Had a friend buy a car from them. An they totally ripped him off. With the price of the car an the car was in bad condition all the way around. They did not want to. Help him out all they wanted was the money. Which was way too much the car was not even worth what they sold it to him for. Then the guy got all made when he was confronted with this issue. He new he was wrong. An threatened to call the police. On the customer because he wanted his money back poor service an junk cars from the auction .buyer beware .

Do not buy a car from here! at first I was happy with the customer service here. my dealer was very nice. his name is minasse. but after I purchased car, tire had a slow leak. the owner or top manager said he had it fixed. but he did not. then I found out that same tire was practically bald. it was dangerous to drive on, I was told by someone at discount tire. he said i should have not been allowed to leave dealership with tire that bad! he said it was very dangerous! well dealership said they r not responsible for tires!!! now I have to buy a new tire. very, very, disappointed in this place!!

A friend of mine recommend Minasse after having a bad experience buying a car off of Craigslist. He was very helpful in explaining how much I would need to spend in additional repairs and went out of his way to answer my texts and give me referrals for trusted places to get the repairs done. I got a great deal which I wouldnt have been able to get with my limited knowledge about cars.

I would give zero stars if I could. They lied about the car being able to pass smog and they cleared the ABS lights on the car. The car needed brakes which we agreed to fix. We took the car to Toyota and they told us that the car would not pass smog. We also had to fix a belt. The car had multiple high dollar issues. We went back to Silver State with all of the paper work from Toyota and with the sensor that needed to be bought in order for us to pass smog. Silver state said the would fix it. We did not here from them. We had to text and call them constantly to finally get a appointment. I dropped the car off and he said it would be done by the end of the day. I called around 3 and the car was still stilling there. They argued on the repair saying it was a different sensor and their mechanic would need to check it even thought we gave them everything. We eventually just returned the car with a loss if of $863 worth of repairs that they refused to give us back. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
