Purchased a car from them in Sept. 2020 and still have not received my title or other paperwork for the vehicle. I have called multiple times and have even been hung up on by a representative. overall not a great experience.

Looked at an advertised no haggle price of a vehicle on the Hertz website at 8am and took screenshots of the price of the vehicle. Went to the Hertz lot to purchase the vehicle several hours later and was told by the sales manager Mike that the price of the vehicle had gone up by 2k dollars because the price of the market had changed. Even though I showed Mike screen shots that I had taken of the vehicle from the same morning he was in no way willing to offer that same price. This seems like an illegal bait and switch advertising scheme and certainly a very deceptive tactic. Will be contacting corporate about this and looking into availability options.

Have large variety of used rental cars for sale, but price was little high for mileage on most cars.

Had a reservation for 12pm, went in & was told there werent any cars available but was promised by 3pm there would be a car available and by 8pm, I still didnt have a vehicle & had to miss work and walk home in the heat! Not happy!

You do have to do your homework and make sure you understand how warranty transfer to you. Talked to Hertz salesperson and let them know I was coming from out of state and it was a 4 1/2 drive to get there. I was assured the car I wanted was still available for sale and it would be ready for me the next morning. I arrived the next morning and the car was parked in the front which I thought was a good start but then the problems started. I test drove the car and it ran fine, however it needed to be vacuumed, washed, and detailed. I was still going to proceed with the purchase as I was willing to overlook the cleanliness as that can be fixed. The deal breaker was that the car needed to be smog checked before it can be sold. Hertz was unable to get the smog check done the same day. They said I should either spend the night in Las Vegas or just drive back next weekend and pick up the car. I couldnt spend the night as I had to be back home, and the sales manager (Michael Miller) did not think it was a big deal for me to drive another 9 hour round trip due to their oversight the car needed a smog check before it could be sold. I asked if he could at least fill up my tank of gas to get me back home and Michael Miller said why would I want to do that? I said because it was your fault the car was not really ready to be sold and customer Goodwill. The manager said all he could do is put $20 in my tank which would have gotten me about 1/3 of the way home. I left without taking his $20 insult and hopefully this review will warm others to not do business with Hertz car sales in Las Vegas.

My experience at this location was great! Good deals and great staff! Steve Alvarado and Nathan Cruz assisted me during my visit. All of my questions were answered thoroughly, with no pressure, to ensure I understood everything before completing the sale. The entire staff was kind and professional and the lobby was very clean inside. I would recommend this location to friends and family. (A++)

Buyer beware. They sold me a lemon. The car had allegedly passed a Hertz Certified 150 point inspection and emissions test. Their mechanics failed to correct a problem I found twice. I took it to Meineke where it was discovered that my cylinder is misfiring, in need of coil packs and other emissions related problems. Misrepresentation much? Now theyre fighting to not to have to pay for it.06/23/2020 Update: I was contacted by the manager Michael who continued to make excuses as to why the vehicle was sold with $700 worth of emissions related problems. I wasnt offered to be reimbursed for the money that I spent to have the car fixed. All I got was excuses and apologies.

Had a tremendous experience with Laura Real at this location. I was flying in from a different part of the country to look at some vehicles I found on Auto Trader. I had been speaking to Laura for approximately a week before I pulled the trigger to go out and visit. My arrival was 3.5 hours ahead of when I told her I would be there. Laura changed up her schedule and came into the office to accommodate my change. We worked through the deal together along with several others in the office that were just as exceptional. It was a pleasant experience all the way around. Glad I went!

Great experience here. I purchased a very late model Nissan and got it at a substantial discount compared to other car lots. Also I was received a little better amount for my trade-in than what other dealers were offering me. Laura Real was an excellent sales person to work with. Not sure how to rate this place yet we flew In From Salt Lake City to look at a mini van they have several with many problems every van they have has something wrong, some you can over look however we’ve been here 5 hours and the manager just nearly seen us.Despite the auto start warning light and traction control warning lights and backup camera sometimes works we would like to purchase the vehicle but since being here hertz raised the list price 1000$.We are hoping to leave here soon with a van at the original price and still need to goto the dealer to fix everything I will edit the review if they ever get back to us ( now edited one star we’re still buying the car with several issues at a higher price because they raised the price since we’ve been here, thanks hertz way to be fair

The service here was great! I came in after being given an offer that I was less than satisfied with at another dealer. I called and spoke with Allan Carillo. He said he would take care of me and he did. He got me the car I wanted with terms I was more than comfortable with. I didnt feel pressured or anything and was given honest answers. I definitely recommend going and talking with Allan if youre in the market for a car.

