I just purchased my second car from here, if that tells you anything. No one would talk to me because of my credit the first go-around, but Al worked with me for in-house financing, and voila! I had a car without breaking the bank! This second time, I got approved by an actual bank, and Al helped to make it happen, even while furloughed. Hes an absolute miracle worker!Ive been happy with both of my vehicles. In fact, the first one I bought (a Honda Odyssey), didnt have working AC, which was discovered after signing papers. Al at NV Cars 4 Less had his crew install a new compressor before I took delivery and made sure it worked. WHO DOES THAT?!If youre looking for that rare place and those rare people who wont yank you around in trying to buy a vehicle, this is the place! Theyre honest and helpful, and the customer service is excellent!I highly recommend this place!

I met with Rosalinda when I walk in she was super sweet. Help assisted me as much as she could. I got approve for an SUV however, I had to leave the truck because of a break issues. When I returned to pick it up I was told that I can not get the truck because theres also other issues wrong with it. I had already gave them money signed paperwork, and did my insurance. When I returned Alvin (the owner )was there in explained there is a part to the truck that he has to order and I needed to pick out another car. So I did. however, the down payment he reported to me stayed the same for a car that was much cheaper. after being approved by a bank I ended up now having to do in house financing. The experience is fast in its not like 8 hours at other dealerships. I would highly recommend this place if you are needing great people to work with . They even work with you on your down payments. I would probably be late for all of them because its a large amount but ill be on time for my car payment. Thanks Rosa & Alvin!!!!!!

I cannot recommend Alvin and NV Cars for Less based on my experience. Considering this is a dealership, I would have expected the car to be serviced as best as they could before selling. In my experience, alls that NV Cars for Less did was purchase a car from auction, have it cleaned (barely) and re-sold it to me for who knows how much profit. I purchased a 11 Escape w/96k miles for 6k in March of 2020, it was listed at $6,995, but I will be making around $2,000 worth of repairs, most of which should have been taken care of. #1 the car had a transmission leak at time of purchase- yes, Alvin let me take it to a shop to get a pre-buy inspection. Unfortunately, the tech could not pinpoint the leak, nor quote a ballpark repair cost. This is a halfshaft leak that is common w/Fords and cost me $1,200 already. #2 the rear shocks were leaking. This is a $400 repair. Other items that need fixed or replaced on the vehicle: Windshield Washer Pump is broke ($200 repair), and other minor things such as: Missing 2 headrests ($200), Rear hatch arms defective ($30), Front speakers blown (which I didnt recognize because the fader was all the way to Rear at test drive) and the front seat is so worn down it needs to be replaced cause I can feel the frame in my back ($400). I know when you purchase a car, its AS-IS so, knowing most of these issues, its mostly my own fault for not negotiating a better price, but the two things that disappoint me the most is that I asked for the Out the Door price of $6k, I assumed this included NV Sales Tax included, it did not, and I had to pay AZ Sales Tax, and above all, the Warranty from CARS Protection Plus is not worth the paper its printed on- just google their name and youll see endless 1-star reviews and complaints. I called them in hopes of using the warranty for the trans. leak, but they wrote it off as a pre-existing condition and told me to go back to dealer about the issue. I called Alvin on April 13th regarding the issue, texted on the 14th, and never heard back from him regarding this concern on May 11th now. I dont mean to be so rude, because I feel Alvin is a decent person, but hes obviously lazy. He picked me up from the airport as I flew in to drive the car back which was nice of him. But I also feel the price was very unfair and a reputable dealership wouldve have either been more honest with the expected cost of repairs, would have taken more money off price, or would have made a few repairs themselves. There wasnt even any added gas to the tank- it was less than a quarter tank. I dunno, I expect dealers to do things like fill up the tank at least, maybe change the wiper blades, but thats just me. As I said, hes a nice man, I liked meeting him and getting to know him, but I feel the price couldve been negotiated to about $5,500 and Id be happier if he couldve saved me a few hundred dollars on repairs- I even emailed him in request of possibly compensating $100 or so of a refund and he declined. If he changes his mind, I will change this review. Until then, take your time and DO YOUR RESEARCH before buying a car.

Purchased a Nissan Altima from them on 4/30/2018 left the lot filled the tank for my drive back to pahrump. I made it to right past the mountain on hwy 160 and the oil light came on so I pulled over and found oil everywhere. I called Alvin to let him know and all he could say is he was speechless and to tell me to tow it to my house and let him know what I find. So I get it to my house and find the drainplug is gone. Alvin tells me to get a drain plug and install it add oil and get back him. I added oil and now the engine is making noises so I let Alvin know and he said to give him some time to figuar something out. Over a day later he calls and tells me to tow it to his lot and if he can find a reason the drainplug came out he would fix it.... now I have worked changing oil for 11 years so I know the threads are not stripped because the plug I put in is still in and went In fine. When I told Alvin this he said he knows it was right before I left with it. So thats him implying to me that I removed the plug myself and let the oil out and drove down the road.. not to happy. Now Im sitting here waiting till I come up with $400 to tow it to his show to maybe get it repaired if he says they will and take the chance I wont have to tow it away from his lot because he dont do anything.... when i talk to Alvin it just sounds like he is trying to do everything he can not to make this right. I paid over $6000 and have a lawn ornament now just awesome.

I bought a 2007 cadalac cts from these guys March 30 I went to them as soon as they opened and payed 9000 dollars IN CASH!He did not sell me a warranty for the car and 4days later the car broke down I took it to my mechanic and he told me the transmission was no good (Alfred the guy who works there)insulted me and was throwing subliminal remarks at me as if a black man was incapable of buying a car in cash was a problem...STILL TO THIS DAY Ive called them every day since the car has stopped working to see if they could help me in any kind of way rather it be buying me a new transmission or giving me a car of equal value. Ive been getting the run-around ever since they are no help WHAT SO EVER...DO NOT and I mean DO NOT!! purchase any car for NV cars for less they have horrible customer service and all around a bad business..Even Alvin the owner of nv cars for less when speaking to him did absolutely nothing to make things right with me and told me he would call me back...I still have not heard from him since April 2nd DO NOT BUY FROM THEM...DO NOT BUY FROM NV CARS FOR LESS...DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BETTER THAT WILL BE FAIR AND TREAT U LIKE A HUMAN BEING💯💯💯💯
