I initially found this car dealership in search of a pickup and fell in for a red ram. I called and was informed by Louis that I could come right by to test drive . The price was good, but a couple of months later i need a new compressor, a light bulb for head light consol, and my horn stoped working. I dont think they inspect the vehicles as well as they should. But the prices are good so take a chance if you want.

This place is unfortunately nothing short of bad business practices. They do not inspect their cars. They take cars from auctions or trade ins and literally slap a for sale sign sticker on them-no inspection, no warranty. True car salesman spirit of hustling you and riding you off when it’s discovered they are selling trash low quality, poorly up kept cars, they’ve been sued multiple times after talking to various firms in the city. I’m frustrated that we didn’t do the research on that, and we were foolish enough to accept the dealerships “word” and it’s “a family business” in the rare case you get a car from them that isn’t a complete piece of garbage, you got lucky. Avoid at ALL costs! Go to a reputable dealership and save yourself the stress.

One of the worst dealers Ive ever dealt with. They are a scam. They told me on the phone that they accept my income and the cars I want are available, but when I got there they told me the opposite. The sad part is that they told me is AFTER they ran my credit. Most of the cars listed on their site arent available, even if it says on the site that they are. I paid 70$ for Uber trips for nothing. DO NOT MAKE BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALER!

Nice cars. A bit over priced. The Sellers are very cocky, not persistant to sell, and need to watch personal conversation. They don’t seem to want to let you test drive unless you’re pre approved. They pretty much are screening if you’re worth their time. It was over all a poor experience. They didn’t offer any extra details about the cars we were interested in! KNOW YOUR CAR UPON ARRIVAL, THEY DONT VOLUNTEER ANY INFORMATION. They didn’t wanna budge on price at all! They ride with you during test drive, which was very short no highway included :(. Lastly the seller that road with us felt it was ok to state his personal opinion and discuss his distaste for asian clientele, this was a huge NO NO!

Would give zero stars if I could. The reason for the review is: DO NOT LIE TO CONSUMERS. I have financed and paid for a car in full before and have a good credit score. I was told that I could not test drive a vehicle due to COVID - that is totally understandable, I respect that. However, what I DO NOT appreciate, is that in order to test drive (every dealer is doing this, again, understandable) I would have to submit an application etc., but my credit score was not to be affected. Well, in addition to denying me for a car that was half the price of another car I was looking into at a competing dealership (which I was approved for no problem whatsoever, in addition to being approved a loan 3x that amount through my bank), my credit score went down from an official credit check they ran. This is what I have an issue with! DO NOT LIE to consumers and tell them their credit scores will not be affected if you are going to run credit scores like every other car dealership in the world does. I knew this was too good to be true, I gave them benefit of the doubt because they assured us and I thought maybe they were being honest due and it was a possibility due to current COVID circumstances. But no. Blatantly lied to our faces. I would not be writing this review if they had just been honest. Thank you for wasting my time and I will make sure to warn others to never do business here. Shame on you GLOBUL.

The best car buying experience ever. Iverson & Vince were great. Extended test drive, local & highway. Great communication, returned text & phone calls immediately. Very thorough, but not the usual aggressive salesmen that I have experienced at other dealerships. Highly recommend!!!

My mother Faiza Kafi, recently visited this dealership and had the worst experience ever. After picking out a car and handling everything they told her that they would contact her in 3 hours or so, since they had to contact her bank. Instead after waiting an entire day without no call we decide to call them back and they said the bank declined our application, which is a bit suspicious seeing that she has a great credit score. But nevertheless they said they would contact us in an hour. However AGAIN, we had to reach out on the third day for them to tell us that they sold the car. This customer service is horrendous even if we were declined or the car was sold the least they could have done was contact us in a timely manner.

I’m a first-time car buyer and it was super hard for me to get financed. The team at Globul helped me, and they were super patient with the process. They put the car on hold for me and they were super helpful. I was able to get a Mercedes CLA which is my absolute favorite car and I’m so happy that it’s mine now. The customer service at this dealership is amazing and I will definitely return for my next purchase eventually. 10/10 would recommend

Great experience! Flew from LA to buy a specific car, they picked me up at my hotel, took me to their dealership and showed me the car. Vince was very professional and knew everything about the car. Another car caught my eye and after learning more about the car...thats the car I bought...the 2013 Evo Lancer pictured. Vince went the extra mile and got me financed and on the road in about 3 hours. Now, to be clear, I was an out of state buyer from LA, which gave my Logix Credit Union (based in California) a company policy issue disallowing them from writing the loan directly to an out of state (Nevada) dealership, but my credit is in the the high 700s and I had a healthy down-payment. I read the one-time review and guess my only question to one-time is this: Did Vince really mishandle the deal, or is more likely that you failed to honor the agreement within a reasonable amount of time and they simply decided to go with another buyer who was ready, willing and able to close the deal? I came from LA and got my car in 3 hours...whats your excuse???UPDATE! I GOT THIS CAR AT SUCH A GOOD DEAL...I WAS ABLE TO BORROW AGAINST IT AT 3.3% INTEREST AND PULL MONEY OUT OF IT!!But here is the best part...6 months later, I traded the car in and got more than I owed towards the trade...I cant thank Globul enough!!