Guy that was working was very rude to my wife and I. He kept taking and helping other people over us. We will never use Hertz again

I wish I could give this place ZERO STARS. They take reservations for cars they dont have. There was me and about half a dozen people there that were there frustrated as well. I lyfted from 20 minutes away. Asked they guy why they took reservations for cars they cant rent. Especially when there are multiple customers waiting for a car. thats just the way we do things. Well jerk! Thanks for wanting my time and money. When asked if they would cover a Lyft back. The guy actually laughed and said we dont do that for customers. As if this is a regular occurrence.

Cars didnt show good recon and detailing. Some were descent. Getting to sign papers on a cash deal took 2.5 hours after agreeing to buy. Salesman Jerry was very cordial and professional. He was highlight ask for him very patient. My opinion cars should show better. We switched cars four times after driving them and finding things wrong. We did purchase so I gave the experience a 3

Used Hertz website tools to evaluate my cars value. It shows my trade in value at $12300, they only offered $8000. They price their cars with the same tool but dont honor the trade in values. Look elsewhere .

John Castillo at Hertz was awesome. We came with the intention to get a Nissan Versa we save listed online. He showed us other options and we ended up with a much better car for us. The process was easy and hasslefree. He was very punctual for the apppointments we made. Also the lady from financing was super professional and nice. Allan was super friendly and accommodating, and with their no haggle pricing there was zero pressure. Nice 12- month power train warranty comes with every car. Cars were rentals previously, so some show a little wear, but the price reflects that. We drove three cars and all performed well, but because of where the dealership is located the driving course is all left- hand turns instead of rights, and the cars are parked a little tight -- easy enough, but worth knowing beforehand. Were still not sure what car were buying (here or elsewhere), but this is a good place to find a dependable newer car in the $12-15K range.

The worst customer service I ever experienced!!! Shey needs to learn how to talk to customers regardless if she feels she can help them or not!! Never in my life have I ever been spoken to in the way she did everyone background is different & car buying for a women sadly is hardest & stressful. I personally think prices they have there are reasonable but the service they provide is poor! Need to do better

Went with my cousin to purchase a car. Laura was fantastic. The lot is not very big and the car my cousin wanted had to be brought from another location. The battery was dead in the car and Laura had a new battery replaced. Most of the cars are below KBB price so cant argue about the price listed. There was a $210.00 difference that my cousin had to pay and this place does not have a credit/debit machine so we had to leave and go find a place to get a money order or cashier check. Overall the experience with Laura was great. My cousin is very happy with her car.

Everything was great while I was buying a car but once I drove off the lot nobody wanted to deal with any of the problems I had with the car a few dayslater. Terrible customer service! Very unprofessional!!

I thought my experience at the lot was a good one. It took forever to finish my paperwork, but it was alright.It was not until I got the car home and took it to a Collision Center to see about repairing, what I was told was only cosmetic damage to the vehicle, that I found issues. Turns out there is way more damage than that, and this Hertz location never informed me that the car had been in an accident and the vehicle was repaired by gluing the front end back on instead of actually repairing the vehicle.When I called them about the issue, they were very rude and barely willing to help out.I do not trust anything they said about my vehicle and will be taking this matter up further up the chain to get the quality of vehicle I believed I was purchasing.I do not recommend this dealer to anyone.*Update* It has been almost a month and I am still struggling with Hertz. When I tried to register my vehicle the Smog certificate from the dealer had expired 3 days before my registration was due, and I was never told about this! In fact, the dealer said it expired in September and I was good to go. Now I have to jump through more hoops.

Tried to sell me a car with worn tires.I saw that the tires were worn during my test drive and called the customer support. They told me that the Hertz car dealership will change the tires when they are down to 40% or less. I drove back to the dealership with a good feeling because I knew they would change the tires since there was no profile at all in the middle of the tires and the middle of the tire was down to the tread wear bars.Back at the dealership the sales guy Greg drove the car to the back of the building, so I was excluded. 2 minutes later he came back with the car telling me that the tires are in good condition and that theres no reason to change them.Not only that this is ridiculous, IT IS DANGEROUS!!!

