What an amazing experience..started our experience on their website, found a truck I was interested in...so we made the 2 hour drive to the dealership in Las Vegas...where we met James...a great personable guy, did not act like a car salesperson, no pressure, spent a considerable amount of time with us while we decided...due to lateness in the day bank approving loan was slow, so we drove home without truck...approval came through the next morning...it was our wedding anniversary, so James and his lovely wife drove the truck the 2 hours to deliver it to us. I don’t usually give bad reviews, but I’m honest regardless. Upfront, everything was good and clean. Purchasing the car and everything was smooth, everyone here is very kind and more than willing to assist you with your problem. But, like they say “If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.” After a few weeks of driving my vehicle I ran into problems back to back, problems that you wouldn’t catch my a simple test drive or visual inspection. My car overheats constantly, it’s broken down countless times, and all I can do is bring in so they can “fix” it, and I run into the same problem a week later..thing is, they just patch things up, ive seen pictures to the dealer and voiced my frustration multiple times. Nonetheless, nothing was fixed and nobody responds to me anymore. I can’t even report anything or try to build a case according to the Lemon Laws of Nevada. I’m stuck with this car. Thank you for screwing me out of money. If you’re looking for a vehicle, don’t go here. And if you run into a problem with the car the first time, return it asap.

You know what, I was a little skeptical at first but James really built trust and rapport with us, I had A LOT of questions loaded for him in my husband and Is purchase of a $50k 2019 Wrangler Unlimited Sahara and he was patient with me and comforted us all along the way. Ill start by saying the people Ive spoken to here have all been very polite and willing to answer my questions, which was nice. My problem is that we made an offer that consisted of their asking price of a vehicle, taxes and doc fees included. We simply asked that they remove the insane $1500 reconditioning fee they added on to the advertised sticker price. They wont even consider it. Its a bogus extra charge and comes across as very bait and switch like to get you on the lot. Too bad. Well be buying our vehicle elsewhere.Thanks Nader.

I dont even know what to say. The team at Right Price Motors is fabulous! I knew the car I wanted and was already financed through my bank. After previous attempts to purchase from other dealerships, I was exhausted and stressed. They all try to get you to finance with them no matter how adamant you are that you will now. Then their ridiculous fees. I had previously told them my max and I would walk if it was a penny more. Oh yeah well work with you and then they come back $1500- $2k more!That all ended when I spoke to Leo at Right Price Motors! I went in this morning with a vehicle in mind. He not only let me test drive it but allowed my mechanic to check it out. Right away Leo said he knew it needs brakes. It already had new tires. German drove with me to have the car inspected at my mechanics shop. He is a very pleasant person and very friendly. The car checked out and I drove it back to the lot.They did the brakes, an oil change, washed the vehicle, and filled my gas tank. They took such good care of me I felt so happy. The other dealers hated it when I said I had my own financing. Not here they said oh you make it easy for us. It took a few hours to get everything done and in tip top shape. Lizeth in the finance department was super sweet and helpful.I could tell while I was waiting he is also a trusted repair shop by the way people communicated. They knew this place and had been there many times. Thats the sign of a trustworthy business.I will recommend those place to anyone looking for a good, affordable, newer car. Im so grateful I found them.

Worst experience ever, they saw my vehicle online and called and offered me my bottom dollar for it. Told them only issue was tires would need replaced in 15 or so thousand miles. They said no problem, get there and they offer less after agreeing to a price. They did say theyd give me 50 dollars for my time. May use it for toilet paper. Typical crooked car dealer, dont buy anything from them. Only reason they dont get zero stars there is no choice for it. Do yourself a favor and stay clear.

First I want to say the people were very polite, but I have to give them a bad rating because they added a 1500 dollar reconditioning fee and a 550 dollar doc fee. So just be aware and be prepared to pay 2000+ more than the listing price, they will tell you they have to do it because they need to make a profit but in reality dealerships with a good business model would never do this kinda of Petty bait and switch. Doc fees should not be more than 75, dealers are Soo greedy with outrages doc fees that some states have had to take action and capped them to way way lower than 550( Look it up if you dont believe me)

My review is solely based on the amount of time wasted and not being told about hidden fees upfront. We got approved for the vehicle we were looking at, we told our terms and the amount we were willing to pay. They worked with that, gave us a number within our range. When we looked over all the paperwork and did our own math something didnt add up right. Sure enough there was a reconditioning fee of 1500 dollars that we were going to be getting taxed on that over the coarse of the loan, would turn out to be over 3000 dollars extra. Why would we have to have the responsibility of paying YOUR reconditioning fee for the vehicle you willingly payed for and fixed to sell to the public? The price on the website should be the price we pay... and if there is a fee work that into the vehicle price so people, who im sure have gotten conned in the past, dont get ripped off and waste their time. So if anyone is considering buying a vehicle from them, make sure YOU READ THE ENTIRE DOCUMENT AND KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR AND QUESTION ANYTHING THAT DOESNT SEEM RIGHT. Im sure you could find something somewhere where they wont rip you off with all the hidden fees.

This place does business right. I actually put down money on a car and changed my mind and got my refund back quickly. The staff was absolutely amazing and were amazingly understanding about my situation. If you wanted to be valued and treated with respect come see and buy from these folks. They are 100 % top notch. Chasidy is pretty darn great as well.