Just wanted to post an honest review of this place. They do sale nice cars however; after we purchased the car and drove home, we did not realize that the gas in the car was just enough to take you on a 8 mile drive (barely enough to take you home). On another note, although the car was clean, they did not bother to top off any fluids in the car. Thus, I recommend that these little things need to be taken care of before driving the car off the lot. The salesperson, Vince was courteous and helpful.

Worst place ever ! Sold me a car with chords sticking out of the tires ! Only reason we didnt realize it is because the car we seen in the dark ! If thats how you deal with your customers I will never give you my business again! Only put a 1000 miles on the car. How did this car pass safety inspection ? Car tires kept leaking air . Its both the front tires to top it off.

They fix it enough to sell it and then lie about the options on the listings to get you to show up.It is all a lie and a con. They will tell you all that you want to hear good just to get your money.Dont buy their vehicles .They are broken and you will be broke down on the road and these guys will not help you.They are lying about their warranty.All warranties must be signed and writing

This dealership should receive ZERO stars. The 2010 F250 diesel truck we just purchased not even two Months ago is broke down in Amarillo Tx due to a oil cooler that is going to cost us $2,700. We purchased the extended warrenty which cost us $2,500, and it does not cover this one part! I contacted the dealership and they said, “I’m sorry we can not help you it’s been more than 5 days, good luck” Its been exactly 1.5 months and I am active duty military pcsing to Arkansas! I am beyond upset!!!! We do not have the money to pay for the repairs. So we are currently stuck and this dealership could care less!!! DO NOT BUY A VEHICAL FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I am contacting a lawyer!

Called multiple times about a car I was interested in and they kept tell me they would call me back. Got an email from Car Gurus that the car was sold. While filling out my information the reception could not spell so she asked me to type my information in. Very unprofessional.

I saw a truck I was interested in, inquired about a couple of questions and got the answers I was looking for. The truck in question was an older model truck that I was very familiar with and had little concerns about putting a down payment on it without having actually seen it plus getting a few questions answered to my satisfaction. There were a couple minor miscommunications during the down payment process but did not hamper my purchasing experience. Being that the truck was an older model, I was expecting a certain degree of imperfections; however, when I got to see it in person to complete the purchase it was in far better condition than I couldve imagined. The salesperson Vince and the rest of the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing. They had an amazing selection of vehicles for what I believe were at very fair prices, I would definitely recommend Globul to anyone looking for quality used vehicles.

Vince was nice and helped us at first but when we came back to purchase a vehicle we delt with someone else. Horrible costumer service and was dishonest. We agreed on a purchase amount and the paperwork stated different. So we decided to spend our money somewhere else.

One thing is for certain, this dealership keeps it word and backs up it sales 100% to its buyers. My vehicle was plagued with a hard to diagnose emission problem and they bent over backwards to eradicate it. I have nothing bad to say what so ever.

Wack! Saw a car posted on CarGurus. Submitted my info with trade Vin etc through CG as well as their site. They never called me. I called a couple days later. Iverson said he was sorry and would get back to me first thing the next day. Didnt hear from him so I called the next evening. He said he just forgot and would back to me the next morning. I expressed that I was ready to make a purchase immediately. That was 2 days ago. If this is how they service their customers I can only imagine how terribly they neglect their vehicles. The evidence is overwhelming; steer clear.

Had a hard time communicate with then at first until you tell them youre preapproved already. I noticed on Cargurus that its saying that it has been in 1 accident. They sent me a Carfax Report right away showing it hasnt been in accident. Right before putting a down payment to place it on hold, I purchased a report from AutoCheck and it showed it was in an accident 2 years ago and reported as severe damage. Also i had a BMW Dealer run the VIN and it stated that 1 month it had a used engine swamp. Take this however you want.

LIARS. Sold me a car with non stop problems. cant manage to send me the title within 2 MONTHS. EVERYTHING ON THE CAR FELL APART WITHIN 120 MILES. BOTH HEADLIGHTS, AC COMPRESSOR, ALIGNMENT, AND RADIO AND SPEAKER. over priced and shady. Screw them.

The idiot Vince came back and said the truck was sold to someone who made the time to come down. 4 days later and the truck is still on the lot. Bunch of liars at this dealership.