Jerry was amazing. Greeted us as we walked in, showed us many options even ones I found online. He showed me a car I thought I wouldnt be able to get and thats the one I ended up choosing. After I bought the car he called and checked up to make sure the car is what I wanted and everything with the car was running smoothly. Jerry is the guy to see. :)

Went there to try to get a 2019 dogde Charger for 21,900 and they came to me with a $655.00 car payment for 72 months Yes ! wanted me to pay $26,000 in interest on a car loan. This is horrible and if this is suppose to be a second chance car place they should be trying to help people not rip them off. Hezekiah

Well its my first time doing a rental cause my car need to be fix.... so the guy said that I can rent it for 1 month but my car got fixed after like 2 weeks so when i got my car from the shop i still have the rental car with me, so I didnt know that I need to return the car right away when my car got fixed cause I thought I can have it for a month, and they did not even call me to inform me that my insurance stop paying for my rental and need to return it right away

Just bought a 2012 Altima from Mike and it was a great experience. No pressure and no haggle (good) prices. I came in with financing from my bank but Mike beat their rate by a point and a half. Had a minor problem with the car and they took care of it immediately. It was my first time financing a car and going to Hertz was a great choice. I love my car!

Buying experience with Laura was great, timely but great. HOWEVER within 5 HOURS of me having the car, it began overheating. Held up paper work saying smog has been done, oil change, new tires and everything but there was NO COOLANT & THE CAR RAN HOT ???? Unacceptable. 5 hours!? Regardless of new or used or warranty, I should NOT be having overheating problems. How can I be sure the car is reliable if I’m having issues within 5 hours!? I’ll be in tomorrow and i’ll want a different car or an inspection done right in front of me because this is BSUpdate: they handled everything; repair fees, temporary rental, no hassle no fees. So I’m still satisfied BUT I would definitely recommend double checking the inspection

Came in to buy a car. Spent two days and about 6 hours filling out paperwork only for them to tell me the loan was not approved due to me being on workers compensation at the time. This was discussed at the very beginning. Your team needs better training so they know what theyre doing.

Absolutely worst experience buying our first car! To the point where it does not deserve one star. Double check all the paper work before purchasing the vehicle. After a month of having the car we notice They gave us a wrong car wrong vin number! That car was not even suppose to be sold at this location. We contact hertz on Sarah right away and when I say ABSOLUTELY no one help us out no did ANYTHING. The managers could not solve this problems in over 2 weeks. WE had to call THEM, and all that manager would tell us “um you what, I don’t know” every single time! In customer service you never tell a customer “you don’t know”. To make this even worse, we had to return our first new car and they DID nothing to accommodate us nothing not even offer us to look at new cars. This was our first car we purchased & this was an absolute nightmare for ANYONE.

Jeffrey was our salesman. He was very nice. He didnt pressure us to buy. He let us decide what we could afford instead of pushing us into a more expensive car. We were already pre-approved with outside financing so everything went pretty smooth. While our car was being washed and wiper blades replaced, Jeffery drove us to the bank so we could get our cashiers check for the down payment....he even hooked us up with an insurance agent that got us a good rate for full coverage.

Laura Real was great while purchasing the car. But I guess it was my mistake for trusting her and Hertz. Not even 30 days after purchasing my car I was already putting money into it. And here it nearly 8 months later and Im still putting money into it. This first car experience has not turned out the best. I would not recommend buying a car here. All they do is upkeep to keep the cars on the road and will gladly sell them to you with issues.

This has been the WORST possible buying experience the entire process was a complete mess where only one person knew what to do. PLUS the car purchase in May is now not driveable in June the engine light is on and the car wont start and of course for components that are not covered under warranty.Hertz should be ashamed for selling cars that dont even last a month !!!

Rented a full size car several weeks before and paid for it. When I arrived to pick up the car, I was told they were sold out of my class size, but I could upgrade to a premium vehicle at a reduced rate(!) My choices were no car or pay more. There you have it

Do not buy here. Certified car needed battery 8000 miles later, and rear brakes right after that. Dealership screwed up title, necessitating another DMV visit and more money. The buying experience itself is unpleasant and staff is either inexperienced or unhelpful. Hertz should be ashamed of itself for being associated with these folks.

It took forever to get my car back, I ask for a copy of work order, needed to know what the repairs were to my car, they didnt have the order, but said they would email it to me. Its been over a week, still no WO, so I dont know what was done. Will contact my attorney and possibly he can get it. Also there were oil splashed on mats, some on panels, etc. They did say they would try and get it cleaned up. All Im seeking reimbursement of days missed from work before I was given a rental car while mine was being repaired. Chase Finance agreed that I need to talk with an attorney. There was one really nice person I spoke with, Mike Garcie..
