their service department has not been a good one. My wife took the car for an oil change, tire rotation and multipoint inspection. They told her that the car needed new rear break pads and rotors. When she brought the bill back home I was quite upset when I found that they overcharged her $109.15 in parts for the new pads and rotors compared to the price for those exact same parts in their own website
We came in to sell our Jeep, and Walter has been very swift and friendly in the appraisal. Essence Jones who finalized the deal, was very helpful as well. She prepared everything to save us time, and was open with every question we had. I appreciate them and can recommend.

We were first time Subaru buyers and he walked us through all of the benefits of owning a Subaru while also training a new employee. The title for our trade-in was taking forever to come in and Gabriel stayed in communication the entire almost 2 weeks and made sure everything worked out. I drove out from Colorado to pick up this car. We settled everything over the phone and when I arrived at the Las Vegas dealership, I was met with kindness. It was a flawless purchase. They had made a slight miscalculation on the interest when doing the paperwork online and informed me that they wanted to make it lower than I had been expecting. Very disappointed! I made an appointment for a recall of the rear stabilizer bolt and a tire rotation, they said it should take 15 minutes for the recall work. Fine. So I show up to check-in with Mr. Abraham in the service dept. and he said “have a seat and I will get you in a couple hours.” When I explained what I was told he said”The inspection takes 15 minutes and then it is sent back for servicing.” WHY DIDN’T THEY TELL ME THAT BEFORE?? So I guess I do without the recall.I have had the Forester for almost two years and overall like it. My wife is in the market for a new car and was on the line about buying a Forester or a RAV 4. This made the decision easy!!Las Vegas Subaru is happy to sell you a car, but don’t count on the Service Dept. Las Vegas clearly need another Subaru Dealership.

I have to give a shout out to the service department. We noticed after a routine oil change that the front plastic splash guard located under the vehicle was hanging down. Held on by plastic clips, it appears a few clips had failed. Some minor road damage was taken by the guard. We called the dealer and they promptly replaced it the following day without question or hassle. THAT, is how you create loyal customers. THAT, is excellent customer service. We will be loyal customers for a long time to come.

Took my car into the service department several times over the past few months for the same issue, paid over $1500, and still having same issue. The car doesnt even have 50k miles and wont even run anymore. Subaru service is unable to even properly diagnose the issue.Its also very difficult to get in contact with anyone who is willing to even try to be helpful. I had to call 7 times and email twice just to get someone to listen to me.

The worst experience I have ever had trying to buy anything. Salesman knew next to nothing about the vehicle and would not return calls. Waited 5 hours for them to run me through the system only to find out that they sold the car out from underneath me. Once they figured out I could buy, their tone changed but it was too late then. I told them to forget it. Will be purchasing a Subaru at an out-of-state dealership. These folks are totally incompetent. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

I have a new Impreza that I brought in to have a new rear-view mirror installed. This being my first time in the Service Department, I had no idea how it would go.I brought in the car at the set time and everything went like, well like clockwork. I was greeted on time, did the paperwork, left the key, sat down in one of the comfortable chairs, waited less time than I thought the install would take, service rep came up to me and told me that the car would be ready in ten more minutes and then he returned to take me to the cashier to pay and then I left. Like I said, everything went like clockwork.Not good, it was excellent service!

The service I receive at Subaru of Las Vegas is more than amazing. My service provider, Russ, is beyond the best. Any time I go in for service (oil change, 24k / 36k service, broken windshield) Im treated like a person not a number. Russ and Justin, in the service department, care about their people/customers. Plain and simple. I love my Subaru but I adore the people at the dealership. Sean Marcus in the service department is the absolute best! Had a crack in my windshield on my brand new outback and Sean went above and beyond to help in any way that he could to get the windshield replaced in a timely manner since I am not local to the area. I wish I could bring my outback to this location for all of its maintenance since everyone in the service department here is wonderful!!

We fell for the Crosstrek. Plan to buy it. I was very impressed with Eugene Delacruse he was insightful, answered many of the questions we shot at him with knowledge that made for good experience for us. We had Mr. Delacruse pop the hood and wow the oil filter was at the top. The car isnt built like a door stop. We thought the Crosstrek should be listed at the top as who cares if it goes from 0 to 60 in 9 seconds. Were sold. We will be back for the vehicle soon.
My husband and I came into Subaru Las Vegas after a few months of solid research into what kind of mid-sized SUV we wanted to get, and when we found a Forester Sport edition that looked like it fit the bill, we visited the team here to take it for a spin.Visiting during a pandemic was of course a bit different from what it normally is, Im sure, but the Subaru team had the new normal process down very well: Everyone was in masks, distanced, and the test drive was on our own, but my favorite is when my financing got approved and Coco put on a disposable glove to which I was like, ...whats that for...OH! Is it a handshake?! Did I get the car?! and lo and behold, I was welcomed into the Subie Family!Coco was awesome throughout the whole process, he explained all the features of the car before my drive and also walked us through all the different options and protection plans in the next steps. I ended up spending more than I planned, but only because it made so much sense when it came down to the maintenance plans and I dont have to pay for those out of pocket in the future. Really a good idea for cars in Vegas since its such a harsh climate and I fully plan on using this car for as long as it will run!Is it weird that I now look forward to getting maintenance work done bc of how easy its set up? Luckily corporate is awesome and they have helped us out multiple times. The building itself is really neat. They have a coffee bar, an awesome aquarium and lots of sweet merchandise. We still love having a Subaru!