Went to see a truck for sale. Salesman couldnt locate the keys then got upset that I wouldnt give him my phone number. Behaved as though it was my fault his store is disorganized. Never going back here. Caveat emptor.

If I could give them no stars I would they are scammers.They had me to purchase a vehicle told me I the financial service wouldnt provide me with a warranty because of my credit.My car starts acting up before 30 days of me having it I take it in to them they tell me they cant find the problem.So 2-3 days later it acts up again turns out its my fuel pump. Sarah tells me dont drive it over 60,000 miles its still covered under a warranty and to bring it back Monday.They call the next day and tell me Kia dealership charges $1600 but they can fix it $1000.I tell her no Im not paying for it they need to fix it cause they sold it to me like that.So now Im getting a lawyer and Im going to sue them and be done with it.

Sorry but I have to leave a bad review. I recently went to the dealership inquiring about a jeep Im interested in. The gentleman that I spoke with was nice and all but after taking my information and going back to the finance lady I was told they cant help me. The finance lady couldnt even come out of her office to even speak to me.I was told I had a credit score of 622 (which is non sense) and I had too much debt. Funny I just bought a car from a Kia dealership 1 1/2 years ago when I know for a fact my credit score was much lower yet they approved me right away and even with my so-called debt Ive never missed a payment on anything. Right Price says in their website, No matter what your credit situation is, our finance team will get you approved and behind the wheel at the lowest possible rate, guaranteed. Lie! They put no effort in anything. The only reason I gave 2 stars is the salesmen was nice other than that there would be no stars. 😡

Benjamin, was freakin fantastic! He contacted me to tell me they wanted to buy my car and that if I came in they would make me an offer I couldn’t walk away from. I already had a Carmax offer so I was curious to see if they would beat or match that offer and they did. However, I wasn’t ready to take the offer at the time, I thought I could still do better selling it privately so I walked. After taking the weekend to deal with the crazies of Craigslist’s I was over the hassle of selling it privately. Went back to Right Price Motors and they honored their original offer and got me in and out pretty quick and made the selling process super easy. If I ever have to sell a car again I’ll probably just hit up Benjamin first thing and go to Right Price Motors. One annoying thing was after all was done signed and finalized it took so long for them to just cut me a check I had to leave and come back and they were totally unsympathetic. Not totally Benjamin’s fault so I’m leaving it a five star review because he was so great.

This dealer took advantage of me being an out of state buyer. Made me use their bank had an unregistered car for over 30 days. Lied about damage to vehicle. Had to spend over $1200 on new brakes, tires, and AC since they lied and said it was all good. Lior played games with the extended warranty price and now I dont have one. Dishonest dealership so stay away. I filed a formal complaint with the Nevada DMV.

I will never buy a car from Right Price Motors again. I kept having to get my car jump started multiple times, And kept asking the manager, LIOR, why I was having the issue with my car. He ran through a series of different things that could be causing the problem, but kept saying they checked my battery and it was good. Yet, Every time I had my roadside assistance company AAA, come out to jump start it, THEY kept testing the battery and said I needed a new battery. So I kept getting two different sides of the story. Yesterday morning, my car needed a jump start AGAIN. I was attempting to call AAA, but reached out to the dealership mechanic, who said he will be on his way. 45 minutes later, I call the dealership to find out he was still there working on a project!! After I had told him I had to go to work soon!! Not saying that the mechanic needs to fly to me every time I have an issue, cause obviously that isnt going to happen which is why I have AAA, but if you cannot make it at the time the customer is in need, you need to set that expectation of when you will be available, not say youre on your way and you arent. I talked to Lior, the manager, about the situation. He was very rude to me, telling me that I can pay out of pocket for a new battery from him. After he told me my battery was good? What? Lol. I asked him, Who will come here to replace my battery? My car will not start. He says, My mechanic isnt available, so youre on your on your own, you need to figure it out. Rude right? Who tells a 19-year old customer, who just got her first car and is in this whole thing by herself, to figure it out? Warranty or not on the car, you should be providing the best customer service possible, and going out of your way to help a customer who is having a continuous issue. Instead, my issue just kept getting shrugged off of his shoulders. I was sold a car with a bad battery. I was told by AAA, that my dealership is supposed to give me a new, and FREE battery, especially since I have had the vehicle for less than 3 months. But instead, the manager wanted to put the battery as it being My responsibility for maintenance. That is not a customers responsibility to replace the battery if they have had the car for a short length of time. My favorite salesperson, Chasidy Chase, used to work here, but now works at Centennial Toyota. I will be more than happy to go to her new job so she can hook me up with a new car when I trade my Honda in just a few months. :) So to all the other potential customers reading this review, do not waste your time here guys. They have shown their true colors.

I got a Chevy cruze through them and they worked with me on the down payment cause I didnt have much. No one was financing me due to a new job and they were able to help me out. I noticed after a day some things needed to be fixed and even though I didnt buy warranty they were more than willing to help me out. A gauge wasnt working so they had to have it fixed by an actual dealership and Lior ubered me home!! Liz (if Im remembering her name correctly) is very sweet and helped me understand all the financing and paperwork. Edit: still 5 stars!