Very strange experience here. I was excited to take a look at a Honda Civic. Ill start by saying the inside is very nice and modern and they have nice amenities too. Anything good stopped the second the salesman met with us. He said he had very limited time because his other clients were out on a test drive... so already we were an afterthought the second we got there and it was evident he was eager to end the meeting and get back to his other clients the entire chat. He told us that in order to buy a car in NV, you need a NV license (which we dont have), so that he wouldnt be able to sell us a car anyway. Ummm.... not true. Since then Ive visited multiple dealerships on my car search and they all said thats not a problem and they do out of state car sales all the time. Next, he said that if we want to register the car in another state we have to pay taxes in NV as well as the other state. Also not true. He was making up any and every lie for us to not buy the car and leave. Very disappointing because I was really excited about the Civic! It seems like their salesmen dont really know what they are talking about. I hope others have a better experience than this.
Buying an automobile from Findlay Subaru was by far, hands down, the best buying experience I have had in my 64 years. When we walked onto the lot we were greeted by Gary Hunter, our salesperson. He was very thorough explaining the difference in the Forester and Outback. No pressure. Just great knowledge and great patience with all questions. He made the decision to buy a Subaru Forester at Findlay very easy. Getting all the paperwork done, going over all the mechanics and technology was the best experience I have had at any dealership. It took a long time, because duh, there is still a pandemic. Amanda was spot on with her estimated time it would be ready. She was awesome. Will take you for a ride. Brought my car in, said they did a full diagnostic, fixed a problem that didn’t needed to be fixed, got my car back to have the same problem I brought it in for. I brought it in again hoping they would honor or fix the actual problem...instead they tried to sell me a transmission flush and said if that didn’t work it was this or it wasn’t this, it would be that. (A full transmission rebuild, it ending up being a spark plug) They could have gotten to the bottom of the problem but were trying to sell everything they could before they got there.So much for ‘world class‘ technicians, I can fix the problem myself. Thanks for the coffee.

Youre treated properly from the moment you pull up. They dont work on commission so theres no bullying into buying a car. Everyone was thoroughly helpful and the process was smooth and enjoyable. Definitely would recommend checking them out if youre looking for a Subaru!

We were completely happy and content with our Forester for years but after our experience here following a recall for oil consumption we have lost all confidence in our vehicle, the service available to us, as well as Subaru as an entire brand and will never consider owning another one. We encountered several issues through the process, but the gist is we are now on our 3rd engine after the initial replacement lasted less than 3,500 miles. Our service advisor (Nate Pettit) has been great through the entire process but the workmanship of the service center and care by management (Justin Allen) has been abysmal. Seeing as they are the only game in town for Subaru and the closest non-Findlay owned dealer is over 200miles away we no longer have any confidence in our once beloved Forester or the service behind the brand and we are in the market for another vehicle now but two things are certain it will not be at a Findlay dealer or a Subaru.
The told us they fixed our problem but after driving for 5 mins, it is exactly the same. The place itself was nice and the staff were kind. However we feel like they didnt actually do anything to help us.

I can’t say enough good things about this dealership and Nick Pettit in service. We had a surprise issue when trying to start a cross country trip. We were fit in and they got us back on the road keeping us updated and full of snacks in their amazing waiting area. Spend a full day here and it was worth it for the service not to mention the dog area!

I felt Justin did an excellent job explaining all the information on the vehicle without making me feel pressured to buy the vehicle. I felt he was willing to go the extra mile and take the time to assist me in the best transaction for the car. I also liked that I can text him directly if I have an issue or problem. I enjoyed that he followed up as well on how I was doing or if I had questions the week after I bought my car. Bought a 4Runner from them about 3 weeks ago. The sales process was super easy and straight forward. Travis was really friendly and went above and beyond in helping us; even now! The truck had a bit of a shake at highway speeds. I texted Travis to see if I could bring it in and get it checked out. I did today. I assumed it was a simple tire balancing issue, so I wasnt expecting to be there long. It took a little over an hour, but they inspected all of the suspension components and Will, in the service department, noticed the tired looked a little over pressured. He let some air out of them and took the time to explain the type of tire that was on there and how and why they might translate a bit of a bumpy ride. Excellent experience from start to finish!

Overall, the staff here is helpful and friendly. They were able to solve the issue that I was having with my car, however, when I got it back, whoever had actually worked on it left dirt marks all over the interior roof panels that I then had to go home and detail out which was pretty disappointing. I dont think that it is unfair to expect that your car be returned in as good of a condition as you left it in - especially at a dealership, but cie la vie. I am moving soon, so hopefully the next place is a little better.Update: to this dealerships credit, they did a lot to attempt to reach out to me to rectify this situation, but I was moving the following week and didnt live in Vegas, so it was not worth it to me to go back. They definitely would have made it right if the situation was different, though, so theres that.Update 2: downgrading to one star because I just got my second oil change in my brand new 2021 crosstrek after getting the first one done at Subaru Las Vegas and the drain plug was so rounded out and stripped that the Subaru dealership that I took it to here in Texas physically couldnt remove it and cracked the oil pan trying. I have never been so disappointed by service from someplace in my entire life. Literally would never come back here.
